The stay was really good! On the other hand, we were dissatisfied that the agreed transport from the airport to the Airbnb did not show up at all, and we were unable to contact the host. We therefore had to arrange transport ourselves, even though we had made arrangements in advance. This was in the middle of the night. So, on the way home, we chose to arrange transport to the airport ourselves.

The place is in a great location, very suitable for a couple holiday, the description of the place was accurate. The staff in skol reception are very friendly and welcoming. Try to arrange a parking before your stay, however the staff in the building can help with that with an extra fee but definitely less than what you’d pay in public parkings. Overall I strongly recommend the place ❤️

Just arrived home after spending a wonderful week at Apt 921A with my parents, and we already miss waking up to the incredible views. The mountain and park views with the side sea view were truly the magic of this place listening to the sea and the birds each morning from the large balcony off the living and kitchen area was so relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the layout, with the upstairs bathroom featuring a large walk in shower and the mezzanine stairs leading to the bedrooms, plus an additional downstairs bathroom with a shower which was very convenient. Check in at reception was easy and stress-free, and it was great that we could store our cases until it was time to leave. There was some slight noise on a few early mornings due to temporary work being carried out by workmen, but this is only temporary and did not take away from our overall experience. We could happily wake up to that view every day and would definitely love t

The location was excellent, with an outstanding view from the balcony. On the other hand, the electric switch often had to be reset, and it took a long time for hot water to come out of the kitchen sink. The music from the Irish pub below our flat could be a bit annoying at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Marbella.

I was there with my family for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Location was great. We appreciated the view of the Sea at the same time as with the city and mountains. Beautiful area, friendly people. Daniela and Vincenzo were responsive and easy to cummunicate with. They provided several helpful informations. A very nicely located small apartment overlooking the sea from the balcony. Not far away is the old town of Marbella and there are many restaurants in the area. Some of the small supermarkets are open until midnight. All in all, a very nice stay.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, we loved the balcony which although only 2 floors up felt very private and had a brilliant view, would definitely recommend staying here!

Thanks so much Daniela Vincenzo. The accommodation was well situated with direct access to the local park, promenade, and waterfront. The flat had a unique layout being the top floor flat situated over two levels and the views were breathtaking. Sliding glass doors opened from the main living area floor onto the balcony which was the winning feature of the accommodation. There was some construction being done to the adjacent unit which was a little noisy on the first day of our stay. We reached out to Daniela about this and the work became much quieter which we really appreciated. Daniela was responsive and helpful in all of our queries. We were very grateful for the beautiful and enjoyable experience that we had here.

We stayed for 8 nights, me and my baby, while visiting family in Marbella. The apartment is comfy, fresh and feels spacious for a studio. It seemed like some of the furniture was brand new, like coffee table, wardrobe) and the overall feeling was modern and clean (in a building that is indeed charmingly old!). The shower was better than at home and bathroom spotless. I loved the big balcony with both chairs and a lounger. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was wonderful and at least during our stay it wasn't noisy in the streets, just the regular sounds of a lively city 😊 The apartment was equipped with a good "starter pack" of paper, towels, soap, trash bags etc. and even two sets of bed linen for the baby which was very appreciated. It also has a good washing machine. The hosts seem very nice and attentive, but I didn't even need to bother them for anything. The only negative thing about my stay was moving out and I will seriously miss this place!

Apartment was clean and well located. We had a number of issues with the apartment whilst we were staying but they were dealt with proactively by Daniella. The only problem we found was firstly the apartment was quite cluttered and secondly noise from the Irish bar downstairs every Thursday Friday and Saturday night from 10 pm until gone midnight.

Great stay, we'll be back! Very well located and very clean! Great for enjoying the center of Marbella and the beach. You have many parking spaces at the bottom of the residence (the spaces are for a fee but it will cost you a misery for the day). Very nice bathroom, the balcony is nice too

Truly a lovely stay. The apartment is perfect for the two of us. Beautiful clean, lovely terrace. So completely renovated. Beautifully large bathroom that worked. Nice new kitchen with everything we needed. Nice bed. Lovely terrace overlooking the promenade, a park and not least the sea. The terrace was two floors above a restaurant, no problem - from the terrace we experienced flamingo dancing, Spanish guitar and jazz through the glass roof 😀👍🏾 (absolutely no food for us). Daniel was a good host, didn't meet him, but he was always quick to respond. He helped with a slightly cheaper taxi for the return trip on Sunday. Safe with a receptionist. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

