We were a group of four celebrating a big 6zero birthday in Liverpool. Catherine Street was really great and comfortable and also easy walking distance to centre of Liverpool. Would love to return and shall definitely recommend to friends.

Very happy with the stay! The apartment was clean, modern and had everything I needed. The location was great and check-in was easy. The host was quick to respond and very nice. I would recommend Host & Stay and would like to stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Liverpool (Georgian Quarter). The apartment is very large & has everything you need. Good condition. Parking was a problem but we knew that before we arrived. Unfortunately the smoking area is outside the back bedroom so the bedroom smelled of smoke which was a shame. The communication whilst we were there was very poor. The entry pad wouldn’t work and i couldn’t get through to Host & Stay at all and gave up after 15 minutes on hold. I messaged them asking them to call me but they never did and fortunately we eventually gained access. It transpires the communication from Host & Stay is just AI & it was poor. I would definitely recommend the property but i would advise the owners to find better Air BnB agents.

Perfect stay for 2 nights with family. We come to Liverpool regularly, but this is our first time in The Georgian Quarter, which is a lovely area only a little bit out from central. The apartment was beautiful, well furnished and stylish, extremely spacious. At time of stay there was some external work going on at the property, but at no time did this cause any issues. Lovely restaurants near by, we particularly enjoyed the Dog and Collar (food quality was excellent). Our host Charlie was extremely responsive over messenger which made us feel looked after. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine Street. 20 minute walk away from the main centre which was pleasant and passed a number of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was stunning - spotless and had everything we needed. Modern, visually amazing and on a nice street - everything you want in a place to stay away from home with all the amenities. The only slight negative to the stay was the noise from outside in the apartment - with the old style windows you can hear everything from outside. This was particularly difficult as we had 2 people sleeping in the living room on the sofa beds. There are also works going on at the front & back of the building which started at 7.30am and lasted through the day. However, I imagine this is a short term thing and did not take away from the fact the stay was excellent and apartment was everything we needed. Our whole family loved our stay and would return! Thank you!

spent a few days here. stunning snd very spacious place. felt right at home. few local bars shops within walking distance, liverpoll 1 was 15 minute walk away. would def stay here again. they only downside was there was no parking at premises but host snd stay give me details of local parking, which was very helpful. most 24 hour parking close by cost 16 quid.

We had two really comfortable nights in this lovely apartment whilst in Liverpool for our daughter’s graduation. Location was excellent for what we needed and we made the most of the facilities to eat in one night. Would return..

The layout and interior of the apartment were perfect. It felt lovely to hang out in the living/kitchen area with gorgeous decor, high ceilings and giant windows. The black out shades in all of the rooms were great. Walkable to everything and the bedrooms were very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with its grand proportions and stylish modern decor. In a great location, plenty of pubs, restaurants and attractions are walkable from the property. We found convenient, secure parking 7 minutes walk away at Cain’s brewery. The spacious lounge made a relaxing space to hang out.

9/10 - Good location for short stay in Liverpool Excellent location, reachable by bus from airport and good walk into town. Backyard still needs some work and can see the owners are still working on the basement but it didn’t affect our stay. The keyless entry a handy touch for a group stay as we headed back to the apartment at different times and no one get locked out (happened before!)

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was superb 10/10 - Perfect for family stays We were amazed by this flat! It looks like it’s only recently been renovated and has a gorgeous modern interior which had been spotlessly cleaned. It felt so lush with the décor, furniture and fully equipped kitchen. The kids cutlery was a nice touch. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk to the city centre. We had a lovely dinner at one of the local restaurants on Falkner St only a 5min walk away. Was freezing outside and nice to come back to the warm flat. Will defiantly be coming back and recommending to some friends planning to visit next year. One very slight negative was that the entrance hallway to the building wasn’t quite finished, but this did nothing to spoil our stay.
