Everything is as described. The location is great in terms of how close it is to the Lanes, the sea and everything else you'd want to visit. The street is busy, as described - I came prepared and brought ear plugs, highly recommended if someone has problems falling asleep in loud environment. The host was extremely helpful, they replied even at 11pm when I had a problem getting in. I did not see that coming and was nicely surprised. There was an option to call for 24/7 help in case of lock-in. The place itself is spacious although not enough storage space if you're coming for more than a weekend. The is no closet, just a rack with hangers. It was fine for me but worth remembering. The internet was enough for me to work remotely which was super important, and to watch youtube or Netflix. I loved the shower, I have a soft spot for walk-in showers :) The kitchen had everything that was needed. The whole place was neat and clean. Highly recommended!

I would definitely stay there again. The location is great on St James' Street, with a view of the sea. The building is shared with others, who made little noise. The place feels very secure with two security entry points before the entrance to the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Happy to recommend.

I had a wonderful stay, right from booking to checking out everything was great. The host was extremely helpful and made the everything easier. The place is beautiful, with everything nearby and a view of the sea too. Clean, feels like home, and perfect for both short and long-term stay.

When I read the comments before staying, it was written that it was very noisy, but only on Fridays and Saturdays there was entertainment noise from outside. I think this noise is very normal on those days. The house was clean and very useful. The location is very central. Tim was very caring and very understanding. I will travel to Brighton frequently from now on and I will choose this place again. Thank you for everything.

Great spot for a three night stay. Excellent location, close to the beach, and the Lanes. Only a short walk from the station. Very safe with good security. Accommodation has everything we needed - Morrison supermarket very close for provisions. Well equipped kitchen but could do with a chopping board and spatula. The booklet with local information was super useful.

I was attending a music event on the Saturday and needed something close to the location. This apartment was perfect as we could see the sea front from the window It catered for all our needs for the weekend and felt like home Would definitely recommend to stay here if you wish to visit Brighton and looking forward to my next visit there

I spent a week there with my two teenage daughters. The place is quite nice because of its location close to the beach and in a lively area. However, we regretted a number of things: - The bed is not king size, it is a classic 140cm bed. You need to change the description, it's misleading. - There is no storage for clothes at all except one totally insufficient for 3 people. - No storage in the shower/wc room either - There are no bedside lamps to read - The apartment is really very noisy and bright at night. I booked knowingly but hadn't foreseen the vibrations of the locals' footsteps very early in the morning. I think this place is suitable for two or three nights as a couple. In that case, I would highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. We had booked the apartment for 3 people, but at first there were only towels for 2 people, but they were delivered within a day. The area itself is quite nice, especially the location in the center is particularly convenient. Very hag jns also liked the sea view, all in all the apartment is recommended!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at this flat in Kemptown. The location was great for us (it was quite busy and noisy but that didn't bother us), a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and with plenty of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Being able to sit in the window to eat at the table whilst people watching and looking at the sea was a nice bonus. The owners were very friendly and responsive, allowing us to check in slightly early and to add an extra night to our stay at a reasonable price. The only issue we had was with the shower which wasn't draining well and consequently, as it is doesn't have a tray, flooded the whole bathroom and would have gone out of the door if we hadn't made a towel barrier. My boyfriend bought and used a drain unblocker which helped but this should have been done by the owners really as part of the cleaning which you pay for.

We had a great time in the apartment! Very well located, big enough and comfortable. Because it is on a busy street it gets noisy at night, but with a pair of earplugs we slept perfectly fine! Whenever we had a question they were very reactive! We’d love to come back whenever we want to visit Brighton again!

The studio flat is spacious, very clean, and very well presented. It's a nice spot, with a sea view overlooking St James High Street. The location is fantastic for getting to know the city. Quite loud at night given its central location, but it's bearable. The shop below has a light on outside that stays on all night, and even with blackout curtains, it looks like daytime shining through. Bring an eye mask if you need complete darkness to sleep. Otherwise, great stay at a cool place.

A great place to stay in Brighton! The only notes I have is that the bed is not King size (as listed in the description) and the shower could do with a fix! Due to no wall or barrier, when you shower, the whole bathroom gets completely soaked! And water only comes out of about a third of the holes in the shower head. These two things made showering a bit uncomfortable but other than that I would 100% recommend this Air bnb. A great location and very helpful staff working for AirHost for you.

