Great Location, great view over the old town. Central to pubs and restaurants and just a short walk to the harbour. Really well equipped & comfortable. Host was friendly and kept in contact before and during our stay.
Couldn stay longer, and the weather was a bit on the damp side. Nothing else.

The view and location
No heating in the bedroom, a problem they obviously knew about but chose to ignore, the shower was grubby and mouldy, there was thick dust everywhere , mop , bucket and vacuum cleaner both parked in the bedroom.
TV and sky remotes both had flat batteries, I would not recommend staying there.

The microwave oven needs changing and a couple of the electric radiators did not work . But overall it was a lovely stay .

The location was good, in the centre of Whitby. The view was great.
The postcode situation to locate property is a nightmare. Being 20m way means nothing when surrounded by so many interlocking buildings and such limited parking.
Suggest describing property as opposite Little Angel public house. The signage to Burns Yard is only visible from one direction.

Good location.
Narrow entrance not easy to park to drop off luggage etc. Too many stairs to get to living space. Not really suitable for a dog or child friendly. Overall cleanliness an issue.

The property was in a great location just a short walk from the seafront. The view from the property was a perk as in the mornings I could have breakfast with a nice view of the Abbey and Church. The bed was comfy and clean and there were plenty of tv channels for entertainment on rainy days. The dishwasher was a great addition, as it made washing up easier, with tablets provided by the owners. Overall the property was great for me as a solo traveller, with easy access to the things I wanted.
There were some minor issues with the property. The microwave didn’t sound safe to use and I could not find instructions to check for a fault, so was nervous when heating up food during my trip. There were minor cleanliness issues with some dust and fluff on the floor in areas and built up scum in the bathroom, but this was negligible overall. These issues did not affect my overall stay, and I would recommend the property to those looking for a stay in Whitby.

Two out of the four electric radiators didnot work, The stairway was dirty, looked like it never been cleaned (no vacuum cleaner was provided, so i couldnt do it!)
The microwave magnetron made a horrible noise (dangerous?)

Great view
You can only online check-in to get the passcode for the key, there is an add on for damage waiver £25 BEWARE if you're traveling on a budget, no parking permit was left as described so had to park half a mile away or pay £9 per day, cleaning fee are part of the booking but didn't look like the cleaner was in from the previous occupants
Apartment looking tired compared to the pictures, part of the top floor banister missing so there's an accident waiting to happen
Not very well cleaned, the cleaner needs to plug the vacuum cleaner in when pushing over the carpet and use a mop on the laminate floors, bathroom not cleaned to a standard either

Great location and lovely view from the kitchen area.
Property smelt damp and fusty, mugs in the kitchen were dirty and so was the stair way leading to the flat. Quite over priced considering the condition of some parts of the property. We were a bit disappointed.

The location and the view
It was not clean ,we left a day earlier due ti it being dirty ,the pictures must of been taken when it was first done ,very very tired, tried to ring them ,but the number was not recognised, the floors had not been moped as the mop was bone dry the fridge had a smell to it ,as that had not been cleaned, dirty tea towel in washing machine ,they really do need to give this a deep clean ,or change the cleaning company ,I went out and bought bleach to clean myself.

We made the mistake of booking based on the pictures in the description of the apartment.
The alarm bells started to ring when we read the reviews, quite a few commented on the condition of the place when they arrive. Having paid in full the non-refundable £302 & also the mandatory £25 insurance. We had no option but to go hoping the owners had listened to previous comments. On arrival the 1st thing that hit us was the smell, especially on the stairs & in the bedroom. The carpet had quite clearly never seen a hoover & was in desperate need of a clean. (no hoover on site to clean ourselves) When we entered the kitchen area the door for the washing machine was on the floor, the freezer drawers where all broken & all the units where covered in greasy hand marks. In the living room the sofa was on the verge the of collapse & the window sills where all full of debris. Its such a pity the owners haven't maintain the apartment from when it was renovated because it has so much potential.

This apartment is amazing!! The setup was perfect for us. Lots of stairs (maybe a down side) but we got loads of steps in going and up and down them ( I only slid/fell down them twice - lol).
The view through the gorgeous bifold window is amazing. Every day, I'd get up and open up the window and just sit staring at Whitby Abbey across the harbour. Stunning!!
Location - amazing! Being on Flowergate, right at the heart of Whitby - central to everything we needed to get during Folk Week.
We had a lovely time and loved the apartment!! We'd love to come back.

