Located in the tiny seaside Hamlet of Port Mulgrave, and only short drive from the nearby Saltburn and Whitby, the aptly named View Point is a comfortable, ground floor three bedroom property with spectacular cliff tops views and tasteful interiors. Enjoy a romantic trip for two, or a family seaside holiday, where you and your loved ones can come together and make the most of the delightful View Point.
The space
View Point boasts stunning sea views across the North Yorkshire coast line, and offers plenty of space for families and larger parties across three well sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious ensuite with roll top bath, and the family bathroom is perfectly located at the end of the hallway for the remaining two bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment as well as outside space to the left of the property for those sunny summer evenings.

There is private parking for up to two cars.

We welcome 1 small, well behaved dog.

Stayed and view point cottage. beautiful location and lovely stay. very quiet and peaceful and the view over the cliffs and beach of ports musgrave idilic. Lovely base to explore the North Yorkshire coast. Cottage was cosy, very clean and warm once radiators and water had heated up, and cosy retreat after a few snowy/wintery days! The only slight downside or points to consider is there are no condiments of any sort in the house, so ensure you bring your own. The frontroom although clean, did have a strong smell of dog when first coming into the property. We also have a dog and know the cottage is dog friendly. But it may be worth having a deep clean or air spray to use to helpaak the smell? One other area of feedback is the walls can become quite damp, especially with the snowy weather we had. The cottage had been vacant for some time prior to arriving. If housekeeping could turn on the electric heating system for anticipated arrival, this would be great. Otherwise beautiful stay!

The photos didn't actually do it justice, the sea view was outstanding, every morning, sun rising over the coastline, just breathtaking. Everything we needed was within the cottage, heating worked a treat. spotless, comfy, and ample space. fossil hunting was withing walking distance down the path to the shore or a walk along the coastal path for more beaches. Excellent, friendly pubs locally, which served vast meals and great prices. Whitby, a stones throw in the car was a great day out. perfect holiday getaway.

Fantastic stay! The area is beautiful, and the views from the property are absolutely stunning. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and the property itself was larger than expected! The only downside was the damp in the walls, which you do notice from time to time, but the scenery more than made up for it. We would definitely stay again, but would avoid the colder months.
