BEAUTIFUL STYLE & DESIGN - With a contemporary yet eclectic style including traditional fireplaces, vintage furniture pieces, wooden flooring, window shutters, a window seat and a piano, this beautiful house is set in a Conservation Area is known for its outstanding examples of late Regency and Victorian architecture.
LIVING - The living room has plenty of space to relax and unwind. It has a comfy sofa plus an arm chair, fireplace, window seat and a cosy rug at one end with a piano, desk and plenty of book shelves at the other. It's a cosy, homely place to spend time together and relax.
KITCHEN & DINING - The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a microwave. You also have plenty of cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics are provided so please help yourself. The kitchen has a dining table that seats up to 6 guests so you can easily cook up a brunch and eat together with friends or family.
From here you can access the private terraced area and some greenery and an outdoor table and chairs.
BEDROOMS -
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, wooden floorboards, original fireplace, storage for your luggage and personal items plus a desk so if you need to do any work during your stay, you have a dedicated area.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed; it's a child's bedroom
Bedroom 3 is a child's bedroom with a toddler sized single bed.
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have a small table and chair which can be used as a desk or a dressing table.
We provide plenty of fresh bed linen, large towels, hand towels, bath mats and guest toiletries for all guests.
PIECE DE RESISTANCE.... BATHROOM! - The bathroom is the piece de resistance! It has a free-standing roll top bath plus a tiled walk-in shower. We also provide guest toiletries so you can simply relax and enjoy a long hot bath or shower.
IN ADDITION
- There is excellent WIFI throughout the house.
- There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board for guests to use.

We had a great stay in Brighton. The accommodation is spacious, very beautiful and well located. The city center is within walking distance but the accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood which is very nice. There is covered parking not far away, even if unfortunately in Brighton it's quite expensive to park

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate as per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