We had a great stay here! It was super near all the main attractions (pier, laines, the beach, the pavilion) and was easy to get to via bus from the station. It was clean, bigger than we thought and well equipped for a long weekend away. It also felt very safe, secure and private despite being on a main road. There was a little noise from the street in the night, but being from London this was not a problem at all for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Very central location, close to Brighton Pier and Royal Pavilion. Lots of eatery places and clubs. Personally recommend VIP Pizza. It’s the best Italian pizza ever eaten. Room has lots of space and air. Modern kitchen has everything including basics for cooking. Very pleasant, clean and interesting spot. Will come back again when all projects along the shore will be finished. For now you can walk close to the sea on paved foot way, watch sand volleyball, swim 50m open swimming pool, ride Volk train or be 238m above whole city on I360. Love all improvements.💕

The apartment is very centrally located in Kemptown and very close to the beach. Due to the location on the quite busy street, it is very noisy day and night due to traffic, many passing people and, for example, the garbage collection. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary, the self-check-in was straightforward, communication fast and straightforward.

We have had a very good April stay: close to everything, comfortable bed, good wifi. Good to know: the lock to the gate from the street often fuses, just try again-and again. The best figs are up the hill:) There were earplugs in the bathroom drawer, which was good one of the nights, but otherwise it was usually relatively quiet after midnight. We would love to come back!

The stay was very pleasant. Communication was through an agency and was very good from start to finish. I was always well supplied with information and although the contact took place purely online, everything went very, very well. The apartment looks a little better in the pictures than it was in real life, but I already knew that from previous reviews and I thought there was an extra charm to the place. Kitchen was good and adequately equipped. The host or agency were very accommodating with regard to the check-in time as well as in terms of price after I arrived alone instead of with two other guests. The apartment is in a very nice, lively area. I would definitely recommend staying there.

A good location. The place is a bit tired and has seen better days. The windows were filthy throughout and we could not see out, despite the “Sea View” name. Access was tricky especially at night as the small and very narrow lane up to the door is unlit. I wouldn’t recommend this for a single female traveller.

We enjoyed our trip. The apartment was completely ok for the houses on site. But Kemptown was already crass by the audience this year, lots of junkies and Alkies on the streets. In the neighborhood, however, there are simply beautiful shops such as Ms. Piggys and the hand in hand pub for the area worthwhile. The Airhost team works very professionally and is friendly and accommodating. Late check-out and free luggage storage service. Those who can cope with the area have a good apartment here.

Pros: Great location, Sea view, Renovated apartment, efective communication with Tim and Jessica ( fast responses ), luggage-keeping service, travel cot rental option. Cons: Old and dirty building, not suitable for the families with children, the bed is comfy but the height of the bed is only 30 cm from the ground, dirty and bed smell carpets inside the building. Filthy blinds and windows in the apartment from inside and outside as if they haven't been cleaned for years. Dirty bed smelled carpet in the living room. We had to buy a air freshener spray. We had to pass 4 doors ( 3 of them needed an entry code ) every time to enter the apartment. We rented a travel cot and there was no linen or sponge inside the travel cot, We had to find a way to place our baby inside. We have been asked to put our rubbish out of the building before leaving. Why we paid for cleaning service then! Fortunately, they did not ask us to clean it before leaving! We asked for early check-in but was not possible

Clean and spacious and fully fitted kitchen. For a couple of nights in the centre of busy kemp town you can’t beat it. However if staying longer it could do with extra storage. The shower doesn’t drain quick enough and will flood the bathroom- we didn’t report as we had seen previous review comments so made a towel barrier instead 🫣 the bathroom fan was located high on the wall and required an overstretch with a solid coat hanger to turn on and off 🫢 and although the very low bed was comfy after 2 nights we were rolling in and out, so for the mature traveler’s a higher bed would be better.

We absolutely loved this place. Close to the center and the pier, yet not directly too close to the busy street. The place is big, full of light and well decorated ! This was our second time staying at Tim’s place and it did not disappoint. It’s in an amazing location with a sea view, it’s clean, comfortable, and great for popping in and out of throughout the day. Communication was incredible. There was a potential flooding incident reported by the restaurant below whilst we were away from the apartment, and the airhost for you team immediately sent out the property manager. We were kept updated throughout the whole ordeal and fortunately in the end there was no emergency as the leak was established to have come from elsewhere, but the team were absolutely fantastic in their response action. We will be back again!

