Lovely home with great amenities! Guest homes were really responsive with any issues we had such as finding the property, and locating the fuse box as some appliances in the kitchen kept tripping for some reason. The property is great to get together with family and friends, and there is something for everyone. The indoor pool could have been warmer, it did not appear to be heated to stated temperature. We did also observe quiet hours, however did receive a message saying we had been too loud for the last 20 minutes at 9:30pm although we were just listening to music (not on a loud volume) and chatting/laughing, so be mindful if you choose to stay hear. Overall was a lovely stay, and a great host.

The house was really lovely and amenities. Nice to have access to a pool and Hot tub when required. We had some bad experiences with the hot water filter tap not working and the filter needed changing as the light was flashing so we had to boil water on the hob, maybe having a kettle in a cupboard for this would be helpful. We were not a rowdy crowd and were just casually chatting in the living room and the noise alarm went off so to be aware this is very sensitive. No blinds in majority of the bedrooms meant very bright and the heating/hot water made noises throughout the morning all through the house so woke majority of people up. All in all a good stay but a few hiccups. Would recommend!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
