Our flat is in a great location, on the edge of the beautiful Preston Park in a peaceful residential area. It's close enough to the centre of Brighton that you can easily walk to all of the main attractions. The beach is just 1.5 miles away. There are some great cafes and pubs within a few minutes from the flat. The off street parking space is a real bonus!

This place is perfect for a couple, friends or a small family to use as a base for exploring Brighton.

Lovely period features with all mod cons. A very spacious property which is walkable from everything Brighton has to offer. Dash and Emma very proactive with instructions and checking all is OK.

A fantastic property and great place to stay as it's very close to many restaurants and the North Lanes. Very comfortable and easy access in and out of the property.

The apartment was exactly as described, very spacious, spotless and cozy. Communication was great before and during the stay. Approx. 30 minute walk to downtown Brighton. A big park nearby, great for walking the dog. If using parking, it is helpful to have a flashlight and wearing wellies. I had no issues getting to the parking behind the building with a Honda CR-V. We really enjoyed staying at Dash's place and will book again if going to Brighton again.

Lovely place, had all the extras too; tea, coffee, sugar, spices, oils etc, so great attention to detail on that & it helped us settle in very quickly as we arrived early evening and stayed a week. There is no escaping the fact that the entrance area leaves a lot to be desired, but my teenage daughter & I felt safe and the other residents we met were nice & friendly - the last two nights, there was someone playing music & talking quite loudly to the point that it could be heard quite clearly in the bedroom but it stopped by 11. Overall, very happy - thank you!
