Sleeping up to 7 guests, with two double bedrooms, a super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge and and additional single sofa bed in the master bedroom. Complete with a fully kitted kitchen and modern family bathroom.

You are a short walk away from the Pier head, 10 minutes stroll along the river to the Albert dock & Liverpool One.

Perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike this brilliant apartment will be a home away from home.

You could cook up a storm in our kitchen or take advantage of the spacious living area curling up on the sofas and watch on the Smart TV.

We have two separate bedrooms each with comfy double beds, a double sofa bed available in the living area and a single sofa bed in the bedroom. Fresh white linen throughout, with towels for each guest and hand towel in the bathroom.

A clean family bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub and complimentary shower gel sachets. It is a family-friendly property that provides a travel cot and high chair for guests with toddlers and kids.

Start your day off right with a fresh coffee on the balcony - we provide a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter pods, perfect to enjoy on the gorgeous bistro table and seating set up on the balcony!

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Bedrooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The location of key collection was changed at the last minute without any notification. This resulted in us walking around the city centre for nearly an hour trying to locate our keys. There are no spare keys in the apartment as described on the guide, so our whole group had to share 1 key. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for all five of us and nobody on the front desk to ask for more. Door to balcony locks behind you so easy to get stuck out there.

Disaster of a booking. Despite messaging prior to booking to arrange easier collection and drop off of keys due to flight times , this was not honoured and had to go 15 minute out of our was before a 6am flight Sunday morning. Location was difficult to find and access. Bathroom was dirty with hair in plug hole and mould in tiles and ceiling. Carpets had stains and marks. While host responded to messages, did not offer solution to these problems. Area was dirty and noisy also. Felt unsettled walking near apartment, as did my 3 children. Would not recommend this stay

Location and facilities

Weren't allowed to check in 3 as advertised. Was told they would try and give us late check out but didnt contact to confirm and couldnt get hold of them.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
