LOCATION
Situated in one of Brighton's most sort after locations, on a quiet street yet in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to the Theatre Royal, the newly redeveloped Dome and Corn Exchange and numerous wonderful restaurants and cafes. This beautiful four-bedroom house seamlessly marries a rich tapestry of period features, antiques and vintage pieces with exquisite contemporary design. It provides the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and unwinding.

Upon entering, one is immediately greeted by the warm, cosy feel and the comfortable furnishings creating a truly unique experience.

KITCHEN
The stunning, fully equipped, cottage-style kitchen offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, AEG dishwasher, AEG integrated washer dryer, microwave, preparation space and a generous selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also thoughtfully provided for your convenience. For coffee lovers, there's a cafetiere.

The extended kitchen has been beautifully fitted out and is where the washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc are located, thus freeing up space for preparing a brunch or dinner with family or friends.

LIVING ROOM
In the evenings, unwind in the cosy living area, with comfortable furnishings and a decorative fireplace. The perfect place to relax after a busy day enjoying all that Brighton has to offer and enjoy your favourite TV show in this stylish.

DINING AREA
The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests around the large oak dining table with seating benches on both sides; the perfect setting for a shared brunch or perhaps a productive workspace.

BEDROOM 1 - SLEEPS 2
This double bedroom at the front of the property radiates sophistication and bold vibes, has a king size double bed and ample wardrobe space.

BEDROOM 2 en-suite - SLEEPS 2
This bedroom suite is located on the lower floor, with its own private ensuite bathroom, it exudes style and character has a touch of glamorous eccentricity with its stained glass window, roll top bath and separate shower.

BEDROOM 3 - SLEEPS 1
This single bedroom faces the rear of the property overlooking the courtyard garden and has a comfortable iron frame bed.

BEDROOM 4 - SLEEPS 1
A beautiful, peaceful single bedroom with stairs leading to the large studio space above - the perfect hideaway den for children!

FAMILY BATHROOM
Just off the landing, you'll find the fully tiled family bathroom, featuring a contemporary suite with a shower over the continental bath. Complimentary guest toiletries are provided for all guests.

PRIVATE GARDEN
From the extended kitchen, step outside into a private courtyard garden with seating and garden table to seat six so you can dine alfresco in the summer months among the attractively planted out raised beds including a stand of bamboo and a magnificent palm tree. There is a private security gate to the lane beyond.

You will have the whole house to yourselves during your stay.
Other things to note
- Due to Brighton & Hove council restrictions NO partying groups are allowed.
- Please note that there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the lovely neighbours.
- You are subject to the noise and hubbub of a brilliant city centre location
- No pets allowed

Recommended house in a great location. Airhost are very friendly and communicative, and we especially liked the complementary baggage storage on day of arrival and leaving at their office just 2 mins walk from the accommodation

    - Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