Just not clean at all. View was amazing but for what we paid we expected to have a clean apartment, however it was covered in marks/stains, our towels were dirty and the bathroom was unclean with previous guests hair being left all around. Was very pleased with the location/view but in general the apartment was not clean.

The view from the picture window
The apartment was extremely grubby thick layers of dust on freestanding mirror bathroom bin and banister hand rails this was not recent dust but an accumulation of weeks. Dirty cups left in the cupboard. Draw in the bathroom absolutely filthy and unusable. Bathroom tap held together with insulation tape. The tap exploded on the first day spewing steam out a getting very hot with a strong smell of burning tripped the electrics. We were told to switch the power of by maintenance, after 6 days the tap had still not been replaced so we using the kitchen are for hand washing after using the toilet teeth cleaning etc. Daily emails sent to Host and Stay with no success or resolution. I would avoid at all costs and would never use Host and Stay again. Booking. Com have tried their best (I thank them for that) for a resolution for us but even they have been unsuccessful. I have lodged a complaint with Host and Stay but don’t hold much hope.

The property was very good overall,I knew what to expect as from Whitby originally so knew what the cottages converted to apartments were like in Burns Yard.
The only problem was being on the upper floor, the stairs were steep, twisty and narrow and hard to navigate especially with a large suitcase, there's also not enough room for door opening with a suitcase we found one had to hold the suitcase exile stood back on the stairs while the ither unlocked and opened the door then had to pass the suitcase to the other person as not enough room to pass each other and neither of us are large I'm 5.1 a size 8 my daughter 5.4 size 10 anyone larger would find it extremely difficult to navigate or not be able too due to how narrow the staircase is especially the second one, unfortunately theres not a lot the hosts could do about it tho because of it being a cottage converted to apartments,we knew what to expect as know the cottages and what there like it others however especially those who've never expirenced whitby before or a cottage won't,maybe a warning about the narrow stairs is needed when booking.

Good location off Flowergate. Great vista from lounge window.
It was grubby and dusty. Scary steep stairs. Two steep spiral , one normal flight to apartment door which opens out over the stairs. Chipped cups, dirty pans. Dustpan but no brush. No dish sponge, just a j cloth .Ragged tea towel. Floor and carpets dirty. Cleaner had just left. The mop was dry as a bone.main view window not clean. No pillow or mattress protectors on bed. We stripped the bedding when we left. OMG! The mattress!! Badly stained.Yuk. If we’d seen that first we wouldn’t have stayed.Sofa not comfortable. Feels like you would slide off. Shared entrance which they ask you to leave unlocked. Didn’t feel very secure with that idea.

View from the apartment over Whitby was spectacular.
Although you could not open the window due to a nesting pair of seagulls with chicks !
No check in information had to send an email for details. £250 excess damage waiver extra hidden charge and NOT fully refunded. Steep staircase , no safety handrail on one side, unstable glass infilled balustrade very hazardous. No lock on front door, chipped crockery, mouldy shower, sofa uncomfortable, no bar stools, smelly not aired, flaky paint, windows were very dirty. The pictures look fabulous but it is not the reality.

Great apartment with a superb view from the living room window. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Only thing I'd suggest, the directions you give to find Burns Yard take everyone to Clarkson St. It would be much simpler to say.......Go to The Little Angel pub on Flowergate,, directly across the road from the pub, you'll see a small alley entrance. That is Burns Yard.

Avoid this place like the plague…
Staying in this place was the nightmare that we really did not need.
As we arrived, we were met with an inhabitable apartment. The place was disgusting, where I left after an hour as I could not bear to stay any longer. I booked a different place and told the host how awful this was. The place was massively unloved, needed refurbishing and the photos had clearly been taken a good while ago.
There was faeces and pubic hair on the toilet, and toilet brush. The bathroom tap was taped together, and there was lots of black mould in the shower.
There was living and dead insects in the bedroom, along with a lot of dust and dirt everywhere!
The kitchen cupboards were falling off, there was food, dog hairs and stains all over the dining chairs and sofa.
I contacted the host for a refund which they did not think was acceptable as I have not allowed them to rectify this. The place needs refurbishing entirely, not just a spring clean!!
DO NOT BOOK!!

