INSIDE:
Spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. There's a large pantry and a separate freezer so you will have lots of room to store all your foodstuffs! A countertop bar with 4 barstools and small dining table which seats 4 in the kitchen with views of the lake. Everyone will enjoy helping! And there's another dining area that seats 6.
Gather in the Great Room to play games or tell tales in front of the fireplace! There's lots of seating in the living area and a large screen TV for rainy nights when it's time for popcorn and a movie!
Downstairs there's another large screen TV with electric fireplace - great place to watch the game or watch a movie. Or maybe shoot a game of pool while enjoying your favorite bevy from the wet bar complete with beverage fridge and another dishwasher.

SLEEPING SPACES:
Master bedroom with King bed and walk-in closet. And you will appreciate the master ensuite with tub and separate shower. Grab a glass of wine and your favorite book to soak in the cocoon jacuzzi tub.
BR #2 is also on the main floor with a Double bed.
BR #3, 4, 5 are downstairs
BR 3 has Queen bed
BR 4 has 2 Double beds
BR 5 has Single over Single beds
BR 6 has Double bed
Note: Bedroom 5 and 6 enter through the same door. Walk through Bedroom 5 to get to Bedroom 6

OUTSIDE:
Everyone will love paddling out on the kayaks, playing games in the large backyard, kids will revel in the huge sandbox or bring a net for some badminton/volleyball. BBQ up some steaks on the BBQ under a covered deck (which you'll appreciate if it's raining). Personally I savor quiet time on the sunset deck. In the evening, enjoy the fire pit with s'mores under the stars. Life can't get better than that!
And no need to leave your dog behind we know pets are family

NOTE: Lake Access is a rolling hill entrance. Lots of beach this year - 2024
The water can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Even if it's stoney…it's fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

EXTRA'S: include Wi-Fi, upstairs TV has an Amazon Firestick, Air Conditioning, dishwasher, wood and electric fireplaces, pool table and wet bar, wine fridge and 2nd dishwasher, propane BBQ and firepit. We've also included 2 kayaks, a youth paddleboard and some bikes

Other things to note

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property.
Max occupancy at all times is 14 violation will result in removal without refund.

Parking is limited to 6 vehicles
Max 2 well behaved dogs are allowed

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
