The space
With a great location just outside central Liverpool and with a high-end interior, the modern Mariposa Waterloo is perfect for couples and small groups of friends looking for a city break without being in and amongst the hustle and bustle 24/7.

As you enter the apartment entrance door, the living room is a welcoming space with a comfortable corner sofa. A flat-screen TV is provided, offering both terrestrial channels and Smart TV features for streaming your favourite apps.

Sharing the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats your group with a wooden dining table and a matching bench, complemented by two additional chairs.

This space also hosts the modern kitchen, fully equipped for cooking at home, with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and more. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided for your convenience.

You'll find two bedrooms just off from the living room. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin single beds. Both rooms have windows with views of the neighbourhood and are equipped with storage space for making yourself right at home.

We had a lovely stay, perfect for the weekend away we used it for but would easily work for longer stays. About a 20 min drive into Liverpool, cost us about £15-£20 in a taxi. Quiet neighbourhood, theres a few shops just around the corner. There is only one permit parking space, but on an evening and a Sunday you can park on the street. Clean and tidy, we had no issues and would stay again.

The flat was beautifully presented and spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. The beds were very comfortable as was the settee. We were with our 4 year old and the property was child friendly. The check in instructions were very clear and we had no issues accessing the property. This was perfect for the weekend we had planned in Liverpool. Thank you so much for hosting us. I have already recommended this property to friends who will be coming to Liverpool soon. Thank you

Once we managed to find the apartment, it was a lovely space. Quiet and very good location for restaurants and the train. Everything was very tidy and clean. Parking just outside the door was very convenient.

The double bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. Almost took it home with me! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Check out was a bit early but that’s the only negative thing I have to say.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