Great location, and lovely airy apartment. A good kitchen area and living room space with a sofa and table. the bed is comfortable, and there is a nice little table by the window looking out over the street below (and a glimpse of the ocean straight through) for breakfast or to people watch from. The bathroom is a good size but unfortunately the shower space doesn't have a curtain or door so the water ends up spreading across the bathroom floor. Otherwise everything worked well and the space had a nice homey feel to it.

Stayed here for several nights as we are very fond of Kemptown. The space is nice and right on St James so very close to all the shops and restaurants. The only issue was that one night the business below was renovating with power tools until 1:00 am which was of course disturbing to say the least. Otherwise a nice stay

The area is not the nicest, yes it is very close to the pier but there are a lot of junkies and homeless people around and we had a disturbance one of the two nights we stayed where we had to call the police. The excessive use of keypad locks made it difficult for us to exit the lane way and we were stuck for up to 10 minutes at a time trying to open the gate.

My friend and I loved the place, very good location, surrounded by restaurants and bars, seaside 4 minutes away by walk, big enough for the 2 of us, nice vibe, it was very easy to communicate with the team, they were flexible about our check out time which made our last day there a lot more chill. I would really recommend staying at Tim’s place. You wake up to a lovely view and again, the team that deals with you is really friendly and proactive. Thank you again for everything.

The accommodation itself looks nice and modern. However, there were some signs of wear and tear. The dishes were still from the previous dirt, hardly any water pressure and also the heating made strange noises. It was also a pity that the coffee maker was broken, which could not be solved during our entire stay. Although a coupon was offered for a coffee per day, there was no coffee to go in the shop. Overall fine.

This is an excellent space in Brighton with a great view of the sea. It's easy to get around from here and there are lots of things to do, see, eat and drink nearby. The place is big enough for two people with a nice kitchen and bathroom. You are though right in the middle of St James Street, which does get loud and busy on a Friday and Saturday night. Ear plugs are recommended if you're looking to get a good night's sleep.

Really lovely apartment. Very nice & clean. However, the shower’s drain wasn’t working properly so we had some issues with that. We notified the property agents about it. They were very friendly and helpful, with it being New Year’s Day. Location is fab! Although may need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper (noise outside, and upstairs). Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Small but nice apartment, located in one of the central streets. From the window you can see the sea and just walk 2 minutes and you will find yourself at Brighton Pier; excellent location. This is not a private host, in our case we had a problem the first day and it was quite difficult to get in touch with someone as the responses were automated and no one was responding to the agency number. A note about the bed, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

Fab location, literally 4 min walk to the pier. Shower broke on our first day and a plumber was sent out straight away whilst we was out. Bed is super comfy and my daughter also enjoyed the sofa bed. Check in and out couldn’t be easier with coded doors and not having to carry a key around with you. Can be a little noisy due to location but what you expect when you are so central. Parking isn’t great so we rented a parking space on someone’s drive 1 mile away for a week. Unloading the car was a little hard due to permit only parking and lack of spaces. Over all it’s a fantastic clean apartment suitable for a couple or small family and we would 100% stay here again if we were to come back to Brighton.

As mentioned in other reviews it was quite noisy at times during the night, however this can’t be helped by the host and in some ways is the price you pay for an excellent location so close to all the shops/bars/pier etc. It affected me more as I’m a light sleeper, my partner hadn’t noticed the noise much at all. We otherwise enjoyed our stay very much, the bed was comfy, check in was smooth and flexible for us arriving a bit later. There was all the extras we could need eg kettle/coffee/hairdryer etc . The apartment is in a great location, we couldn’t have asked for better from that point of view. Thank you for having us :)

