The space
You’ll feel at home as soon as you step into Stonehaven. On the ground floor, you’ll find a roomy living area with ample space for the whole family as well as a kitchen diner. The living room is also home to a Smart TV.Fully equipped for all self-catering stays, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals.
The house benefits from a garden with a hot tub and outside furniture so you can relax in the sunshine during the summer months. The tennis courts are on the doorstep so you'll have a perfect view.
Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and the family bathroom. There are two king size beds, one double and a single so the setup is ideal for groups of friends and families. The bathroom has an L shape bathtub with overhead shower, WC and basin.

There is free parking located on site for one vehicle. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, free on street parking is also available.

Property in great location for park and seafront. Hot tub was a big hit. Car parking an issue, off road parking was only suitable for a small car and was difficult parking on road, neighbour even came and asked us to move our car so they could park, even though we were parked in front of the property! We knew this was a pet friendly place but had hoped it would have been cleaned enough to cover smells, unfortunately not, had to go and buy air fresheners for various rooms and bleach for kitchen sink. The whole place was quite grubby, dirty glass on doors and windows, cobwebs in bathroom and paintwork dirty. There was a lack of checking out rules, unmake beds or not, wasn’t too sure about the taking rubbish home with you if you had too much! No bag in food waste caddy.

We stayed here for a visit to the local area, and the location was ideal for what we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and everything you could need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the hot tub, so can’t comment on that. Communication from the host was excellent throughout, with clear information and quick responses, which made everything very straightforward. The property itself could benefit from a little TLC and more attention to detail in places. A few areas felt a little tired and would be improved with some maintenance and a refresh. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay and found it to be a good base for exploring the area.
