If you want a nice entrance don’t stay here. You have to walk past overflowing bins and glass on the floor If you want the place to be warm, don’t stay here. The radiators didn’t work. There was an electric radiator that was as much use as a chocolate teapot If you want a good nights sleep, don’t stay here. It’s very noisy outside from people walking past If you want a boiling hot shower or a cold shower you’re fine. Anything in between don’t stay here. The issue of noise is out of the host’s control and it is right in the centre. The hearing issue and shower issue have both been detailed in reviews from months ago and the problems still aren’t fixed. The apartment was nicely presented and in good condition, just needed a little dust. Unfortunately the lack of heating when it’s below freezing outside is a fail and so we had to cut our stay short. Overall save your money, health and sanity and stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed my stay here, was in a very nice location across from the harbour with plenty of places to eat/walk around. Only complaint is that on nights especially around the new year when I stayed, there's quite a lot of drunk people being quite loud who walk up and down the street below and the windows don't keep the sound out very well. Other than that, it was lovely staying here and I very much enjoyed my time.

I had a fantastic weekend at Harbour Rest. Very comfortable room and great location. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as you are right on the high street which is great for exploring the night life. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby with friendly locals ! The room has everything needed for a break away. There are car parks a short walk away and I was sent information about this before my stay. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great weekend away.

Awful location unless you enjoy listening to drunk people scream at one another until 5am. Radiators do not heat room up. A mains powered radiator is provided which provides zero heat Shower thermostat is broken so water is boiling or cold Would not stay again

Very lovely location close to the beach and great areas to explore. I would definitely stay again. Clean and tidy. Noise on the street didn’t bother us as it was often just people walking down the street. Nothing bad to say about the stay apart from we would have preferred to check in earlier :)

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay at your property. The entrance was down an alley, which had a lot of rubbish around since it was next to a pub and the bins were by the entrance to the building. Additionally, the single-glazed windows didn't provide any soundproofing, making it quite loud outside late at night and in the early hours. While the accommodation served its purpose for the two nights we were there, I did notice some cleanliness issues. The window seals, as well as the bottoms of the windows, could have used a wipe down, and the floor was dusty. I even found someone's sock behind the drawers near the front door. There was also a dirty towel left in a drawer, which I believe the cleaners were unaware of, as I'm sure they wouldn't have left it there intentionally. Overall, it was a pleasant place for a couple of days and worth the money. However, I do have some reservations about the £50 cleaning fee, as it seemed like only the bed covers and towels were c

If you are planning to stay here on a Friday or a Saturday night and don’t want to be up til 5am don’t stay here! The listing fails to mention that the flat is located above a bar and opposite 2 others, it’s also on the main drag where the clubs and bars are so between 3am-6am we were kept up by drunk people screaming in the street. I wish I was exaggerating but literal screaming. The windows are single glazed which doesn’t help. They room itself was clean and has obviously been newly decorated which is the only reason I have it 2 stars. However it really no frills with lots of small annoyances- there is a coffee machine with no coffee pods, no full length mirror, no where to put anything in the shower, when we arrived it was 30 degrees in the room as they’d left all the blinds open. Check out is also at 10am and check in is 4pm. All of this I could forgive if it wasn’t so noisy, with no warning! Save your money, book somewhere else

We loved the apartment and how it was furnished we felt very comfortable and relaxed However it was very noisy up until 5 am both nights because of where we were and the pubs round us . This is the only negative for us

This is a cracking little flat right in the heart of Ramsgate. Two minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants and 5 minutes from the multi-storey car park. The flat is well maintained and looks exactly as it does in the photos. High ceilings and tall windows so very light and feels more spacious than most studio apartments. The host agency are on the ball and easy to deal with. Will definitely use again in the future.