The apartment is centrally located near the sea and its Unique Sailing Point is the ocean view as well as that you can watch the people's life on the street outside while having breakfast. The apartment is also spacious and nicely designed. Whoever decorated it has a good taste and a good eye for decor. The apartment was also clean and tidy. Thewifi also worked well. Unfortunately, there are a few details that bring down the rating. One is very serious, too. I'll start with that. The most serious flaw was that the water in the shower was scalded and couldn't be changed no matter how much you turned on the faucet. Thus, I was not able to shower normally during my four day stay and had to stand next to the shower and wash water on me. This is directly responsible for health and needs to be fixed before any scalds. Sure, you usually joke about British plumbing but this wasn't fun. Plus, I've paid to be able to shower, which I couldn't. The bathroom is not tiled, but only partially tiled. Unfortunately, therefore, the wall closest to the sink, which is painted only, has been worn quite hard. Such a pass exposed area should have a tile location. I don't know the bathroom problems are because you hired a handyman who was not a wet room authorization or if it's "just" been lost in the renovation but something has gone wrong. The house is old, which is charming, but therefore one should be aware that the sound isolation towards the street is non existent, almost as if the window was open. It's a lively street with a lot of loud people even at night. I like to live close to folk life and you definitely have to expect that there may be nocturnal noises in a street with many restaurants, but then the sound insulation must be better. But it can be tricky to fix in an older house. Seagulls are also very loud until 4 am in the morning. I grew up by the sea and am used to and love the sound of seagulls, which I find peaceful. By day. But not all night. Probably all the restaurants along the street that attract the seagulls there even in the night. It is not certain that it is an issue for everyone but I would still recommend earplugs as I had difficulty sleeping due to all the noises. The long summer nights are just like home in Sweden bright. Lovely in itself but they require blackout roller blinds. The blinds that are now in the apartment let 90 percent of the light in and make it very difficult to sleep without a mask. The issue is very easy to solve by replacing current blinds with blackout roller blinds. I assume you chose the blinds to be able to sit and eat at the dining table by the window and look out at the people without getting caught up. But I think most people think it's a minor issue than it's too bright to sleep. The TV didn't work at all. It just stood and flickered with pixels all over the screen. The pillows are just like the pillows you have on the continent for big and uncomfortable. I would recommend to replace them with pillows in the standard size of 50 x 60 cm. The bed was also pretty hard if you're used to soft Swedish beds. Some people prefer hard beds but it can be good to know. The duvet cover was broken. The painted surfaces were in several places carelessly painted and the plaster was broken. During the dark season, or if you want to read, a bedside lamp is needed. To enter the apartment, you first pass a gate into the alleyway where the front door is. The front door of the house and the door to the apartment each have very smooth electronic locks where you get a confirmation in the form of a sound signal when you enter the correct code. The keypad for the gate to the alley, on the other hand, is of an older type and quite squeaky. There is therefore no confirmation that you entered the correct code and it is not obvious in which direction to turn the knob to open the gate. If you turn the wrong way, you have to turn the code back on. If you stand on the street outside and go into the alley, you first enter the code and then turn the knob to the right (clockwise). If you stand in the alley and go out on the street, you hit the code and turn the knob year left (counterclock). This is not obvious and should be in the information given to you when you receive the codes. Some of the things I mention - like the shower faucet, blinds, TV, painting and bedside lamp - also mentions another listing, Christopher, in his review from March 2022. Still, they haven't been fixed. Since I had read Christopher's review, I asked Airhost Jessica to pass along to Tim that I was happy to see blackout roller blinds. However, this proposal was not taken into account either. Contact with Airhost Jessica (who works at the company that helps host Tim with the rental) was great. She responds quickly. But one thing that one has to immediately opt out is to double ask the upcoming guests if you agree to the house rules, as if you were a child. It is understandable that, for example, you do not disturb the neighbors if you rent an apartment from someone else. It also gets a little ironic considering the noise from the street is more disturbing than any noise from the neighbors. I chose Airbnb over hotels this time because many hotels in Brighton are densely stoked and don't look to have been renovated since the '80s while this apartment, on paper, looked modern and fresh. And that it has sea views. In summary, the apartment is newly renovated in a modern and stylish style style and in a good location and in a good location in a good location but unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone to rent it until Tim has fixed the shortcomings both me and the former tenant Christopher already in March pointed out. My advice to Tim is to close the reservations for a while, take a wet room accessible craftsman once for everyone to fix the shower issue. Like the other things Christoffer and I have pointed out. The apartment has nice basic conditions with it

The apartment was perfect and we had a lovely stay. The location is amazing, nearby so many bars and restaurants and only 2 minutes away from the beach. Checking in was very easy, and Jessica was there whenever we needed her. We had a slight issue with the TV and the wifi as it was not working, but apart from that everything was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week there, and it's was a great experience. The location is perfect, close to beach and a lot of bars/etc, the downside to that is that people on the street can be noisy (I don't mind, but light-sleepers might want to bring ear plugs for the weekend). Communication with the host was great, quick to resolve any issues. I would recommend it if you want a clean, cosy place close to pretty much everything you want to see in Brighton.

The flat is super beautiful and close to everything you need (Lanes, North Lanes, Beach,…). It’s a little bit loud, so don’t earplugs if your sensitive sleep wise . The shower hasn’t enough pressure to deal with long hair, because it’s obviously a rain shower. But there is no hand shower with more pressure, so it takes a bit long to get your hair wet and get the shampoo out of your hair. The stay and the communication was perfect!