Simple accommodation in a super place in Marbella. On the promenade, the port and the beach and on a short walk to the old town. The apartment is a bit dated but the space, location and the view make up for that quickly. Pools and garden are a great place to stay for a while. Great restaurants in the middle of the area. We were 5 of us in this apartment. It is very well equipped but we could see it slightly larger with the photos, even if it didn't necessarily bother us. It is 2 steps from the beach (€10per deckchair for the day) and 10-15 min from the historic center of Marbella on foot. Puerto Banús is about 15 min drive. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, Casino... a 5-minute walk away. The residence includes 2 large swimming pools provided you pay €2 per deckchair per day. We had some technical problems in the apartment (blind that no longer closes, broken shutter, leaking air conditioning) but we contacted our hosts who helped us out in less than 24 HOURS. So thank you for that. We recommend these hosts and this residence.

We loved our holiday in Skol apartments. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Our apartment was very clean, lovely balcony view. Air conditioning in all rooms. Daniela was so helpful. She booked our airport transfers for us. She got a cot side for the bunk bed for my children when I asked. The pool area was really clean, lovely kids pool, plenty of sunbeds, you pay €2 for a mattress for the sun bed which I think is reasonable. Great value for money for 5 days. Perfect location on the seafront with gated access to restaurants and bars. No complaints at all. We will be back again! 😃

The apartment is just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds (even the bed sofa) great location, nice clean pools and friendly staff. I honestly don’t have anything negative to write. Maybe for guest that are sensitive to noise; to keep in mind that when living in the middle of town, it can be a bit noisy at night. But me and my friends had a good night sleep each night thanks to the comfortable beds! Also as a host Daniela is very helpful and answer to messages quickly. You will not be disappointed!

The only thing I would mention is the noise you hear through the windows even when closed. I stayed in Dec. and it’s probably gonna be worse in summer. Overall it was a nice stay

The location is unbelievable! Steps to the beach and so many wonderful cafes - plus you can't beat the Golden Mile walk. Daniela is super responsive and helpful. The building is very safe and secure -24 hour concierge...Wonderful morning sun and views from the balcony. Plus wonderful park space right across the street...nice shade if you are too hot and it provided wonderful safe walks for me and my pooch...the only downside was as a Canadian I forgot my adapters but there is a variety store just up the street you can purchase for only $2 euros...supermarkets are also steps away...I will definitely be stopping by again...Thanks Daniela!

The apartment is in a great location with a sea view and has the extra touches of modern decor, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas and beach towels for use, but unfortunately without the basics that is irrelevant. It is with regret that I need to write a review with negative comments but to me an apartment should not be rented out when there is a known issue of the water not being hot enough for a shower or to wash the pots but least with the pots you can boil a kettle!! The apartment just had a shower so could not use boiling water for a bath!! On the evening of arrival we went to shower to find the water was cold. I rang the number given if there were any issues and told a maintenance man would be sent. The maintenance man when he arrived said there is a known issue on that floor that the water is not hot enough and so we had the choice of having the cold water switched off so we could have hot water to be able to shower which is what we did and then he came back 30 minutes later to switch the cold water on. When this is the procedure that needs to happen to enable a hot shower I would question if the apartment should be rented out like this in this modern time. We were told this would be fixed the next day so we were hopeful having missed out on a morning shower that when we came back that we would have hot water to shower but again when going to shower it was colder than the day before so we had to go without a shower as we were both not prepared to shower in cold water. Having rang the number again I was told maintenance had been out to change the shower and she had been told the water was now hot enough to shower however when I told her this was not the case and was still cold and what would be done as we needed to go out and had missed out on a shower she said my word against hers so I asked her to come and see for herself which she was not prepared to do. I asked if there was any compensation for the issues and inconvenience as feel when paying out money to rent an apartment you are paying for hot water to which she said no it’s hot enough of which I again disputed as I was there and it wasn’t no where near hot enough to have a shower. All of this would have been easier to contend with had I got an apology rather than having the phone put down on me.

Lovely little apartment for me, wad you need to take care of yourself. Ideal for couples or two friends. The balcony with morning sun and sea view was ideal for a nice holiday breakfast! The location is perfect for beach and city, everything within walking distance.

Our stay in Skol was very nice! A balcony with seaview, an apartment with a separate bedroom, a nice kitchen which suited all our needs. We really had a pleasent stay here. They even ordered good weather 😁for us so what more could we have wanted... In short, a place to go back to!