Good location, stunning views
Spent a while looking for this property as the postcode you are provided with is incorrect which I think sums up the competency of this company. Please spend your money with a rental company that actually respects their guests and values their money. Property was awfully maintained, in desperate need of a new coat of paint and new carpets. Most of the issues I had have previously been raised and the company had said they will be addressed but they haven’t. List of faults: Bottom drawer in bathroom is broken and really mouldy inside, the tap is kept together with tape and the rod holding the shower up is broken so will fall on you. The drawers in the freezer are smashed so you can only open the bottom one, dishwasher and kitchen blinds are broken. Sofa desperately needs replacing, it’s like sitting on a park bench. Property was dirty when I arrived, floors hadn’t been vacuumed, kitchen cupboards were sticky, surfaces were grimy and there were layers of dust snd cobwebs everywhere. Facilities weren’t great. I was given 2 sachets of coffee, two teabags, 4 sachets of sugar and four sachets of milk for 3 nights stay so you’ll need to bring your own tea/coffee things. No oil, salt or pepper in the kitchen if you want to cook and no baking trays for the oven (but there are pans, crockery and cutlery). I spent two hours on my first day locked out of this property because of a faulty lock that needed to be replaced and was unable to get hold of anyone for half an hour during this time.

The property really has the most amazing view and is in a great location to get everywhere.
The stairs up to and in the property are very steep. At the top, one side, there isn’t a side to the stairs making it difficult to climb the last bit.
The lower drawer in the bathroom sink cabinet was mouldy.
Not all the rings worked on the hob.

The set up in the flat, the location, the view.
It was quite shabby, that is, not well looked after - mainly in the hall and bedroom.
It wasn’t anywhere near as clean as I would expect from a rental property. I actually don’t think it had been cleaned before our arrival.

Lovely modern apartment. Great location.
The property could do with a lick of paint & new carpets. The carpets on the stairs did smell and was extremely dirty. Also needs painting, has filled in holes which haven’t been painted over and scuff marks all over the walls. The apartment isn’t sign posted very well and can be hard to find and slightly concerning that the main front door of the building has no lock mechanism in. I had tried reaching out to the property managers several times on booking.com to ask if there was going to be any Christmas decorations up for our stay or if not I’d bring some small things myself. Upon the management company couldn’t get hold of the owner on several occasions which was slightly concerning. It also said on the downloadable hand book that check out on the day of departure was 12, so as I’d thought plenty of time. At 9:20am I got a message from the management company to say we needed to be out by 10am and that the 12pm checkout stated on the handbook wasn’t correct. Leaving me 40 minutes to quickly pack and leave before 10am. Meaning we was unable to have the time to shower or eat breakfast before check out. This was a massive inconvenience.

Good location
Parking scratch card not provided as promised and had to request it, it was dropped off on day 2. A little shabby, needed painting and a deep clean. Think the cleaning only goes as far as a hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere, mould in shower, kitchen and cups, cutlery, pots and pans not clean. They don’t provide washing up liquid and the pans don’t fit in the dishwasher so I wonder if they’ve ever been washed properly. Had to wash everything before use. Stained carpets and uncomfortable furniture.
Neighbours were loud at all hours.

Easy access to the box, but did not know there would be free parking voucher inside the apartments. Apartment was nicely furnished with all the crockery and cutlery needed, Sky TV but no DVD player, wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues but sure that will be mentioned in the advert. We have a 3 legged dog and as the steps are quite steep and turn somewhat as they rise, he struggled too. First night was cold, seemed like nobody had stayed for the last few days, so no heating on and couldn't get it warm but was very toasty from next morning onwards, but would stay again. Great location and great bar across called Beer O'clock.
Not at all easy top find the place, the specific sat nav location took me to Clarkson Street, no idea where Burns Yard was. Had to ask a lady who lived on Clarkson Street, she'd been asked many times. Advised it was off Flowergate, down walkway, immediately after Bridgford's Estate agents - why did you not advise the same??

