Firstly; the house was great. Cosy living room with space for all the family, big kitchen, nice bedrooms. We had a wonderful Christmas with all the family together. However, there were some issues that tainted the experience; For a 4 bedroom house, the ohe one bathroom was incredibly small, the bath tap sheared off when we tried to use it on the first day, and the shower was borderline unusable. Pressure wasn't great and the temperature control didn't work at all - the shower mostly ran at scalding hot, and trying to change the temperature control did nothing. There was no lock on the door, which was reported but no action was taken. Additionally, the toilet was squeezed in between the basin and the radiator meaning it was barely usable for me (I'm 6ft3) and the downstairs toilet was no better - very, very cramped. Overall, nice house but really let down by the bathroom/ shower facilities. And the automatic / AI responses to our messages were more frustrating than helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect. Only used our cars twice. Once to Margate for a meal & to Broadstairs, however we realised we could have walked to Broadstairs. Would have been approx 30 minutes. Walk down to the seafront from the house was minutes & then into the town approx a further 10 minutes. The house is full of character, yes it does need some TLC which I have informed the owners BUT it’s a bargain of a price & for 8 of us as well. 4 adults & 4 children (all teenagers) we would be back for the location & for the price. Bedding was clean & mattresses were good. Pillows good as well. We were in Ramsgate to visit family & it was a lovely 4 days with amazing weather. House could benefit from board games maybe if guests have poor weather & need to keep younger children entertained. Kitchen is huge. Oven is amazing, so when cooking for 8 it’s perfect! Second loo, always handy. We knew it didn’t have 2 bathrooms but we all managed. It wasn’t a big deal.

House in general ok. Tired furnishings. Sofa has a massive hole in the arm with the filling exposed. The shower is so hot you can’t turn it down so only the bath is available to use, which isn’t great when it’s 2 family’s holidaying together. Unfortunately there is a musty smell in the downstairs toilet. We had to buy dishwasher rinse aid and tablets to be able to use it, and unfortunately the tumble dryer didn’t work either. Some of the cleaning had been over looked. The coffee machine still had milk froth on it and old used coffee granules in machine. Good location to the beach. Bedroom sizes are good and clean bedding/towels. Easy check in details. Unfortunately we would not come back to this house in the future.

My partner and I stayed here with our respective children (5 in total) for Christmas and had a lovely, comfortable stay with all the amenities we needed and ample space for us to relax and chill. We were able to walk to enjoy a lovely coast walk to Broadstairs and also enjoyed walking down to Ramsgate town and harbour. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen diner where we were able to cook a great Christmas dinner and all sit together round the table to eat and play board games. Beds and linen were very comfortable and there was a lovely private courtyard at the back. All in all a very lovely time.

The facilities was really good location was great. The only thing for eight people they should be at a second bathroom and there were no hand towel in the downstairs toilet. Overall we had a good time.

Lovely place, lots of shops near by. Like bookstores, tattoo shops, corner shops and fish and chips. Very easy to travel around and hosts were very helpful!

Good overall stay in terms of value for money, location! The paint needs updating in some of the bedrooms as you can see stains on the walls. The living rooms sofas could do with a wash too. Had a little bit of noisy neighbours at the back bedrooms arguing all night and had to close the windows at 27 degrease. I would suggest to take pictures of everything that you think is damaged or it is not as it should be and send it straight to Sam so you do not regret it later on the process like we did.

Fab stay - exactly as pictured. Lots of utensils etc in the kitchen which was helpful. Great space for 7-8 people. Really close to the seafront. A tad hard to find parking but where isn’t nowadays! Would stay again.

Lovely for a family holiday as proximity to shops and seaside fantastic Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and kitchen Bluefox management company very responsive and took care of things very promptly Would benefit from some design improvements to the layout especially bathrooms but then again doesn’t that apply to almost every home Had to stock up basic amenities which I expected to be supplied

We had a great stay, house was as described and fit my party of 8 comfortably. The bathroom is a little small and as there’s only one (another toilet downstairs but only one shower) it could be a bit of a wait to use; however, we made it work. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and the main harbour area. I stayed in the queen bed and it was very comfy. Local area had some close shops for essentials. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Ramsgate area!