A great location just off the beach. Rather than hiring a car we took a bus from Malaga airport for 8€ each rather than 70€-80€ each way in a taxi. From the apartment the old town is a ten minute walk away and Puerto Banus was a lovely 1 hour walk west along the promenade which ran uninterrupted the entire distance. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We didn’t use any cooking facilities preferring to eat out. The area and apartment block felt very secure. No concerns on our visit whatsoever. The key pickup and drop off was very easy. No issues whatsoever. Recommended.

The house is smaller than expected but very good location but also the shower water came out super cold. A little distressing from the little space, oh, and there's no sofa bed , it's two extra mattresses.

Great spot for a beach getaway. Bright modern space. Best for up to two people. Close to everything with views of the adjacent park and beach, but nicely 100m or so from the noisier/crowded section. Beach chairs are nice if you don’t want to pay for the various hammacas. The chiringuito at the end of the building has great breakfast!

Great location!! The building was pretty dated but had a super friendly and helpful staff. We were missing linens on the first night but the host remedied the situation the next morning. A no-frills apartment but kitchen pretty well stocked for self catering. Thanks for the stay!!

It’s location is its biggest benefit and potentially its biggest stumbling point. Very near the lovely sea front but exactly above an Irish bar with an outside area which was noisy even in off season.

A fantastically clean apartment in an ideal location next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment had all the basics for a self catering holiday and more including European plug adaptors and a wheelie shopping basket ideal for carrying water etc. The reception were very welcoming and made checking in and out very simple and were on hand to order taxis. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will certainly be booking it in the future. Thank you for a lovely time.

We arrived around 9:15 pm. There was only a doorman but he immediately gave us the keys and showed us the way. The living space was clear and there was a description of all kinds of important information. In the beginning, we asked the doorman a few things. On the day of departure, we only discovered that there was also a reception. There we could speak English and it was easier. We also found out that the host had put in the info that she would come by the next day. We don't know if that happened. The apartment was fine. Just a lot of noise from the Irish pub downstairs and the upstairs neighbors. If you are a good sleeper, you might not notice that. Further close to the boulevard and the start of the 4 days.

The host didn't make us feel welcome. We never met the host once. The apartment is right above an Irish pub, which doesn't close until 2am every night. Wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

Great location - on the beachfront and a taxi rank outside if you want to go to Porto Banus. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early which was a plus. It's a duplex so plenty of space plus has all mod cons and equipment if you wanted to make your own food (we didn't). The resort has two pools - one deep adult one and one for kids. You have to pay €2 for a sun lounger and they fill up fast. The complex also has WIFI and a bar by the pool for daytime drinking. All in all a great place especially at the price. I'd definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Marbella and Daniela's apartment was a perfect fit for us. We arrived in Marbella after 10pm, so it was great that the apartment has an open 24hr reception area to be able to collect the keys. The apartment balcony looks out onto a nearby park in one direction and toward the waterfront in the other. So close to the beach and restaurants, it was great! I contacted Daniela about getting beach towels and she had them delivered the next day so we could use them for the pool! The apartment was clean and decorated as advertised. Thank you!

on arrival the appartment was as said brilliant location,the following morning contacted daniela regarding freevew box not working her reply was will call in as they were in town and have alook at it ,no body turned up ,msg daniela her reply was she knew the box was broken and a new one had been ordered ,but it would be in the new year,we could have gone and purchased one ourselfs quicker .the main reason we pick this appartment was for the access to tv channels because im severly disabled and spend alot of time in the appartment NOT VERY PLEASED

The location was great. Six weeks and we found that this is life! The description of the apartment was really appropriate and accurate in every way. The equipment level is ok, the only regular coffee maker and citrus juicer were almost at the end of their service life. The garden and the beach are beautiful. You can really come back here. T. Great location, excellent proximity to beach and bars/restaurants. Lovely pool area (€2 per day for sun beds but very comfortable and good quality so worth it). Apartment was clean and well looked after.

We haven't seen Daniela during our stay. The keys were left at the reception. It's convenient as it's opened 24h. Daniela also booked us a parking nearby for 10€ per day. The appartement itself corresponds to almost all photos except for the swimming pool view. I guess these pictures were taken from the last floor. Actually the flat is on the 1st floor just above the Irish Bar(a little bit noisy during the weekend). The building is really close to the sea (the first beach line) and nearly 20 minutes walking from the old city. The appartement is greatly furnished and equipped. There're even 3 coffee machines!!! The only disconvenient we had was the absence of the cold water during 1 day(no possibility to take a shower after the beach with boiling hot water). We called Daniela and the problem was solved the next day. All in all we're very pleased with our staying. Good value for money! Thank you Daniela!

