We booked 2 nights in Liverpool while attending the Dua Lipa concert. Sadly, the apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. Towels were wet, the toilet had stains, bins were full of rubbish and bottles, and the duvets were left in a ball. It clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The apartment itself was nice and well equipped, with a great location near Chinatown, but the state it was in was disappointing. We were moved to a different apartment for the night, which helped, but had to explain the issue to several people over two days, which was frustrating. We were told to leave the keys outside the new apartment so the original one could be cleaned while we were out. The housekeeping team did leave a note apologising, which was appreciated. One thing to note is that the keys need to be collected from a shop a few minutes away, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, a nice apartment but let down by poor cleanliness and communication.

Needs TLC. Would've been lovely 5yrs ago. Needs new mattress, Bad Smell in the Bathroom, Bathroom Bin Full, Bin Bags in the Hall Way, Flooring was coming up. For the cost of £186 per night, I felt a touch ripped off. We looked to book a new Air BnB but couldn't find one appropriate so stayed 🫣 It has potential to be a lovely place but is in need of urgent care. The host was extremely helpful though, very prompt in replying to messages. Sadly I wouldn't recommend 😕

Stay away! Red flags started with pre-check in deposit process. Finally got into flat late evening and was shocked that they would allow this to be rented in its condition. Big stains on couch, mattress’s, pillows and walls. Dried food on appliance handles and grease smears all over. Build up of dirt and dust in the radiators and dead bugs. So grossed out that we immediately packed everything back into car and frantically searched for hotels that would have space for 6 people, including an elderly couple. Thankfully we found something late and I contacted host the next day. We took photos of everything and I sent them to host requesting full refund. Took them 9 days to decide that they would only refund my cleaning deposit because I didn’t give them time to send cleaning crew to fix the issues. What could a cleaning crew do at 9pm? It would have taken hours and replacing mattresses. Sent pics directly to Airbnb and they agreed that we should be refunded full amount.

This stay was a disaster. When collecting keys we were told the machine was broken. We had to drive around Liverpool to find a replacement lockbox. We finally get the keys and there is no carpark fob. We were told the apartment does not come with parking, however it states it does via the listing. We were then told to find somewhere safe to park and that cost would be reimbursed and to collect a fob the next day (which we never got). We had been driving for four hours and was tired. In the end my Dad had to walk around the building and manually open the barriers from the inside. The apartment was a let down, the room with the sofa bed was perfect. The ensuite room was dirty and the bathroom should not be accessible. There was no grout in the floor tile (sharp edges) and mould above shower, my Mum has diabetes and if she had caught her foot, it would have been a hospital trip. There was an off smell in the living room and flies buzzing around. Spent an hour cleaning floor/furniture

Zero faults apart from a missing HDMI cable for the Nintendo 😂 but we are too old for gaming as the girls would say The place was fantastic all beds including sofa beds were comfortable, the amenities are brilliant. The bar across the road was lovely and friendly The overall experience was fantastic Thank you for our stay we be sure to be back Jeff

Before booking I was impressed communication and the detailed info we were sent, including pictures of how to access the building, where to pick up keys, and links to where things were and how appliances worked. Had a text 15 minutes before check in time saying we wouldn’t be able to check in for another hour due to an issue with housekeeping. Not a problem for us, but would be been good to know sooner. When we got to the building and couldn’t access car park. No key fob had been given. Managed to get into the building and open door manually, but I couldn’t get hold of the hosts. Over 15 calls which kept cutting me off and no response to texts from the number that had previously messaged me. Finally spoke to some after 1.5 hours and no solution was given. We managed but it was v stressful. Apartment needs some TLC, but is a good space. Housekeeping not 100% (glitter left all over lounge from previous guests). Good location. We would have recommended if not for communication issues

This apartment is lovely, has a great central location and convenient parking space provided for free. Large amount of the beds provided are sofa beds which aren’t the comfiest so do be aware of that. The actual beds provided were lovely though. Apartment feels safe and secure and despite its central location is very quiet. There were a couple of things that could have been better such as the shower fixing on the wall was not working so you could only use the shower as a handheld shower not where you can attach it to the holder on the wall, this can be tricky to shower. Equally for such a nice apartment we did not expect there to be a limit on hot water use, well when there is 9 of you and you all need a hot shower, this can be difficult and some ended up showering with cold water! Also for a place that accommodates 10, it would have been great if more shower gel, shampoo etc was provided. Overall a good stay at this apartment and would recommend to groups coming to Liverpool!