Excellent location - fabulous views from the apartment
Comfortable accommodation
Staff were very responsive and easy to reach by phone - we had some problems finding the apartment and they tried their best to help us
As mentioned above, the directions to find the property were poor - putting the location into Google maps sent us to a different location, so would be a good idea to make that clear for other customers
The stairs to the property were very steep which we didnt mind but would be a problem for anyone with restricted mobility
The £250 deposit seems high and has not yet been returned (5 days after leaving the property)

Good view of the sea. Good location to amenities
Property felt a little unfinished - holes that had been filled in the bedroom and not sanded, brick dust on the bedroom carpet, electronic sink tap was showing its internals - to name a few.
Expected a more premium property from the photos online.
Stair access to the apartment was awkward - the door to the apartment opened outwards into the stairs below. The stairs at the top of the apartment to the kitchen had no safety gate.
Confusion over the departure time - a text message said 10am and the checkout instructions in the guidebook stated 'no later than 12pm'.

the lounge kitchen area was excellent apart from the ceiling area above the seating area due to the angle of the roofing was a problem as was always aware of banging your head when seating on the settee otherwise the overall appearance of the apartment was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at barns Yard
the spiral staircase which became an issue when moving up and down on a regular basis as specialty with us being in our mature years fine for younger people. the entrance to the property from the main road at night was dark and imposing until you got to the property and turned on the outside lights a sensor light as you approached the property would probably be advantageous which would make the approach safer

On arrival, we was advised in the email prior to our stay, the holiday let would be found on Clarkson street. However this was not the case and previous reviews advise how difficult it is to find the accommodation. If you look for ‘the little angel pub : 18 Flowergate, Whitby YO21 3BA’. There will be an alley way facing directly opposite, which will lead you to the front door of Burns Yard Apartment. There are two apartments which provide key safes you want the one with 23 on the door. Park in the loading bay to unload then park round the corner for 2 days with permit provided which if you’re staying longer than 2 days isn’t very good as you will have to pay to park in car parks. Apartment was lovely with everything you need we couldn’t fault it. The stairs could prove tricky if you’re not very mobile though. Very cosy and would definitely recommend. Clean and tidy and plenty warm enough with the extra heaters provided! Great location too!

The view was absolutely amazing, the apartment was lovely and comfortable, everything you needed for a perfect stay.
The heating didn’t work in the bedroom and one in the living room. The weather was freezing, so for the first couple of days it was cold. I got in touch with yourselves and was provided with extra heater, which made all the difference. Thank you for your speedy response.

the location was great & even though tired & needing touch ups was comfortable enough
no security light outside so walking down an alley in total darkness, the entrance is not appealing paint chipped, & carpet filthy. the apartment wasn’t very clean the outside cupboards smeared & the glassware still had lipstick on. the electric radiators weren’t working in the bedroom or lounge so the first night was freezing. the hot water in the bathroom sink also never got warm. as a line traveller I think there should definitely be a an extra lock on the door as the one to the alley is always open

After struggling to find this property and required some help we were pleased with the location and quality of the apartment. The views are stunning!
Had all the amenities that we needed and the apartment was clean. Tea and coffee was provided however no milk!
The stairs can be hard to manoeuvre and the apartment itself could do with some touch ups in places.
One key issue for us during our stay was the radiator in the room didn’t work, a replacement was provided however this didn’t get very hot, we slept in many layers to try and get warm as room was cold!
All in all happy with our stay!

The views from this property were incredibly beautiful and by far the most special selling point. The bifold window meant we could enjoy them with a brew in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to cook breakfast and a birthday dinner for my husband using the equipment. I loved the modern decor and quirky living space. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. It is really central and surrounded by lovely pubs and shops, plus it isn’t far to the harbour.
Parking was a bit of a pain- like it is everywhere in Whitby! We got really lucky when we arrived and found a spot on the road directly behind. However, after a trip to Robin Hood’s Bay we had to do a lot of circling to find a space quite far away. Not the host’s fault and it was good to have the car parking cards. We arrived at about 830pm on a Friday night so I was able to pull in outside, unload and then go and park but this would be tricky if it was busy.

A view to die for! 🧛♂️ we stayed specifically to see the Dracula show at the Abbey, and the location and view of the abbey was just perfect. We parked off the street near the apartment to unload and then found the directed parking zones for the property within an easy walking distance and a great host and location for dogs across from a dog bakery! We really enjoyed the amenities Burns Yard Apartment had to offer from tea and milk to towels and TV and a clean homey apartment. Truly a special place to stay!

