The space
Set within a Grade II listed building, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II features a charming Georgian-style terrace and entrance, as well as high ceilings and tall bay windows that enhance its elegant and historic character.Inside it boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the dining and kitchen spaces. The combination of light-coloured walls, dark cupboards, a wooden dining table with matching benches, and green sofa beds together creates a warm and welcoming ambience. The sofa beds can comfortably sleep one guest on each.
A sleek wall-mounted Smart TV in the living area provides entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob and oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to enjoy a home made meal.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds sleeping six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs for unwinding at any time of day. Each room also has a desk and chair by the mirror, ideal for vanity use or even work.
The family bathroom is sparkling clean, with a white and blue tile design complemented by golden accents on the shower, bin, and faucet.
Ideal for families, friends, or colleagues visiting for leisure or business, it’s within walking distance of the city centre, with excellent transport links to destinations like Anfield.

Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine II.We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible only via two flights of stairs.
The apartment is within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.

Wasn’t informed there was scaffolding outside the building and paid for an early check in so we had some banging and builders outside our window. I also didn’t think the email about how to leave the property was acceptable - it had put the dishwasher on, place all towels on the floor and a set of rules - you don’t get this when you stay at a hotel and we ended up cleaning the whole place before we left as there was a fine if not. It was a nice apartment bunk beds really squeaky and hard to sleep on also the door handles on bathroom were hard to open and lock some of the girls got locked in after showers. Constant messages for the2 days whilst in the property. Not enough coffee pods for 14 people only 5 and 3 rolls of toilet roll. Towels not enough either and very small. No lift had to carry all baggage and food upstairs. Location was ok but had to catch Ubers into city as was raining. It was nicely decorated scuffs on walls but expected. No complimentary soaps or anything.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £50 per key. • Collecting the keys before 3 pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10 am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