Disappointed and I think this is the first negative review I've left on AirBnB. Check in was the first issue. firstly you've got to go to a separate shop to collect the keys which seemed odd. We didn't get this far as they phoned us 5 minutes prior to check in time, as we were pulling up outside to tell us the apartment hadn't been cleaned and we would need to wait an hour. I understand delays happen but what I'm not understanding of is why they rang at such short notice when they must have known much sooner that the apartment wouldn't be ready for another hour. They suggested we get a coffee but when I said I had nowhere to leave the car and was currently outside the apartment they had no suggestions, nor could she tell me why they had waited until the very last moment to tell us. no offer of reimbursement. Felt I was talking to a business, not a person. Very impersonal. Apartments a little run down. lacking basics like tea towels. But really it was the customer service that killed it

We did not have the best experience at this flat. Check in was a little bit of a hassle, we had no hot water the first 20 hours, and It needs a lot of work and is very tired looking. The pictures are deceiving. We checked out a day early due to cleanliness not up to par, a fowl smell in the flat and building, and just overall unsatisfactory.

Nice apartment within walking distance to main attention. Free parking is perfectly situated in the building. To get the key is not very convenient especially when it’s raining (have to go to a shop to get the keys)

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The only inconvenience was having to carry the luggage up a whole lot of stairs but don’t think there’s anything anyone can do about it since the apartment is in the first floor and the lift is also on the first floor! Having to get the key from another place was a bit of an inconvenience as well since it was raining a bit when we arrived. Overall the apartment was clean and having two bathrooms for two bedrooms was great! Having a washing machine was an additional bonus. Thank you for having us Katy, Joe and team 😊

The apartment was lovely and very spacious. We had been traveling from place to place for about 10 days prior. It was the perfect place to relax on a rainy day. All necessities were there for us to cook breakfast and the coffee they provided was delicious.

When looking for an apartment to stay in Liverpool, I suggest you look no further. We had the pleasure of staying in number 4 which we couldn’t fault, beautiful, spacious apartment with a great location, just a 10 mins walk into the centre if that or a 5 pound Uber to the docks. Will most definitely be using these guys again when in Liverpool.

Good location, good parking spot, nice apartment. Communication was also very good, with check in and out was easy. Recommended. Don't worry if you're concerned about the sofa beds and you're a party of 4 looking to book the apartment. Best sofa bed I've ever slept on!

Great communication both before and during our stay. Loads of information sent out beforehand on the area, things to do, restaurants etc. Check in/out with the keys was very easy. Location was handy for central Liverpool - 5 min walk to Hope St for nice bars and restaurants and about 10 mins into the main shopping area and 15 mins to the Docks (with children too!)

This property is ideal for all visitors to the great city of Liverpool. The location in particular is a massive plus nestled close to good restaurants and sights and only a short walk into the city centre/dockyard area. We stayed with 3 children under the ages of 13 and have recommended to friends and family.

This flat is in a great location close to the city centre but not too close for noise to be an issue. It is a large flat with plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining. Clean and tidy with linen provided. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely come again and stay

Great location and lovely apartment inside, which was deceiving given the external look of this transformed building. Great hosts who were always on hand to help in anyway. Don't look for parking bay No4 for apartment 4 (because there isn't one). We called for advice where to park, as we didn't want to upset the neighbours, and you can park 1x car in any bay. Local pay parking nearby too, along with nice restaurants and bars on the short walk in to the City centre. Really pleasant stay and quiet given the central location. We would, and have recommended to others, and would also book again. Thanks guys

We have just had a fantastic 2 night stay at this apartment. Location is perfect, with shops, nightlife and restaurants all in a short walk. Anfield stadium is a 10 min drive away and knowsley safari is a 30 mins drive. The check in was easy and hassle free. Secure parking. Very spacious apartment with everything you need and despite being in the city centre it was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Liverpool. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolute electric, communication, tidiness of the apartment, location and parking simply 10 out of 10. Comfortable and comfortable apartment with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. A perfect location for visiting Liverpool. The only small inconvenience is the people leaving the pub opposite and screaming... We were unlucky with a bathroom breakdown and a party from one of the neighbors, but the hosts did everything they could to fix it. Recommended.
