The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen and features outdoor furniture, ready for you to enjoy a hot drink (or a cold one when the sun is out!).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - comfortably sleeps 6 guests:
BEDROOM 1 (second floor): 1 King size bed with ensuite shower room
BEDROOM 2 (first floor): 1 single that pulls out to be a double + 1 cot
BEDROOM 3 (first floor): 1 Double sofa bed (please request in advance of your stay)

PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR PREFERRED SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT ON BOOKING! All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels and guest toiletries.

KITCHEN
The fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious brunch or meal: cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. We also provide all the essential amenities for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics. Coffee lovers will be able to choose between a pour-over and a filtered coffee machine to prepare their morning brew and a microwave and dishwasher are available for your convenience.

BATHROOMS
Stylish large family bathroom with stunning bath, toilet and beautiful tiling!
An ensuite shower room on the top floor with walk-in shower and toilet.

Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Absolutely beautiful home with lots of space inside, walking distance from the train station, shops, parks and the beach, a lovely little pub over the road with absolutely beautiful food, the house had more than enough room for a family, we definitely would visit again. thank you for a lovely stay.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
