Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, Croft Cottage is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the peacefulness of the North Yorkshire countryside.
The living room leads straight through to the fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner where you can prepare home cooked meals and enjoy them together at the dining table during your stay. From here you can step outside to the large outdoor space to the rear of the property which boasts views for miles.
Also located on the ground floor of the property are the first two bedrooms. One bedroom is a standard double and the second has a bunk bed. A modern, refurbished family bathroom equipped with a shower is located next to the bedrooms.
The third bedroom is located on the first floor and is a standard double. Next door is another bathroom and this space boasts a three-quarter size bathtub.
The Keys to Croft Cottage are located in a key safe box.
Parking for the property is located between the farm buildings and the holiday home, with accessibility for two vehicles.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Croft Cottage per reservation.
Yorkshire Water are carrying out essential upgrades to the drainage system in Brawby, so guest can expect to see these works underway. These works do not impact the property itself.

After enjoying the scenery from outside, step through the front door of this dog friendly holiday home. This cottage was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully clean and very recently decorated. Stunning views at the back, typical farm yard feel out front. We loved the local free range hens who were lovely; very tame and friendly. Lots of great places to visit nearby. A good sized and well maintained garden at the back. Would be lovely in the warmer weather. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. The property was plenty big enough and the kitchen was well equipped. Effective heating which warmed the place up quickly when it was cold. Would definitely stay here again.
