Moments from the seafront, on the first floor, you'll find this beautiful, bright, contemporary 2 bedroom apartment.
It's a bijoux and cosy apartment, perfect for friends and family, business and leisure. It's fully equipped with absolutely everything you will need for a fantastic short or longer stay.
You can easily walk to everything that Brighton and Hove has to offer including the vibrant promenade for independent shops, Church Road for cafes, restaurants and bars. Churchill Square for high street shopping, the South Lanes, the beach, Brighton Pier and the i360 all easily accessible too. The location could not be better.
The living room is uplifting with gorgeous high ceilings, a beautiful bay window flooding the room with light, bright colours, funky cushions, and a lovely luxurious sofa. You can even see the sea from here.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware. There's also a microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher and a fridge. Next to the kitchen is a dining table for four, so you can cook up a lovely brunch and sit at the table with a leisurely coffee. There is a hot water tap (no kettle needed!) and plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics are provided. For coffee lovers, there's also a Krups Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine.
The master bedroom with king size bed is a lovely calm space with modern bedside lamps and a double storage rail. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and the finest 'hotel quality' bedding.
The bathroom is simply divine with a wonderfully large shower head, ideal for that post beach scrub!
- Fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and toiletries are provided for all guests.
- There's also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Smart TV and a Nespresso coffee machine!

If you are driving, you can park at Norton Road car park - a mere 5 mins walk away.

apart from the lock at the beginning. the stay could have not been more excellent, the apartment was absolutely amazing with plenty of space and prestocked with evrry necessity, the tv had every channel you could ask for, and the rooms were very spacious ans extremely comfy, if I could give it 6 stars I would

The accommodation we liked very well. The house and the hallway could use a renovation, but the apartment was top notch! Lots of top gastronomy within walking distance in Hove. Brighton city center is a few minutes' bus ride. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is also a public parking space with an acceptable fee for the period 8am-8pm. Between 8 am and 8 am, parking is even free. Supermarkets and all other shops for everyday needs can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The beach and promenade are also a maximum of 5 minutes away. Overall, a positive experience.

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbors at all times. Please be considerate. As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Thank you for your consideration.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