Comfortable apartment for a few days in whitby handy location to shops pubs sea front etc...the appartment is on two floors quite steep steps to second floor but ok for us .the apartment is modern and well equipped.
The appartment is in a building with another flat and ypu are told not to lock the main door even at night which I felt uncomfortable with .no TV in bedroom

The view from the kitchen/diner/living room is wonderful. The location - parking aside - is great. The kitchen, though small, had everything you needed.
Only having two days' free parking (in W zone - watch out for this). There was quite a bit of noise from neighbouring properties (someone likes their thrash metal). Niggles like the wash basin plug getting stuck, no shaving mirror directly above the basin and the electronic hot tap not being very effective (in order to get hot water, you need to run it *very* slow). When we arrived, someone had left the velux window open and the floor was covered with rain water. Mopping this up showed that the floor could have been cleaner.

Nice stay at Burns Yard, very good location (great view of Whitby & the Abbey)
Steps are steep up to apartment but if you’re able then they’re not an issue.
Communicating with host was easy!
The downside was that the apartment didn’t seem very clean, especially when I’ve paid £50 cleaning charge. More attention is needed here

We have stayed at a number of great Airbnbs at a similar price point and have always been pleasantly supplied at the care given to the venue and ourselves as guests and the thoughtful touches which make a stay special. To say we were disappointed at our Host and Stay in Whitby is an understatement:
1. There is no parking for more than an hour ANYWHERE near the accommodation
2. The entrance was hard to find and the area outside the flat was dark, uneven, dishevelled and filled with broken furniture.
3. We had to wait well past 4pm for the cleaner to finish cleaning but the floors were not clean and empty soap dispensers not thrown away.
4. There were a great many more steps, which you needed to climb, to enter anywhere in the apartment than were mentioned or intimated on the description on the website.
5. We were left the barest of basics on arrival - a coffee machine with an empty jar where the pods should be, value tea bags, a few teaspoons of coffee and a scant amount of sugar and two 1 pint cartons of milk.
In every other apartment we have been left welcome packs of chocolate, breakfast goods and/or a bottle of Prosecco. Whilst I understand this is not obligatory the standard of thought, care and professionalism at Whitby paints a stark contrast.
The only good thing I could say about this flat was it was a short walk from the harbour and the nightlife.
I seriously suggest you give this place a wide berth, you can do much better for your money.

The flat itself was beautiful and had the most amazing view out from the living room window. It was a great location and very comfortable to stay in. The reason i have given it three stars is due to the floors not being cleaned they were covered in dog hair and the sofa was covered in dog hair it was evident that it had not been cleaned. Host and stay did apoligies for this however it would have been good if this could have been Rectified.

I very very rarely leave reviews but feel as if something needs to be said regarding my stay.
Communication with staff was very argumentative (over the phone) for simple requests such a key lock box code for arrival.
Location is really hard to find, the only way I managed to find it was on the image of the floor plan it says the actual name where the name of the apartment on the app does not match the name on the door.
Upon entering the apartment opened the oven to find two used baking trays with used tin foil on top, probably from the previous guests, maybe previous previous guests, who knows??
There was a dirty pan in the kitchen draw, which contained food from its last guests.
Fridge door had finger prints and greasy marks all over it.
I would normally not mention any of it but just the communication from staff was just so poor, especially over the phone, very standoffish.
Now I don’t want to speak for all the staff at host and stay but maybe I just get dealt the wrong advisor.
Thanks,

Rob

To start with, the location of the property could not be better. Less than 10 minutes and you're on the harbour. Now the best thing about this place is the view 😍😍. The property has everything you need from a chopping board to iron so you can travel lightly and will have everything for your stay. Will not hesitate to book again if visiting Whitby.

The location was fantastic, it was very clean and modern and the facilities were great! The view was beautiful and the sky package, although basic, was all you would need for a short break.
My companion has walking difficulties and problems with his balance. If I’m honest had I known about the amount of stairs in the property and the vertigo inducing staircase from the kitchen to the bedroom I probably wouldn’t have booked the property for our holiday.

Nothing bad. Over fancy taps - difficult to get consistent hot water. Burning hot then cold.