Lovely spacious apartment in great location, close to beach, restaurants, shops, 5min walk to supermarket. apartment very clean and well equipped, exactly as described online. You wont be disappointed. We will definately be back again. On arrival, the reception phoned Danielle, she came quickly and explained everything about the apartment and said to call here if we needed anything, she was very polite and professional, also the reception staff despite the language barrier were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a fantastic time in Marbella and Skol apartments. Our only complaint is that apt 110 sits directly above an Irish pub that stays open playing loud music til very late so it was difficult to sleep. When we arrived, we had some difficulty obtaining the keys as the person at the front desk did not know which apt we were in and he also couldn't speak any English. This was resolved however once we got in touch with the host.

It was the first time we were in Marbella and everything was perfect. The apartment is as shown in the photographs and attached to the promenade. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Daniela was great, even when one of the fridges broke down and two days later she changed it for another one. The terrace great although it is true that an English wedding coincided and in the pub below they would get some noise, but at 12.30 they would close it. The only but are the stairs to access the rooms and the old people it costs, but if you are middle-aged or young it is totally perfect. If we go back, we'll repeat it.

Hi, keys and instructions were left in an envelope at reception and it was all hassle free. The apartment was perfect with lots of space and all the mod cons. It is in a great location, within walking distance of everything and really close to the beach. There's lots of nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket is also very convenient. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Our family stayed in Marbella from 11.05 to 18.05 2015. The apartment was 100% consistent with what we saw on the website ! By prior arrangement with the owners, we promptly arranged parking for the car. All our requests were also promptly fulfilled. We really liked everything and we will definitely use their hospitality in the future, and we will also recommend it to our friends and acquaintances !

Our stay at Skol was great. It is a old building/resort right on the beach. The unit has been updated though and served us well. Great layout and enjoyed a few meals out on the patio overlooking the street and park. Location was very central and check in was easy as a package was waiting for us at reception. It was also really nice around the pool. You pay for a lounger but €2 a day is not a issue. Also the restaurant/bar around pool has good prices. The Irish bar below condo was not much of a issue but there is live music on weekends and you can hear it but it's not that loud. I would stay here again

Everything fine. The outside area of the flat is really nice, location very good, right beside the beach. The flat is fine, bathroom and kitchen renewed. Not luxury but clean and ok The negative side is the building itself.. hallways with very bad looking carpets, but that is not Rory's fault. :) Also the service at the building is fine, very nice people. Rory's response to questions is really fast and great.

It is a Nice flat / in the weekends you Can hear the bar - in the bedsroooms 2 minutes and you are on the beach and the old town and supermarkeds are very near The Skol building is old and need very much a loving hand!! We where in touch with Rory by SMS And he was very kind

The apartment itself has everything you need, I felt like at home. There's a 24/7 reception service. AMAZING APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION!! HIGH RECOMMENDED APARTMENT FOR EVERYBODY. The apartment have all the facilities, really clean and very new. My family used to have an apartment in the same building, SKOL, and I can say that Rory's apartment is really nice. Could not have asked for better apartment. ;) He had on the fridge some bottles of still water and milk. Also sugar and te ! Gracias. The owner of the restaurant inside of the building came and welcome us with a bottle of a really nice red wine! Don't think twice to book, is perfect! Thanks Rory, Happy New Year.

The apartment is located in a perfect area, close to clubs, restaurants and the beach. There is also a wonderful park with children's games. The apartment is brand new, clean and bright. We picked up the keys at the reception of the building, which was very useful, given our arrival at night! Rory was very helpful with all our questions and requests! Would love to go back!

We were in Rory's apartment for just 2 days and the experience was globally nice. Rory's being away an agency deals with everything but was not available when needed. We managed, even though there was no soap or shampoo though it was written, the internet is not available in the flat but it is downstairs at the reception only. Also be aware that the apartment has no view on the pools, though you can go there, and the sunbeds are not free... instead the flat is on the first floor just above a really noisy bar!! For the rest the flat itself is really nice and well located, not in the middle of the really turistic area in the historical center but not far from it, and really in front of the beach!
