A fabulous quiet, comfortable roof top apartment. Amenities list said shampoo and conditioner were included, but on arrival only a small sachet of body wash/ shampoo and no conditioner. This was not a problem as popped to the shops to buy some, but if I had known this I would’ve travelled with some. Would highly recommend, 20 minute metro ride from the airport, 5 minutes into the city centre and only a few minutes walk from West Jesmond metro.

This is a lovely third floor flat within walking distance of Newcastle University. The neighborhood is quiet and there are several lovely restaurants nearby. The flat itself was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The parking was free and right outside the flat which is always a plus.

We lived in Jesmond ourselves for a number of years and know the area well. The location of the flat is brilliant, walkable to great shops and restaurants, near to the Metro links and away from the noisy student area. The flat itself is a dream and my daughter adored her cosy curtained bed, while my husband and I enjoyed beautifully appointed kitchen , the well thought out wet room and the architectural features of the property. Parking was also a plus! I don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere else in Newcastle!

Lovely apartment in a great location (good base for visiting grandson in Gosforth). Very clean and several nice touches (shower gel, tea/coffee/milk, etc.). Would definitely recommend.

This flat was perfect for our stay visiting friends. Our daughter loved the bed with the curtains and was just enough space to keep her entertained on the day we stayed in. Walking distance to metro and lots of restaurants.

We had a 2 nights stay and it was perfect for what we needed. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance but it is such a lovely quiet location. We also strolled into Newcastle through the parks which was lovely. A great place to stay and would recommend if wanting to explore Newcastle but stay out of the centre in the quiet leafy suburbs.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay! The apartment is lovely. Beautifully designed and decorated. Comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a fantastic neighborhood - easy walk to lots of good shops, cafes and restaurants - yet it’s also very quiet and secure. We appreciated the parking permit which made life so much easier. Good fast WiFi too. Our hosts (Host and Stay) were absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend them enough. Super friendly, helpful and responsive. We felt really, really welcome and well looked after. They have other properties available as well. All in all - brilliant. We’d definitely stay again.

Such a great place, really well located in a quiet street but just 5 or 10 min level walk to shops and the metro. Beautiful home with luxury appointments. All the right details in instructions. Looked as photos. Jesmond is one of the nicest places in Newcastle. Lovely underfloor heating in bathroom! Definitely would stay again.

We absolutely loved our experience. The flat is beautiful and well decorated which always helps your stay feel more relaxing and comfortable. The flat was very clean. My only complaint is the bathroom feels like it could do with a bit of a re-do. The tile and grout has lots of mildew from the shower and it felt like it could use a good scrub to get rid of that but it wasn’t horrendous. I also would’ve appreciated some paper towels (came with none) for the kitchen and a few more toilet rolls for the bathroom (came with 2 rolls). Otherwise, the location, interiors, host communication and all else was excellent. We have already recommended it to our family in the area. Thank you!!!

We loved our stay in Jesmond. The flat was comfortable and was walkable into the city and we found a lovely Italian restaurant locally (Avanti). The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable as was the bed. The neighbourhood was peaceful, green and friendly. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you 😊

Lovely and quiet location, close to Jesmond Park where we attended a festival. 15 minutes walk to town. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Good quality towels. Nice decor. Good quality fixtures and fittings. No welcome hamper which we would usually expect at this price point, but there was small selection of tea/coffee and milk sachets provided.

This rooftop gallery flat was the best! Beautifully remodeled! The kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable. It was very quiet the whole time. There are narrow stairs but very manageable and the top floor worth it! We walked everyday to town for tea and scones, easy to catch the metro. Loved the neighborhood. Communication was prompt and friendly. We will for sure stay again!

Absolutely one of me and my boyfriend's favourite places to stay, so clean and very quick and helpful staff, when we were unable to access the parking pass, but overall would come back again. Tesco express was less than 10 minutes away and had friends who worked in Rio's so we were able to have a nice meal and drinks over there.

Had a great stay here - the property was gorgeous and had everything you could need, and in a perfect, quiet location that feels like you’re outside of the city whilst still being so close to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, city centre and the metro. Great communication from the host and even helped to send something I’d left at the property back to me! Would definitely recommend this property

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured, with everything in excellent condition and working order. Communication from Host and Stay was always clear and all information was provided plenty of time before the trip so there was no stress at all. An excellent host - thank you!

Place was beautiful and very clean. £6 in a taxi to the centre and was in such a nice quiet location. Very easy to find and had everything we needed. Only had trouble with getting the key but I called and we sorted it out straight away. Amazing would definitely return

We had a great couple of nights here, quiet area, but somewhere nearby for breakfast and a wee convenience store, also short distance from Newcastle. Apartment had everything we needed and was spotless. Really enjoyed it here Thanks

Really nice stay, was exactly what we wanted for a weekend away. Did struggle to get in the front door as the key was really stiff however did manage to resolve and was a 24hr helpline if needed

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. It had everything we needed. Very tastefully decorated. It felt a bit like a suite in boutique hotel. Most importantly it was very clean. Nice quiet neighbourhood and just 3 stops on the Metro to the city centre. I would definitely book here again.

Gorgeous flat in a lovely, quiet area of Jesmond and just a short walk to the Metro and the bars, shops and restaurants. The flat is finished to a high level with everything you need. Very very comfortable and peaceful. Plenty of parking right outside and using the permit provided makes it easy to arrive and switch off.