Great location - exactly what we were looking for in terms of being close to the Lanes, and to the beach. HOWEVER a few of avoidable trivial and not-so-trivial issues which threatened to spoil an otherwise ideal weekend break for an anniversary date on a budget. Communication was great from the start - they allowed us to check in an hour earlier which we appreciated, and messages were responded to quickly, 7 days a week. The small flat was super clean, which we appreciated. Reasonably smartly renovated with working appliances, but the paint is cracked and peeling in a few places all over the lounge, and there is a bizarre last-minute looking mixture of grey near the door which just feels like a weird mistake. There's a couple of easy things to fix here - the shower control is somewhat broken (I can tell you it needs a new cartridge!), the hot and cold taps are the wrong way round, the window blinds could barely keep out light from the street - please fix this. I am very ok with light but my girlfriend finds it difficult to sleep with light pouring in, a pair of £50 curtains could fix this. The TV wasn't tuned to any channels - again, please fix this. Yes I know we can watch Netflix but... it's a television. There was a fairly distracting problem with the radiators. The radiators when they are heating and cooling (ostensibly their main function) make BIZARRE noises. They crack and creak loudly as they come on and off. I don't know what you should do here but my god did I wake up with a start in the middle of the night. A few other sundry things: Wouldn't cost the earth to have a small bedside lamp. For reading yes, and to be able to switch off lighting from bed but also just because... come on. There was a large crack and chunk of missing glass on the induction hob. Which I reported as soon as we discovered. However what I didn't at first notice, the glass pieces are loose, and will dislodge if you lean in the wrong place - this has got to be addressed immediately. I don't think it's pedantic to say the above details really can make the place feel shabby. It's one tiny thing after another, and it can put a damper on what would be a superb little gem in a great location. It was great to come and go easily from the pier to the pavilion and the lanes, and to grab a great pizza from downstairs at a moment's notice. A little more thought and this would be a 5*.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. Like most other reviews said, you can’t really beat this location, as out the window you can see the ocean front, and just a few minutes walk in either direction you can get to the center of town and all sorts of cute shops and cafés! We didn’t need to take public transportation our whole visit. Because it was so central, there was some street noise at night and street light through the windows, but you will get that with anything in this part of town I’m sure! Overall we would recommend this to travelers and had a great time!

Amazing flat which was really nice for our little time away in Brighton :) it was quite expensive for a small place but it was so beautifully maintained and decorated, perfect for a couple id say. Super central as well !! If you stay here and are vegan you HAVE to try the vegan fish and chips from jack fullers fish and chip shop down the road. Would defo stay here again :) also because u don’t have a key it means no stress about losing keys ( which is something I’ve struggled with in the past with air b n bs )

Good location, 2 minute walk from the pier, shops and bus stops. Easy to get around anywhere. 10 min taxi ride to the station. Great communication with hosts. Dont worry about the alleyway leading up to the place, may seem scary but actually is very safe. Its like a secret passageway to the apartment which is very spacious and comfy. Equipped with a full kitchen if needed. The bed is in the living room (like a studio). The bathroom is a little tight and small. There was ample heating for the chilly weather. Sometimes people on the street can be a bit loud at night but the host provides ear plugs just incase. Overall loved the stay for my short trip to Brighton and Seven Sisters.

Perfect location, right next to the pier along the main strip. Beautiful apartment & was spotlessly clean. Felt very secure & right in the centre, literally 2 minutes walk down the street to the beach. We managed to book parking literally at the back of the apartment too in Morrison’s via ‘your parking spot’. Location is spot on and the bed is super comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Clean, modern apartment just a few minutes walk from the beach and a 5 minutes cab ride from the train station. Everything you need right on your doorstep. 5 minute walk to the city centre and mall. Very helpful and speedy responses from host. Secure entrance and easy access to apartment. A tad lively over the weekend with the local late night bars (earplugs are supplied) but no problem at all during the week.

Great place to stay. It was clean and the bed was super comfy. Location was perfect for the beach, pier and cafes. Possibly a little noisy at times if you came for a tranquil time but nothing to be concerned over. Everything else was as expected from most airbnbs; clean towels, working oven, easy check in, good communication. At £209 a night it’s slightly expensive but that might just be Brighton.