Julie

It was straightforward to collect the keys we had the code in advance and entered it and got the keys and then straight into the property
Once you go in you have a flight of narrow stairs, you open the door and then some narrow curved stairs leading you to the bedroom and bathroom and then further stairs to the living area. The view is fantastic and you can completely open the window and sit and lookout.
Please beware of the alleyway as you walk up as it has no curb appeal and is scruffy
My partner is 6ft 2 and his knees are not great, so he struggled as many narrow steps up and down in the accommodation, having said that we would stay again if we could not find somewhere with fewer steps.
Sofa a bit small.

Morden, clean apartment with fabulous views. loved the bi-fold window , views were amazing from here.
Entrance to property was very unkept with lots of rubbish on the floor . There was 4 green bins for garden and food waste but nowhere to recycle cardboard or plastic so people had just place their rubbish next to the green bins.

We enjoyed a lovely break at Burns Yard! The apartment was spotless, well-furnished and extremely comfortable. The best thing about this place is the incredible view from the bi-fold windows, being able to see the sea and the abbey from the living area was amazing! The location is fantastic, with lots of shops nearby and a short wander down to the sea. We really enjoyed exploring Whitby and it was brilliant having such a central location that was still really quiet and peaceful.
Host & Stay provided lots of useful information via the app which we downloaded which was great for check-in, and finding out more about recommended places nearby.
A few notes from our stay:
- There's a wonderful, quirky cafe called Jet Black Jewel just round the corner, which did an amazing brunch/lunch! We went back here twice as the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was wonderful. It also has booklets telling interesting tales about the area on each table!
- We had takeaway fish and chips one night from Trenchers which was SO good. Might be the best we've ever had! They also have a restaurant, though there are often queues outside so it's definitely popular.
- The Whitby Deli is just across the road and they sold lots of lovely local goodies. Worth popping in to grab some snacks!
- Parking was explained really clearly in the app showing a map of streets where we could park and it was useful having the parking pass provided. We arrived late evening and fortunately found a space about 5 minutes away.
- The entrance to the property is down an alleyway which is unlit, so it was difficult to find the property when we first arrived at night. Having a light here would feel much safer but we recommend having a torch handy if you're arriving in the dark.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Burns Yard for a mini break :)

I’m afraid we won’t be returning to this apartment, in fact we checked out a day early. This is a classic case of an apartment being used for business as it’s not set up to live in at all.
Pros:
- the location is fantastic
- the views are gorgeous
- the kitchen is well equipped
- plenty of toiletries, toilet paper etc in bathroom
- shower is powerful
- the heating is really easy to use in every room
Cons:
- the downstairs neighbour played loud music until at least midnight every evening and the smell of their marijuana wafted into our apartment
- the main door to the building does not have a lock (seemingly at the request of the downstairs neighbour), yet we weren’t told this until check-in info was shared and we were still given a key for it
- this wouldn’t have been so bad if the door to the actual apartment had anything more than one lock. The neighbour had people coming and going all night and we couldn’t sleep thinking our front door was being opened
- the duvet for the bed is too small and the bed is hideously in comfortable
- the bedside lights look great but are pointless as you have to switch both on, meaning if one of us wanted to stay up to read, we had to do so upstairs so as not to disturb the other person
- the layout of the lounge/kitchen is bizarre. The tv faces the stairs so you can’t see it from the sofa without rearranging furniture
- we had to create a log in for the WiFi instead of using a password
- having a sky box and smart tv but having no way to watch sky or log in to our own Netflix account was very frustrating, especially as we obviously weren’t staying our late because of curfews (it’s also the same tv we have at home so we know it’s a good one and know how to use it)
It’s very very rare that I give bad reviews on Air BnB, I’m extremely diligent in reading reviews and scoping options so this really let us down. The management company asked me if anything was wrong when I told them we were leaving early and they replied 8hrs later saying they would inform the property owner, but that doesn’t exactly help our situation. We’ve been to Whitby many times before and this was a treat to ourselves as our wedding and honeymoon were cancelled this year, to check out a day early was really heartbreaking but we knew we’d be happier going home than staying.

Rebecca

Fantastic place to stay. We would absolutely stay again. We have a few comments to make this place that bit more special
A light in the alley way would be safer and brighter.
Two radiators were not working, we were offered to have these fixed whilst we were there, but we didn’t need to luckily the wreathed wasn’t cold.
The taps are a bit tricky to get running hot. The key is to keep these on low pressure.
We loved this place, we would not recommend it for anyone with walking or breathing difficulties due to the amount of small steps up to the second and third floor of the appartment.
