This beautiful, historic 4-bedroom property, located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter, has jaw-dropping interiors and stunning Georgian period features throughout.

'The townhouse' can sleep up to 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining room, 2 living rooms, a games room and an idyllic private garden!
The space
Luxuriously spread across 4-floors, this home has large sash windows, beautiful wooden floors and masses of space. The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2-living areas, a kitchen and a dining area.

Guests can unwind on the comfortable couch in the TV room after a long day of sightseeing or, if feeling more adventurous, can even play a game of ping pong in the games room!

We have aspired to maintain the house and its character, preserving its period features. Some of the windows are still from pre-war times and have survived bombing during WW2.

*Please kindly note that being a 200-year-old house, some of its wooden floorboards make a charming noise.*

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA:
The exquisite kitchen is situated on the lower ground floor and has a light and luminous living area with a classic wood burner. There is also a large dining table seating up to 10 guests - perfect for large groups. Featuring French windows that open into the garden, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast around the big table (if the Liverpudlian weather permits).

The kitchen includes everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine - coffee pods are included and supplied by us! There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron should you need it.

Unwind in the ground floor TV room with its big comfy day bed. Play a game of ping pong and keep the score on the antique Belgian scoreboard!

BEDROOMS:
We have created all bedrooms to be unique, expressing our love for a mix of simple contemporary lines, modern pop bits and character vintage pieces collected from around the world! All rooms have space to hang clothes and dressing tables/desks.

The house features 1 King room, 1 Single room with a sofa bed and 2 Double rooms.

BATHROOMS:
There are 3 bathrooms in the apt, all supplied with large fluffy white towels and starter toiletries for every guest.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the house.

If you have any other requests, please do not hesitate to ask - we want you to have the best experience possible!
Other things to note
The house is located in a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Proactive communication from Chris to get us linked up with the new management company. Andy provided info on local parking and all the check in info. The house is lovely, huge rooms throughout the property so there is tons of space across all floors. The property was clean and tidy and had the amenities we needed. Some minor plumbing issues where drainage was slow and a bit blocked as others have mentioned but didn’t impact us hugely. Being a big house, it was a bit chilly on arrival so we got the heating on fast and it warmed the house quickly so it was comfortable. No parking permit but that was fine as it was confirmed early on - there is a JustPark car park a few mins walk down the road which was really convenient. Good value for money for the size of the space. There were four of us plus a baby, but it would easily accommodate many more people comfortably.

House was perfect for our needs, graduation with family near Anglian Cathedral. We were familiar with the area prior to booking and its location to local restaurants and city centre. Extensive space on all floors, kitchen well equipped, beds very comfortable, linen clean and crisp. Would definitely recommend

Fabulous space for a family get-together -plenty of bedrooms, loos , bathrooms and sitting spaces. It had everything we needed Table tennis table very much appreciated. Check-in was easy once we had found the key-pick up shop - what was missing was the accurate name and address ie Philharmonic Mini Market, 43 Hardman St.

The house was well located for us to walk to most tourist sites. It was approx 25 min walk from the main centre. The house smelt musty particularly in the kitchen / basement and the 2nd floor bathroom smelt funny too. The shower door wouldn't open in the 2nd floor bathroom was was out of use as was the washing machine. The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable and we had no tv channels so used our netflix login. We had no hot water on our first evening and noticed the boiler was set to minimum. It was OK once we had turned it up. There was a fabulous Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The house is beautiful but seems a bit unloved. It was clean and the beds were very comfy. Liverpool is amazing and we had a fantastic time.

Lovely period house in a great location. It feels a little unloved inside (scruffy carpets and broken loo) but for our purposes was great and everyone had a lot of space. Unfortunately the host would not offer us more than 1 key, despite asking in advance and also asking Air BnB to support the request. We were a party of 5 people on a work trip so this was very inconvenient. The house actually sleeps up to 8 people and it seems unsafe to only offer 1 key. The key pick up and drop off location is a 10-15 minute walk away which was also inconvenient, especially when departing. The host was friendly but there were too many automated messages before the trip began and then when contacted they seemed unable to respond in a bespoke way - it felt a like talking to a 'bot with very generic responses and no flexibility. Despite being a lovely house and great location, for these reasons I wouldn't book with this company again.

  • Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
