Welcome to this modern apartment situated in a perfect location in Milton Keynes, just 5 minutes from MK Hospital and 10 minutes from the M1, Milton Keynes City Center and MK Central train station, in addition to Tongwell and Kingston business Parks.

The apartment is ideally situated just a couple of minutes away from all required amenities, included Tesco superstore and Kingston retail park, including a range of cafe's, shops and restaurants.

The space

The inviting living area is furnished with two double sofas. Entertainment options include Sky TV and Netflix, with the ability to upgrade to Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and other channels upon request. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, complemented by a double wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 includes a single bed and a bedside table, ensuring a cosy and functional layout for your stay.

Enjoy a range of convenient amenities during your stay, including free allocated parking and a 24/7 self check-in service for ultimate flexibility. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and rest easy knowing that all bed linen and towels are provided. Freshen up with the hairdryer and toiletries included. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, and a full set of cutlery, cookware, and cooking utensils. Gather around the dining table and chairs for meals, and keep your clothes crisp with the iron and ironing board provided.

Guest access

There is private parking available, however, the space isn't the biggest so if your car won't fit, you can park on the street outside the private car park free of charge.

Once you have entered the building, go up the stairs and through the door at the top. No lift access; it is only up one single flight of stairs. The apartment is the last one on the left on the balcony. The key safe will be attached to the wall outside the apartment door.

Open the key safe using the code provided in the check in email / message.

Apartment seemed clean although there were a few stains on the bedroom carpet. Nice kitchen and living room. The building didn't seem overly friendly or safe as there were signs about recent attempted thefts. Overall our stay was fine.

HP Accommodation are always friendly and organised. They are a pleasure to communicate with and really take care of their properties. They hosted a couple of my work colleagues and all was ideal.

Lovely clean accommodation. Plenty of space and perfectly placed for travelling back and forth to the job I was working on. Great customer service. Definitely would recommend to future guests.

HP Accommodation is very professionally run. They provide excellent communication and I found them decent, pragmatic, people to talk to. The property is small but it is clearly well cared-for by HP's cleaning team. I would definitely consider staying at another HP Accommodation property but wouldn't necessarily choose to return to this one. The car-parking is only works for small cars. The general location is nice and close to local amenities.

The place was great. Bit smaller than what we expected but had all the things we needed. The only problem was the presence of spiders in the smaller bedroom and the lack of a dryer. But the latter was not big of a deal as a drying rack was provided. Overall a great stay.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The location is convenient, near to co-opt, butcher shop, cafe…etc. It also near to the Kingston Centre, only take a minute drive. The host is helpful and efficient, reply very quick. I will choose to stay again in future.

A wonderful apartment in Broughton that is well decorated and presented exactly the way it is shown in the photographs. It is clean and tidy and has all the appliances that are necessary to get regular chores done. Moreover, the quick access to most of the necessary stores (Coop, barber, convenience, food, etc.) as well as bus stops from the place makes life super easy. To make things even better, all requests are promptly attended by Ashley and his excellent team, who are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help the guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone searching for a place to stay in Milton Keynes. Yes, it is a bit far from the centre, but that should not deter you from choosing Ashley's place - a beautiful cosy nook which is like a home away from home!
