The space

From the moment you step onto the property, you are greeted by wide sea views and the sound of waves carried on the breeze. Spend your days drifting between the heated pool and the shaded veranda, or sink into the hot tub as dusk falls and the sky deepens over Umhlanga Rocks. With private spaces for relaxation and plenty of room for gathering, the home balances comfort with an inviting coastal atmosphere.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms provide restful space for up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and sweeping 180-degree sea views. Additional bedrooms include three with queen-size beds and two with double beds. Soft linens, closets, and essentials like hangers and an iron are provided to keep your stay convenient and organized. Five bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and another with an outdoor shower, ensure there is ample space for everyone.

Outdoor living
Life flows easily to the outdoors, where you will find a private heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Other things to note

Damage Protection:
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R10,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Cleaning:
Cleaning is included on every 2nd/3rd day for each 4 nights booked (excl. Public Holidays and Sundays). Additional cleaning is R400 per day and must be requested 48 hrs in advance (subject to availability). Sundays and Public Holidays are double the rate (R800 per day).

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

Late Check-ins:
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation & Processes:
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
