The space
Perfect for a family get-together, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine III offers a quiet escape in a beautiful, peaceful location. The property boasts Georgian-style high ceilings and tall bay windows, enhancing its elegant character. Set in a Grade II listed building, it also features a Georgian-style terrace and entrance, adding to its historic charm.Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by a cosy hallway with a large wall-mounted mirror. The first room is a bedroom with two bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. It features a wall-mounted Smart TV, an integrated desk with stool chairs, and a window that offers a view of the lovely neighbourhood, along with a glimpse of the top of the Anglican Cathedral.
Adjacent to it is the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Fitted with two sofas that converts to single beds, the space is light and airy, featuring large windows with room-darkening blinds. The living area includes a large, wall-mounted Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favourite shows and apps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area features a long dining table with matching benches for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine III boasts two more bedrooms, each sleeping up to two guests. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC, while the other has a double bed.
All bedrooms include a wall-mounted Smart TV and a desk with a mirror, offering the flexibility to relax, use the space as a vanity, or work.
The family bathroom is fresh and inviting, with a stylish combination of white and blue tiles, accented by elegant gold details on the shower, bin, and faucet.

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible only via four flights of stairs.
The apartment is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
Please note that there are currently external work being carried out at the address with a scaffolding structure in situ. Please be aware of your own safety going in and out of the building and we apologies in advance for the inconvenience caused.

The appartement itself was very nice. However, there were several leakages through the roof, rendering half of the beds unusable. After multiple conversations with customer service, the only solution that was offered was to cancel the remainder of our stay with a partial refund so we could find a new place ourselves. Since we were attending a wedding, that was not possible and we had to stay in the appartement while water was dripping on the beds. Afterwards we got a partial refund, but the experience was not good.

The apartment was great in a perfect area in Liverpool. Most of it was as desired, but we did not receive information that the place was under renovation and that the roof was leaking. When it rained, water flowed onto the floor, dripped from the ceiling through smoke detectors and into beds.

Absolutely brilliant stay at 35 Catharine Street! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, close to great cafes, bars, and museums. The flat itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Couldn’t have asked for better—highly recommended and would definitely book again!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £50 per key. • Collecting the keys before 3 pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10 am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