We had a really lovely stay at this property, it was perfect for what we needed for our week away. The property is cute & well decorated and the location is absolutely superb, a stones throw from the seafront and all the places we wanted to go. The only issue we had was with the bathroom which at one point flooded out into the hall. However once we used some drain unblocker, we didn’t have the same issue again. Communication was great, the team were regularly checking in with us to see if we were ok, check in was easy & efficient, and besides the above we had no real problems at all. Would absolutely stay again.

When arriving at the flat we were immediately impressed with the location - a 5 minute walk to the seafront/shops. However, the standard of cleanliness was appalling : - The first issue we found was a clump of hair clogging the shower drain, showing it had clearly not been cleaned. We flagged this with the host and after pushing very hard they finally sent the cleaner out to fix this on the 4th day. - The next issue we found was mould on the kitchen tap, which we were advised by a family member who works in catering not to drink water out of, resulting in us having to drink bottled water for the duration of our stay. We flagged this with the host, who downplayed our issue as “wear and tear”. - The final issue we had during our stay was the dust levels. My partner has a dust allergy and therefore struggled to spend any prolonged period of time in the property without her eyes swelling. We again flagged this and to the hosts defence they did sort it, after trying to have us pay for a cleaning service and saying it wasn’t possible due to COVID. This isn’t the standard we would expect for paying over £1,000 for a weeks stay at any property. Despite these issues, we would definitely recommend visiting Brighton as it is a wonderful city with lots to do, just not at this property.

The living/bedroom space was clean, well kept, & the decor was minimalistic, but we felt a little underwhelmed by the space. When you go away you expect to be able to unpack your suitcase, in this scenario that wasn’t possible. Yes it doesn’t state in the bio that there is an area to store your belongings, but I think that should be a given. For me unpacking your bag is part of the fun & having no where to store some of our belongings felt like we were just waiting to leave with our cases out the entire time. Bathroom: You couldn’t have a shower for more than two minutes in risk of flooding the hall. The host did offer to send somebody over to look at it, but for the price & the length of our stay, it’s not good enough. The hustle and bustle of a busy bouncing city we have no problem with, but this noise was another level. The first night we nearly left. We may aswell have been on the dance floor it was that loud. I would expect the host to mention how loud the night life actually is in the bio & as a result the price to reflect this. The location in regards to the beach & other amenities is great, but just not if you want to sleep. Maybe we just a bad couple of days, but hey, that’s all we have to feedback on. Getting in and out of the property: Shady side entrance, where the key code pad worked on route in, however, every time we left the property we had to ask a random member of the public to help us get out, as the code from the inside did not work, so we could not get out. Not good. I’d already spoken to the host about the other issues & didn’t want to spend our short break annoyed and on the phone to them constantly. Very frustrating. Simple things. For me the price should reflect the quality of the experience and we didn’t have a £210 per night quality experience, no where near. We would return to Brighton, great city. I would not return to this property.

Tim’s place is a lovely apartment in an ideal location - we had a brilliant stay! We were aware that it may be noisy, but earplugs were provided so this was not so much of an issue - we have given 4 stars instead of 5 just because the street is very light at night and blinds do not block it out, so sleeping was difficult on the first night until we covered the blinds with blankets/towels. Nevertheless, this only slightly impacted our stay and it was very enjoyable!

Fantastic location - only a couple of mins walk from the beach and very close to everything you could want in Brighton! Great space with a well equipped kitchen and small dining table with a sea view. Only downside of the location is that it was noisy in the evenings from the restaurants and bars on the street below and it got very bright from outside in the mornings. Despite this we had a lovely stay here!

Lovely, well decorated apartment. Very clean and as described. Communication from host was fantastic - Jessica was very responsive. Location is great, very central and instructions to get to the apartment were clear. It is, however, very loud at night, from noises on the street, the restaurant below and other apartments in the building. We don’t live in cities, so we’re not used to this and found it difficult to sleep. Other than the noise (which is the negative of being so central) we would recommend this apartment.

Great location and space. Lovely and clean with all amenities needed. Very comfortable. Would recommend to other travellers. During my stay, I did raise one safety concern re. the outside gate which requires a code to exit onto the street (could stop a guest getting to safety in the event of a fire). My point of contact was very receptive and assured me the owner would be addressing this soon.

The location is incredible, you can see the pier from the window, it’s about a 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront with a 10 minute walk to the lanes. We paid for parking on Parkopedia in a street nearby, £33 for 3 days not too bad. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars right outside the apartment, highly recommend eating at Purezza which is literally underneath the Airbnb! It can be a bit noisy from the street at night, but the host left earplugs for us so it wasn’t an issue. All in all a lovely stay.
