Enjoy the garden sun or cosy up on the couch for movie night and use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals for your family & friends.

All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels and guest toiletries.

KITCHEN
The fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family: oven, microwave, cookware, crockery, cutlery, glassware and a dishwasher so you have more time to enjoy your stay. We also provide all the essential amenities for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basic. Coffee lovers will also be able to prepare their morning brew with the brand new coffee machine.

SEPARATE DINING ROOM - with views onto the gorgeous rear garden. Be the 'hostess with the mostess', serving up delicacies for your friends & families at this dining table for 10!

BATHROOMS
A bathroom on each floor! 2 family bathrooms & 1 ensuite.
In the ground floor bathroom, you will find the shower and toilet, as well as the washing machine & dryer.
The first floor bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet.
The ensuite bathroom in the top floor bedroom has a shower and toilet too.

- Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

A fantastic large property that's perfect for groups of friends or families. With off-street parking for 3 cars, you can also jump on a train from Portslade train station which is a 5 minute walk away and takes just 10 minutes to get into the centre of Brighton. You're close to a fantastic Aldi supermarket too.

- We may be able to accommodate for an early check-in or late check-out for your stay but please check with us 24 hours in advance.

The house is perfect , all clean , the only thing left to be desired was the hot water it didn't have , the rest and wonderful

Lovely property, great communication from the owner, and was immaculate on arrival. Around a 15 mins drive to central Brighton, so accessible but you're staying somewhere lovely and quiet

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
