Pros: great location, nice backyard. Cons: no hot water, no heating, irresponsive host, host didn’t provide check-in instructions before extra payment over the Airbnb price for insurance (need to provide bank details via unknown service).

My family and I spent a weekend in this easily accessible accommodation, with a parking space in front of the property. The accommodation is within walking distance to all the sights of the city, which is a plus. However... we are very disappointed with the accommodation... Dust with cobwebs in the living room (being allergic, it's average...), a window that does not close at the master bedroom. Hot water not available upstairs throughout the weekend. Having reported the problem several times by message, I was offered no solution to help us except to read their book which does not announce how it works... Using 4 the only small bathroom available on the ground floor was really limited... Then we were woken up around 8am by a craftsman who was supposed to do work in the house... Personally, having paid the price, We are really disappointed....

I wouldn't recomment this place despite the close location to the city centre. It was dirty, there was dust everywhere. The host did offer to send a cleaning squad next day, but when we arrived in the evening on the first day, we had to clean it to stay for the night. Also, some kitchen utensils where sticky, the pots and pans are really so old, burnt from wear and tear. The microwave was oxidised, so we didn't dare to use it. You can tell the property lacks even the minimum maintenance. The windows in the upper floor are very old and difficult to open. The host did communicate with us through messaging, but the main fault was poor cleaning and poor maintenance. To top it all up, the next-door neighbours were very loud in the evenings and late night, shouting and partying till 2am some days. Parking around the house is tricky, so not recommened if coming by car. Overall, we had quite an unpleasant experience. Thanks to AirBnb, I got the cleaning fee reimbursed.