Good location, within walking distance to Ramsgate. Property was a good size, with a nice court yard/garden at the back. We did unfortunately encounter an issue with the child’s cot which was broken and unusable. We also felt some areas of the house were in need of a more thorough clean.

We were there for a golf tournament at Princes golf course. The house was great no issues but was just a bit far to the course. But that was our problem nothing about the house. Otherwise would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay. A real home away from home during a work trip - perfect for what we needed. Blue Fox certainly communicate well, perhaps too many messages, emails etc but that’s a matter of preference. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the stay was perfect, the house was lovely and mostly clean, a few points on cleanliness would be to get the nets in the master washed asap they were very dusty and when i opened the windows in the morning it smelt dusty in our room which was a bit off putting. Both the stair gates are missing the ends and cant be used, so we had to improvise fixing them to the stairs using an old telephone wire we found in the cellar, i did reach out to blue fox but got no reply. The cellar is suffering from damp and although not noticable in the day in the evening its overpowering i would investigate this asap. There are no cleaning products in the property so i had to improvise when i mopped the kitchen floor, no sprays to clean the counters etc. Its a small criticism but if u treat a house like your own u want to be able to clean like u do at home, also no handtowels were avaliable so if u wash your hair u had to use someone elses, lots more feedback but there isnt enough space here

Well located property within a short walk of the sea. Easy lock box check in. Property spacious but tired - the the flooring in the kitchen needs to be replaced as it is damaged , we had to relocate a rug from elsewhere to avoid tripping over the floorboard. Otherwise all good.

The house is warm, clean and located just 5 mins from the sea. We had such a great stay here, easy check in and out, and great wifi connection too! Would definitely recommend this place! The rooms were also lovely and bright, and the street itself was so quiet, we all slept very soundly!

We thoroughly loved staying at this property in Ramsgate. It was fantastically close to the top of the cliff (and if you looked out in one direction, you can see the sea from the window). Parking in the street was relatively straightforward and we parked every time either on the street or on the one perpendicular that was almost opposite the house and went down to the sea. It was easy to get into the town centre and to the park at the end of the cliff path that continued on to Broadstairs. The wifi was excellent (and we were able to do online lesson for five of us!). The house was warm and the patio at the back would have been lovely to sit in if it had been a little warmer. Access to the cellar was extremely helpful for both storage while we were there, but to also use the freezer and the tumble dryer.

Absolutely perfect stay with the extended family in this spacious townhouse. The house has all the amenities needed - including highchair, travel cot, stair gate for those with little ones. The house was warm and the large kitchen accomodated us all really easily. Location is perfect - so close by the seaside, and a very short walk to ALDI for groceries and delicious fish and chips. Communication with the Blue Fox team was easy - super responsive. We found everything we needed there, no complaints here!

We had a fantastic stay at Bellevue Road - it's a beautiful house in a great location. It was very quiet at night and the bedrooms were lovely and spacious and comfortable beds. Sweet little garden too. I'd definitely recommend it.

The house was really lovely, full of original features and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. There is only one, pretty small bathroom, which was fine for the five of us, but it would have been a stretch if we had been a group of eight, but overall we had a very positive experience and would recommend.

Comfortable house, a little bit ‘basic’, but great for a large group. It is very spacious. Only one bathroom which we had to work around with there being 7 of us. Very good communication with the property managers. House is well situated for walking to shops, town and the lovely walk to broadstairs along the coast, but it is in a very quiet area of town ( no noise in the street). We were able to sit outside in the back garden as the weather was warm. The kitchen table is not very stable with both leaves pulled out, so beware if you are a large group! The cooker is excellent but might need a couple more saucepans if you are cooking for a lot of people. There are plenty of mugs, glasses and plates. All in all, we had a very good weekend.

The house is very nicely presented. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the living room was attractive with a lovely marble fireplace and the kitchen/dining area was spacious with a fabulous cooking range and sufficient kitchen equipment for our needs. The bathroom however was rather small and cramped by comparison. Parking was on street and whilst not always possible to park outside we were always able to find a spot nearby. The area was quiet and nicely positioned for walking to the east cliff and harbour areas.

