The space
The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine I is a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom property nestled in Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter. Located in a Grade II listed building, it features a charming Georgian-style terrace and entrance, complemented by high ceilings and tall bay windows that add to its timeless elegance. With an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the apartment offers all the comforts of home while you're away.Featuring a contemporary design in blue and green hues, the interiors are complemented by wooden flooring, elegant furniture, and vibrant yellow sofa beds in the lounge. The space is bright and airy, with large windows offering views of the neighbourhood, complete with room-darkening blinds for privacy and comfort. A large, wall-mounted Smart TV is provided in the living area for streaming your favourite shows and apps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area, perfectly situated within the open-plan layout, makes sharing meals with family or friends effortless.
The main bathroom, located adjacent to the living area, is sparkling clean with white and blue tiles. It features a WC, washbasin, and a bathtub with a rain shower overhead and an additional handheld shower.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe for storage, along with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and washbasin. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, ensuring ample space for all guests.
Both bedrooms are equipped with their own wall-mounted Smart TVs for entertainment at any time of day, as well as desks that can be used as vanity spaces or for work.
Guest access
Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine I.We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
The apartment is within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Liverpool (Georgian Quarter). The apartment is very large & has everything you need. Good condition. Parking was a problem but we knew that before we arrived. Unfortunately the smoking area is outside the back bedroom so the bedroom smelled of smoke which was a shame. The communication whilst we were there was very poor. The entry pad wouldn’t work and i couldn’t get through to Host & Stay at all and gave up after 15 minutes on hold. I messaged them asking them to call me but they never did and fortunately we eventually gained access. It transpires the communication from Host & Stay is just AI & it was poor. I would definitely recommend the property but i would advise the owners to find better Air BnB agents.

Perfect stay for 2 nights with family. We come to Liverpool regularly, but this is our first time in The Georgian Quarter, which is a lovely area only a little bit out from central. The apartment was beautiful, well furnished and stylish, extremely spacious. At time of stay there was some external work going on at the property, but at no time did this cause any issues. Lovely restaurants near by, we particularly enjoyed the Dog and Collar (food quality was excellent). Our host Charlie was extremely responsive over messenger which made us feel looked after. Will be back!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £50 per key. • Collecting the keys before 3 pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10 am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
