It was horrendous, needs a good Clean, bathroom shower door not cleaned, shutters not cleaned Tea,coffee caddies rotten dirty Was not told that it was a third floor apartment with no lift!! We left after one night was booked and paid for two. So so noisy up to 5am in the morning Was not told it was in the main high street. Could not open windows because of the stench of the bins right outside the main door, no fan in the room Awful Stay and would not be retuning

The unit was well decorated, modern, and clean. It would have been helpful to know that there are many stairs to climb before getting to the unit itself. It would also have been helpful to know that the unit is over a pub and so can be noisy. We had to call the host when we arrived to get the information for finding the unit but once we reached them, the unit instructions they gave were very clear, well written, and helpful.

We had a great stay in Ramsgate. The accommodation is located in a very busy pedestrian area - so you are right in the middle of the action. Unfortunately, we were a little irritated on arrival, because the apartment was not as clean as we hoped. The rubbish bins were forgotten to be emptied, the floor was sandy and dusty and opened care products of the previous holidaymakers were in the shower. Despite everything, the small apartment is incredibly bright and beautifully furnished.

Wonderful stay at harbour lights! The room, bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and much more spacious than the pictures suggest. The beach and harbour are a short stroll away as well as an array of bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. PROS: The location was great for access to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the beach in walking distance. You can see the boats in the harbor from the window. The flat itself was clean and spacious. All the furniture, linens, and amenities appeared to be in new condition. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Having a kitchenette was great for being able to make our own meals. Tea, coffee, and condiments were provided. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, Dale responded and was always friendly and helpful. CONS: Stairs, entry door lock, and noise. These are just items to keep in mind when booking, not necessarily complaints: There are lots of stairs, luggage was a challenge. The entry door gave us some issues with the two locks and getting stuck. Although it didn't bother us, the sound from the pubs below gets pretty loud at night and goes on for a long time.