The place has a great location, 2 mins away from the beach and really close to restaurants, pubs, shopping etc. Loved our stay, it was a very comfortable setting with all facilities provided. The hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed with regular check up via message/email. Would definitely recommend

It’s with sadness to write my first negative review ever of a property. The house is well located and is big but it was filthy. It had (purposefully) not been professionally cleaned - it is managed by a company who are great but were apparently told by the host he didn’t want to pay for it to be “professionally” cleaned between him staying there and us arriving- a family of four with a five and three year old, during covid! There was rubbish overflowing in the front garden- it looked like people were moving out, cigarette butts, beer cans and beer bottles over the back patio and broken glass all around the back door and door mat which our 3 year old nearly stepped on. The kitchen bin and oven were both thick in grime and two beds had obviously not been cleaned. We called the agent immediately who were really responsive who sent their two cleaners over straight away and they both spent 3 hours at the property clearing up all the hazards and cleaning it. The girls were lovely but is wasn’t really ideal to have them there during covid and still washing the kitchen floor around our kids having their dinner. We still didn’t use the lounge as the sofas still felt really unclean even after the filthy throws and cushions had been taken away. We spent as much time out of the house as possible and it felt uncomfortable to have to do. It was a real shame as we were supposed to be relaxing after a horrid year. It’s also such a shame to have to write a negative review. All of my experiences through air bnb have always been amazing and we were so shocked and disappointed with the state of this house especially during covid where everything surely should be made even more clean and safe? We would therefore not recommend this property to anyone, especially those with families.

The reviews are very accurate in that this is an amazing house in a great area so close to the beach! It’s extremely spacious and well furnished. The description of the house and area are very accurate. Certain areas of the house felt a bit dusty however the toilets and kitchen were very clean and we felt very comfortable staying during the pandemic! Also the hand soap smelt amazing!

This house fitted all our needs. It has good space and a good location for amenities. It could have done with a more thorough clean before check in as a lot of the kitchen surfaces etc were a bit greasy but otherwise clean enough. Check in and check out we’re easy and simple. I would say that the parking isn’t guaranteed at all and the street is very busy so don’t take that for a given.

We booked this house as we needed somewhere to house 4 adults and 3 children plus in the daytime cater for visiting family. Overall it was a great find, excellent space all round, great bedrooms ( with lots of TV's which was a winner with the children ) , nice bathroom and a fantastic kitchen including a range cooker- I catered for 15-20 people each day without issue, lots of crockery and space - just needed some bigger roasting tins which I have fed back to the host and they have noted . Only a few minutes from the beach / harbour / restaurants . The hosts were great as well, easy and quick responses to queries . Just remember the road is very busy as its a main through route, parking is fine during the day but can be challenging after about 4.30 pm .

A really lovely property, clean, elegant and very close to the sea, so perfect for waterfront walks and for popping into town. Also, who knew Ramsgate was such an attractive little harbour town? I'd feared a visit in November would be a bit bleak, but the winter sun made it all the more enticing. Thank you for an excellent stay, very much look forward to returning.

The house is literally amazing ! Victorian house with original features , 10 minutes walk from the Pier and the main beach . You can see the seaside from the master bedroom and the entrance of the house . We had the best sleep ever in there ! Little garden and pretty table to enjoy the sunshine in the morning . Really pretty bedrooms and very stylish design as well. White beddings and towels that gives you feeling that you're staying in a luxurious boutique place ! Excellent internet connection with Netflix and I play ! Brilliant cooker with enormous stove to cook in peace for many people ... You can enjoy cooking while chatting to your family on the rustic table in the dinning room. The laundry room was excellent as we stayed with a 2 teenagers and a toddler so we packed fresh clothes home without the castle of doing the laundry when back home. The team was excellent to provide us with the brand new cot bed for our little one . One note is that there is only one family bathroom so if staying with big family you need to line up for shower :) I'm sure this isn't an issue when staying with family bit if few couples are sharing it could be a bit crowded. Other than that we had amazing stay ! Communication was amazing . We had a small issue with the oven and was kindly sorted as well as we got bottle of red wine left on our dinning table to enjoy ! An exelence place ! There are many things to do in Ramsgate and the near by Broadstairs and Margate ! We would return happily at some point ! Thank you Blue Fox for the exelence hosting !

This was the ideal place to stay for our family trip of eight people for two nights in Ramsgate. The house is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for: plenty of space, clean, tidy, well-equipped, perfectly located on a street that was quiet enough to adequately park on, but was also only about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Many thanks for providing such an enjoyable and accommodating stay.
