Our flat is in a great location, on the edge of the beautiful Preston Park in a peaceful residential area. It's close enough to the centre of Brighton that you can easily walk to all of the main attractions. The beach is just 1.5 miles away. There are some great cafes and pubs within a few minutes from the flat. The off street parking space is a real bonus!

This place is perfect for a couple, friends or a small family to use as a base for exploring Brighton.

Location was great for walking into town with parking available a real plus. The house was decorated lovely, well stocked and exceptionally clean. However, the main negatives were the TV box wasn’t set up so we weren’t able to watch this during our stay. Unfortunately, the neighbours played drum and bass until 2am on both the Friday and Saturday nights, directly below the bedroom which wasn’t ideal given we have a 2 year old daughter. It’s a real shame the two latter points let it down because it is a lovely flat and Dash/Emma were extremely responsive and accommodative

While this was a beautiful and well presented flat we went in November and found that there were no real provisions for colder weather, eg, extra blankets or heaters considering it is a large airy flat with no double glazing. We were so cold we only stayed 1 night rather than 2 as intended. Also there was no microwave and limited pots and pans (one standard sized saucepan) so not good if you are looking to self cater. So it ended up being a very expensive cold night away.

Lovely period features with all mod cons. A very spacious property which is walkable from everything Brighton has to offer. Dash and Emma very proactive with instructions and checking all is OK.

Really nice flat. Great to have parking but also be in walking distance of Brighton, corner shops and the beach
