Huge house with lots of space inside, extremely clean, Thoughtful touches for a group to hangout, sauna was spot on and kitchen had everything we needed. Well organized host with constant communication. Security deposit is real and it needs to be done directly as per directions of host(not via Airbnb). Also need to sign an agreement even though you book through Airbnb. Backyard was small but nice deck with a patio table. They messaged us about Dishwasher stopped working on our arrival day.

This home was exactly as described, clean spacious and had everything we needed plus more! I will rent one Jennifer's homes again for sure. We all have a wonderful time! Thank you for making it so clean and comfortable for us!

Perfect getaway location in Bayfield. The pictures didn't do it justice - very spacious with large kitchen, living / rec rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and more! Fully equipped with basketball net, bikes, scooters, yard games and equipment for the lake. They even surprised us with a newly installed sauna which was a pleasant addition we weren't expecting! Perfect location for a family or a couple families who want plenty of space and activities to keep the kids busy while offering separate space for the adults to visit. Very close to the beach and the downtown park/shops. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 5 women. NB: the one room with bunk beds has a full on the bottom but very little headspace from the upper bunk. Really only sleeps children--so keep in mind when thinking about who is sleeping where. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience and would go back. Thank you for all of your flexibility and help, Jennifer!

Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections. May have outside front door camera) Max occupancy at all times is 10 violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 Pets allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund.
