Unfortunately, I had the worst flue for a week, thankfully the place was comfy and the bed was also nice and firm. The area didn't offer much, but the Italian shop around the corner was amazing. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had everything that we needed. The apartment was very spacious and clean, the location was great in the centre of darlington. Charlie looked after us well and his communication was of the highest standard and made sure we were well cared for. Highly recommend staying here.

Location fine if you need to be in or near Darlington. Looked like photos. Modern and bright. Stay were patronising and far too quick to apportion blame for post tenancy cleaning not being carried out prior to my arrival. Checked in Sunday. Clean took place on Thursday. Claimed no available cleaners / no keys available / only bed made but bins left smelling and full. No equipment left for me to clean. Inexplicably looked in my wardrobe at my clothes but not in the bins to empty them. Had to sort that and clean up myself. Not good enough for the extortionate fees. A ‘serviced’ apartment which didn’t provide a service. Next door flat set off the fire alarm when they used the oven due to cleaning chemicals being left inside it. Pathetic.
