IDYLIC LOCATION - This terraced townhouse is in a quiet residential area close to some great local pubs, walkable to the city centre, beach, Pier, the North Laine for the best independent coffee shops, great pubs, restaurants and coffee shops plus the South Lanes for shopping and Brighton train station!

BEAUTIFUL STYLE & DESIGN - With a contemporary yet eclectic style including traditional fireplaces, vintage furniture pieces, wooden flooring, window shutters, a window seat and a piano, this beautiful house is set in a Conservation Area is known for its outstanding examples of late Regency and Victorian architecture.

LIVING - The living room has plenty of space to relax and unwind. It has a comfy sofa plus an arm chair, fireplace, window seat and a cosy rug at one end with a piano, desk and plenty of book shelves at the other. It's a cosy, homely place to spend time together and relax.

KITCHEN & DINING - The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a microwave. You also have plenty of cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics are provided so please help yourself. The kitchen has a dining table that seats up to 6 guests so you can easily cook up a brunch and eat together with friends or family.

From here you can access the private terraced area and some greenery and an outdoor table and chairs.

BEDROOMS -
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, wooden floorboards, original fireplace, storage for your luggage and personal items plus a desk so if you need to do any work during your stay, you have a dedicated area.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed; it's a child's bedroom
Bedroom 3 is a child's bedroom with a toddler sized single bed.
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have a small table and chair which can be used as a desk or a dressing table.

We provide plenty of fresh bed linen, large towels, hand towels, bath mats and guest toiletries for all guests.

PIECE DE RESISTANCE.... BATHROOM! - The bathroom is the piece de resistance! It has a free-standing roll top bath plus a tiled walk-in shower. We also provide guest toiletries so you can simply relax and enjoy a long hot bath or shower.

IN ADDITION
- There is excellent WIFI throughout the house.
- There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board for guests to use.

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the entire property during their stay.

Other things to note

One travel cot and a crib bed are available for you to use. An additional travel cot can be supplied for £20, please request this when booking.
