Live like a local in the heart of Brighton! Just a short walk from the train station and a 10-minute stroll to the beach, my lovely flat is in the North Laine area; a hub of independent shops, restaurants, pubs & cafés. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook St Peter's Church and provide a perfect vantage point to watch the many local events, such as the Brighton Marathon and the Pride Festival Parade. With a double bedroom, it's perfect for couples, solo & business travellers alike.
The space
Situated on the first floor of a bow-fronted, listed Regency building, this light-filled flat boasts an open-plan layout with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen sits next to the dining area, making it a fantastic space to cook, eat, and watch the street life of Brighton. It's stocked with everything you need - pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a French press coffee maker.

There's a cosy sofa in the living area, perfect for unwinding. The concealable TV, which rolls out when needed, is equipped with Freesat, Firestick, Netflix, YouTube and other terrestrial on-demand channels. You can also log in to your own streaming services such as Apple TV and Disney+. There are books, magazines, and board games for some retro style lounging too.

Connect your Bluetooth device to the compact Sony stereo and listen to your playlists, access the Wi-Fi, or use the desk space if you need to get some work done.

The quiet bedroom at the back of the flat features a comfy double bed with fresh linen, room darkening shades, and plenty of wardrobe space.

The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, a toilet, sink, and a cabinet to store your toiletries.

Bedding, towels, essential bathroom toiletries, and tea & coffee are all provided.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay.

Check-in is easy with self-check-in via a lockbox located at the front of the building. The flat is accessible via a communal hallway and up a flight of stairs.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and ask that you please follow the house rules and be considerate of our neighbours.

The 1820s building is full of Brighton charm, complete with single-glazed windows. You may hear some street noise (and seagulls!) that are beyond our control. The bedroom, located at the back of the flat, is a quieter space. And just in case you’re sensitive to noise, we also provide earplugs for extra comfort.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
