This place is managed by a company, so the communication was very prompt and professional, though I suspect automated. We had no concerns when checking in, keybox was easy to find. Unfortunately the house has a severe mould and damp issue which is quite frankly untenable and unsafe to ask people to pay to stay in. One of the top bedrooms was so badly affected that the paint and plaster was peeling away on every wall and the mould extended to the window by the bed where a guest was sleeping - the framed print which was in the room even had furry mould coming through it. Every room was affected with black mould in the window frames and the kitchen sink was also mouldy. When we arrived the handle on the bathroom door was also missing on the inside and overall we had a sense that there was a general lack of care in regards to maintaining the place. The decor has been done nicely for the photos but in general we felt it was unacceptable to stay somewhere clearly suffering with major damp
