The place was amazing once again. This is my 2nd booking with them and using a different unit. The place is within walking distance to the beach less than 3 minutes walk. Walking distance to the mall and besides that, it's a great stay for family. If you looking at booking with a toddler and children you'll be sorted. Their various listings in the building give you space to choose what you like and want. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for great views and great environment. I will be returning again for a3rd time soon thats how much I trust in the hosts and their offerings

Debs N Alan’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The views are incredible. Loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean, so tranquil and relaxing. The apartment was very clean, modern and well maintained. We loved the air conditioning in every room, that was an added bonus. Walking distance to the beach and a gorgeous pool on the 5th floor. It was the perfect stay for our family. We will definitely be back ! 😃 Thank you Debs N Alan for your gracious hospitality and sharing your space with us.

701 The Bermudas is a beautiful Unit, that is kept in pristine condition by Debs N Alan. Communication by Debs N Alan is always friendly, helpful and efficient. The location directly at Bronze Beach is the best location in Umhlanga.

Alan and Debs’ place is absolutely beautiful — worth every cent! From the stunning ocean views to the calm, stylish aesthetic, everything felt perfect. The ocean is right next to the property, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magical. We even spotted dolphins from the balcony! The showers are spacious, and Alan was always quick and friendly in responding to any requests. We felt completely at home, and the kids had a wonderful time too. Definitely coming back!

I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Alan, the host, was fantastic — communication before and during my stay was smooth, and he responded promptly and helpfully to all my queries. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, with cleaning staff visiting daily to maintain hygiene and tidiness, which fully met my expectations. The listing was accurate in both photos and description, so there were no surprises. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. I also appreciated the daily replenishment of tea and coffee. The neighborhood was pleasant, and access to the beach was unbeatable — less than a one-minute, safe walk away. The price was fair and comparable to nearby properties, and having underground parking was a big plus. This was my second time staying in one of Alan’s apartments, and he remains a wonderful host. I look forward to returning!

Lovely welcome by Alan. Beautiful space, wonderful beach view. The optional daily cleaning service was great addition, just wished they changed the sheets at lea after 2 days but it was overall a wonderful stay.

Amazing to be in bed and listen to the sound of the waves crash. Everything inside the apartment is provided for and high quality. The shower pressure is incredible though it did seem to flood the entire room whenever I would use it so one must be mindful of this.

A dream home from which you can see the Indian Ocean from two windows and balcony, the noise of the sea all the time. From the bottom floor of the house, direct access to the beach. The beach is cleaned regularly. A safe area that borders a small nature reserve with a small Forest Cafe (recommended!). A mile away with shops and restaurants.

The apartment overlooking the sea is unique. We felt incredibly comfortable. Debs and Alan are excellent and accommodating hosts. The apartment is incredibly clean and well furnished and the balcony invites you to stay. The beach is a few steps away and the beach promenade is beautiful for walking or jogging. We enjoyed every day!

Beautiful scenery, right by the beach! It’s also central… close to Oceans mall and Gateway which allows for easy access to restaurants and shops. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The place is extremely well kept, gorgeous views and all around homey. Perfect location, has walkway access to the beach and it’s very safe. Having traveled with 2kids under 2, it was just perfect. Child friendly and they provided everything we needed. They even had cleaning service for the time we stayed there. Which was a blessing for me. I really love love loooved it. Definitely going back in a few months. Without the kids this time

Deb's place is nothing short of amazing. The pictures actually do not serve the place justice, as it is more of an experience than just visuals. You really have to be there to experience the magnificent view of the beach from the comfort of your apartment @ "Bermudas". It really is the perfect home away from home. Me and my family really enjoyed our vacation and we have earmarked it as our vacation home in Umhlanga.. Keep it up Debs and Alan :-)
