This home was in a perfect location in Hove, the shops and the sea accessible on foot. A great well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and large walk in shower. Plenty of towels. The toy box was a lovely touch and really appreciated by my two grandchildren. The beds were comfy. The main room big enough for parents and children to sleep very comfortably together. Having a door code was perfect, no keys to worry about. The host was very quick to respond to messages. We had a lovely weekend here.

Great location, well equipped and comfortable flat, though older visitors should know of two flights of steps between bedrooms and the bathroom.

I stayed at this property with my 2 kids and from the moment we came in we felt right at home. Place was very spacious and had everything we need. They even left some coffee, sugar amongst other things in the kitchen which was super thoughtful as well as some toys for the kids which they loved! Best thing about the property is the clear instructions all around the house which I found extremely helpful. Location was perfect and a walk away to the beach and local shops. I will definitely book this place again when I am in Brighton!

Pros - Good clean place in quiet location - Comfortable beds - Everything you need is available in the kitchen. - There are restaurants and shops nearby. Cons - Parking issue - only permanent residents can park with special permits. - Seagulls scream at night and day (someone can be annoying).

Not only was the property beautifully maintained, but the attention to detail was also truly exceptional. Every amenity we could have possibly needed was provided, making us feel right at home. They graciously allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Very convenient for a great selection of local shops and some wonderful cafes. The flat was ideal for visits by our local grandson and very child friendly as long as you keep a careful eye open for stair climbing attempts! The place is uncluttered but has everything you need and is well equipped, including a good cot suitable for up to around 3 years and a high chair. There are even some great toys. The heating is very effective so no worries about revisiting during the colder months.
