We really enjoyed our stay at Athenaeum house! It was in the perfect location with everything being a 10minute walk at most. It felt very clean and had all the facilities we needed.

Not the owners of the properties fault but something i would’ve liked to know before booking, there is a lot of noise that comes from the hallways of the building like regularly slamming doors at most hours of the day. perhaps we were unlucky with the neighbours !

I had a fantastic stay here. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend city trip. The rooms are lovely and the building felt really safe for being so central. The only issue we had was some confusion upon arrival, however when I rang up the host they were super helpful and we inside in no time.

Positive: Dale’s place was great, clean and very convenient location to center. Bed was very comfortable, cozy, our baby slept very well.
Couple of downsides: We had to collect the keys to the flat from a convenience store that is 10 mins walk from the place where there is no allocated parking. It’s a bit of a hassle for us having to find somewhere to park (no free parking all paid car parks since it’s the town centre), carrying all luggage etc then having to walk 10 mins to the place then Same again for check out which was so inconvenient for us since we have a baby and a dog.

Really enjoyable stay! Lovely location in the centre of Leeds with street parking a short walk away.
Apartment is really nice with the bed being on the upper floor. Really nice place and great location, would return!

The location was great and the size was good enough for a solo traveller or a couple. Amenities was also great and their customer service was helpful and prompt to respond.

Getting the keys was a bit complicated during check in. Would have been better if the specific instruction for the other location was included in the text message as the link was hard to access. It was difficult for me as a solo traveller to bring all my luggage in the other location and bring it back again in the apartment. Lastly, would love to have a small dining table in the apartment and a coat hanger. But other than that, the apartment was great!

Based on the check-in instructions, we couldn't get through the building door. Calling up, they said they had on record a similar issue but with no resolution. After a member of the building staff let us in on their way out, we were told to "not leave the property and call again tomorrow".
This was poor as we were only at the property for 2 nights. After calling up again the next day, a long process unfolded involving face timing an outsourced engineer and after 3 hours or so I gave up and pulled one of the buildiers aside, who fixed the issue immediately.
The flat itself was nice, furnished well and the bed was amazing, but the building itself was going through renovations (presumably because it was recently purchased) and this came with the sound of hammers, drills. Some of the other tenants also played loud house and trap music until around 5am (tbf, this is a city appt)
This is not really on the host, but the timing and the company that managed the property.

This is a beautifully designed, well located, clean and very new apartment. The apartment is located in the city center, surrounded by famous shopping malls and the host is very helpful. Recommended 👍🏻
