We had a lovely stay overall. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe residential area, with the added bonus of free parking. Canterbury city centre is only around a 15–20 minute walk away, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was very clean, and everything we needed had been thoughtfully provided. The only slight issue was that the pull-out sofa bed in the living room was unfortunately not working, so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa without it being pulled out into a bed. Fortunately, she is quite slim, so she managed fine! Apart from this, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed our time in Canterbury.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The centre is within walking distance, and the parking space right by the apartment was great. Everything is great. However, there are few cutlery items, and they are old, and there are no spices except salt. The toilet seat and the shower curtain are also a bit dated.

The apartment was in a great location with private parking. The size of accommodation was ideal for us for the weekend. The apartment needs some attention due to wear and tear in places. All things that can be sorted easily by the host.

The location is great and the bed comfortable. However, this flat is run by a management company who do not know the listing well and haven’t maintained the property to a good standard. We had to stay out all day for a maintenance person to come and fix several issues only for them not to turn up and the management company to stop communication from mid day. I hope the mould, faulty/ broken items and stains are rectified before the next guest checks in. If they are, this would be a great place to stay in as the location, parking and facilities if repaired offer a good base to explore from.

Nice place, there is a £25 non-refundable damage deposit (not mentioned anywhere on their AirBnB bio)as the place is hosted by an agency, so be prepared for that. Communication isn’t the best but had an overall nice stay.

The apartment was lovely, the facilities and location was great, about 15min from the town center. What was not up to par was the talks with the management group that takes care of the property. There was a 25£ hidden fee, a mandatory deposit that wasn't refundable and wasn't disclosed in the initial ad. Other than that, it's a great place.

I stayed here for 8 weeks while on placement in Canterbury. It was a lovely peaceful place to come back to after a stressful day. Ideally located for walking into Canterbury. Instructions for checking in / out were thorough and easy to follow. Thank you!

This is a great little apartment for a stay in Canterbury. Walkable from town and a great little parking space which is rare in the city. It was very peaceful and I’d definitely stay again.

Great flat in a good location. I stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. Would definitely stay again. I was less impressed with Bluefox - i received lots of messages from them asking questions about check-in etc but when i contacted them about something (twice) i got no reply.

Cosy and nice appartment in quiet area, within walking distance to city centre and restaurants (15mins). A definite plus in Canterbury is the parking space. From my personal point of view not fully equipped, so check with landlord regarding things you need to bring (e.g. coffee maker, hair dryer).

Friendly and helpful staff and the flat has everything you need. It’s a bit outside Canterbury but a 15 minute stroll brings you to the top of the town. Bonus if you come by car as it comes with a parking space.

Good small apartment that is very practical and has all that you need to live comfortably. About a 10 mins walk into town, with a couple of convenience stores about 5-7 mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

I recently spent a week at the Nunnery fields apartment hosted by Blue fox. The apartment is kitted out pretty well with a full kitchen set up, including washer/dryer. The wifi works well - consistency and speed. The bed is extremely comfortable, and as the apartment block and area is quiet, you should sleep very well! Great towels (bath sheets) and bedroom linen were provided. Heating works well, noting that there is no radiator directly in the bedroom. This suited me as I prefer a cooler bedroom, but may not suit everyone. The apartment is about 15min walk from Canterbury East railway station, about 15min to nearest big shop (Sainsburys), and about 25min to "Old town", but there is a bus service to town 1 block away. It is located in a quiet suburb, and as a single women felt safe walking in the area. While it is advertised as such, a reminder that the apartment has a shower over bath, and is located on the first floor with no lift (that I could find), so people who have mobility deficits may struggle. Excellent communication with Blue Fox, both before and during my stay. Overall a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We live locally but had to move out of our house for a few days for emergency works and found this flat close by. Our booking was accepted quickly and we moved in the same day. The details for check-in were clear and helpful. The flat was clean and well equipped. I slept on the sofa bed which was large and very comfortable. The building itself is quiet and safe and the centre of town a short walk away so very convenient. It would be a perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Canterbury. Highly recommend.

Could be lovely but many aspects incomplete. Was called while driving , offer of a call later never happened. Confusing arrangement re lockbox, found key but no parking permit. Also found assigned parking space used by someone else. Bedding for sofa bed had no bed-linen [apparently I could have phoned at 11pm and someone would have come with bedlinen] and there was a badly stained small blanket with the uncovered duvet and pillows. Potentially good little apartment but Blue Fox needs to micro manage the cleaners. Beware the disposal of general waste. Area over-flowing with masses of very smelly foods !

Lovely, airy, light, sweet little flat in a quiet area about 10/15 mins walks from Canterbury city centre with excellent amenities and very clean. Ideal if you want a no frills but relaxing base for a few days away.

Overall stay was great. Lovely little flat , clean and modern. Very good shower. Only issues we faced were the fact that a car was parked in our assigned parking bay(quick response from blue fox) and the lockbox took us a while to get open which made the checking in process a little less enjoyable. Overall a good place to stay

This is a lovely, clean but definitely 'cosy' flat, perfect for a few nights for two. Kitchen is fully equipped, really comfy bed and water pressure is fab! It is a little further from town than you think but still easy walking distance and fantastic value for a whole place and parking!

Great place! About a 10-15 minute walk to Canterbury city centre. Was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The washing machine was a little confusing at first but eventually we figured it out. Definitely will stay here again!

Great location, good communication from host and a decent place to stay for a few nights. Only downfalls are that the TV was not actually a smart TV although it is stated in the description and on arrival the beds were unmade and washing up left in the side. Only minor things but would’ve made the difference.

The place is really nice and as advertised. It is very close to town and a nice area. There was some miscommunication but I was able to speak to the manager and come to some resolution . Points I did raise appeared to he taken on board. I was also refunded £20.

The property was not prepared for our stay. There were crumbs and sticky residue on the hob and around the kitchen and living area. Hairs in the bathroom around the bath and sink and a few hairs on the sofa. General dust around the property. When I tried to contact them about my issues using an emergency number they took an hour or more to get back to me. After the initial complaint they stopped responding to my messages and calls. I had to contact air bnb. Not their fault but there was also a car parked in the allocated parking space. I didn’t not stay at the property after the cleanliness issues

We loved our week at this apartment. It was in a perfect location for our needs and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and washing machine were not working but the host informed us before arrival and liaised with us during the week to try to rectify the issue. When the issue wasn't able to be fixed during our visit, they happily provided a partial refund. Communication was great throughout. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely little apartment, and we would definitely return.

The apartment was perfect for a few days away in Canterbury. A 15/20 minute walk into the centre, in a lovely quiet residential area. The apartment was clean, well presented and comfortable with all the amenities that you could need. The communication before arriving, for accessing the apartment, during my stay and post stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Canterbury.

The apartment is located a few blocks from the city center, in a very quiet neighborhood. It has all the basic necessities for the stay in even for those who travel by car, own parking space. Highly recommended, in every way, cleaning, arrival and withdrawal procedure, excellent in every way.

If you follow the directions the host gives you, it is easy to find this place and it is well-situated in Canterbury to get to many places of interest. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. We felt very safe and at home in this AirBnB. I was even able to record an episode of my podcast there!
