Place was decent. A little dirty (hair in bathroom), sticky floor in kitchen, small garbage left in second bedroom, but nothing that completely ruined our stay. Great distance to main areas within the city.

I have currently submitted a complaint & claim, which has yet to be acknowledged, for the following reasons: Broken toilet Mould in bathroom Jammed kitchen drawer. No hoovering done prior to our arrival. Most surfaces unwiped. Drugs found in kitchen cupboard. No spare key despite Host & Stay being aware this has been missing for several months. Aa result we felt vulnerable as there was no way to secure the door from inside that, someone with a key, would be able to open. Dishwasher tablets provided (no washing up liquid) which was surprising as there was no dishwasher!

I unfortunately had a terrible experience here. I tried booking with Airbnb and kept getting a technical glitch saying my payment had failed, however, the booking went through and I was stuck with several Airbnbs for the same dates in Liverpool. Airbnb did not believe me that there was a glitch (who would rent 5 Airbnbs in the same city for the same dates?) and tried to resolve with the host. The host had no intention of helping me out and preferred making the money. Fair enough. Airbnb said they contacted the host several times to resolve it. The host told me they never had any communication from Airbnb. Someone lied here, either way, just a really tough one to lose so much money on this trip when it wasn't at fault. Better to book somewhere with an actual cancellation policy. Good luck.

The accommodation was very good. The only problem was that the immersion heater needs to be on for a while before you can have a shower. Also do not park outside even for unloading, because we did and when we went to move the car we incurred a £70 parking fine.

Comfortable apartment to stay in Liverpool. Everything is fairly in walking distance (depending on your ability). Communication was excellent. A £260 additional insurance had to be paid, £10 of which is non-refundable and I have to wait a further week to get the remaining £250. I understand the security this offers, but it’s additional that’s managed by a third agent.

We stayed one week at the apartment during the Eurovision Song Contest. The location was great, we were able to walk to all important spots, we felt really lucky about that :-). We loved the decoration and some little details like having 2 keys. We only missed 2 little things : a ‘normal’ mirror in the bathroom and a coffee machine (even if asked days prior to our arrival they didn’t organize one which was a pity). Otherwise it was great. Last thing : communication was very smooth, fast replies and always very friendly which we really appreciate. We definitely would recommend this place and the team. Thank you 😊

Great unit and great location. Some details that may or may not matter to you… It’s a large management company that’s isn’t familiar with unit, so when problems and questions arise they don’t have insight, they just give you a link to the web site manual again. We had a number of problems, like no toilet paper, broken lift, confusing water heater instructions. They brought toilet paper the next day. We figured out how to use the water heater. We never heard back about the broken lift. They seem rule driven. For example, we requested some paper products, such as napkins or Kleenex or paper towel (there was a single tea towel beyond bath towels, which is limiting in the kitchen). They told us they’d ‘consult with the ‘team’ about whether they could provide anything. The ‘team’ approved one additional tea towel. We’d definitely stay there again, and we’re glad it’s available. Just wish the company were more knowledgeable.

Apartment was ok, clean and adequately furnished, but unaware that second bedroom had no window! Felt box like. Clear instructions given (apart from same qu x4 times) but was an issue for us that key pick up and drop off over 10 mins walk away. Both have mobility issues. Should have been in details as we would not have booked. Location was good for us for what we wanted to do. Lounge door bangs - needs adjusting. Bit noisy with corridor doors banging too. Kitchen facilities adequate. Bathroom very clean

The flat was clean and tidy, in a great location. However, we had an issue with the immersion heater and only managed to have around 5 minutes of hot water throughout our whole weekend. It was not ideal. We did follow the pre heating instructions left for us but the heater still did not work correctly. We also had to travel 10-15 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys for the flat. This was a chore and quite frustrating when leaving because the keys had to be dropped off before 10am or we would have received a fine.

The accommodation has a lot of character and it is in the city center which is very convenient to eat or rest between visits. Perfectly quiet, no noise. Well-equipped kitchen and storage. The less pleasant points are: - one bedroom is without windows - there is no large mirror in the bathroom Otherwise it's a beautiful place with good value for money

My friend and me stayed in the appartment for 4 days, was very close to the city centre. A very nice and detailled handout was provided of the apartment and amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. Communication when needed was smooth, thanks for everything; we had a great time!

Apparently very well located close to Liverpool One. The accommodation was clean but we had to do the dishes when we arrived because there were, among other things, lip marks on the glasses… Like other customers, we had some problems with the hot water… Small flaws, the keys that must be picked up 10 minutes on foot, but that, we knew so it is not too serious. On the other hand, I was asked to drop off the luggage in an office after our departure but in the end, the office was closed (January 1) and we had to find another solution the same day. It was not very pleasant to end the stay. In the end, this apartment had a very good value for money because I was able to book it at a time when the price was correct. The day before I booked it was still almost double… I also add that we were loaned a crib (new) which was greatly appreciated. At this price, we will come back without hesitation.

The location of this Airbnb is perfect and walkable to pretty much everything, it was very stylish and clean which was ideal. The advertisement says two double bedroom but one of the bedrooms was very small and had no window which made me feel claustrophobic, had I known about the lack of window I wouldn’t have stayed here, there was also a lack of hot water even when the booster was switched on which is really disappointing. I do also think the check out was quite early especially because you have to give the keys back to the shop by 10am and it’s a ten minute walk away and we had our luggage which was far from ideal, I think a checkout time of 11am would have been better.

The flat was well furnished and bed very comfortable. The location was ideal for M&S bank arena and the city centre. The check in/out process requires walking 10 minutes up a slow hill to get the keys from a small supermarket which wasn't ideal in the rain. However, overall the stay was good.

It was a nice flat 5 minutes walk to Liverpool 1 and the docks about 10minutes. Helpful notes around the flat to sort out heat and water. Lovely period features, smart TV and Wi-Fi and clean kitchen area with washer. It is only a short walk to Q parking at Hanover Street and you can pull up outside the flat to drop off your bags. All in all a great stay.

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment - the perfect base for our weekend in Liverpool! The location is ideal for exploring the city, centrally located with plenty of food and drink options just a short walk away. The apartment itself was cosy and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a weekend away. Beautiful apartment, very clean and in an amazing location for shopping, bars and the docks. The walk to collect the key was quite long so be prepared to walk 15 mins out of town. The weather was very hot and only 1 fan was provided for a 2 bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t stop us booking again though

The location was absolutely spot on, apartment was comfortable and very clean. We had a lovely time exploring the city. However, despite other reviews saying it was quiet nearby, we were disturbed most nights by glasses smashing and drunken behaviour or cars. There was a mix up with our check in, and whilst this was resolved eventually, it took a while to get a response and meant we spent an hour waiting to get the keys. We were offered a later check-in as compensation but we’d already booked travel arrangements in line with the original check-out time, so weren’t able to make use of this. The team were very helpful but it took several attempts to get a helpful response.

Communication was great and so found the key pick up very straight forward.I was already familiar with the area so found the shop for the keys very easily. The flat was very clean and exactly as advertised. Decor was pleasant and the location is perfect for walking into Liverpool or down to the docks..only a 5/10min walk tops. There is no on street parking next to the flat. However there is on street parking within a five minute walk max , there is an underground car park at the bottom of Grenville street south and I am sure there are others within a very short walk distance. We were able to pull Up outside the apartment building to take our luggage in so we were carrying it from a car park.

Nice location and value for the size of space. Only downsides were not much hot water, could not have a bath because the water became cold partway through filling. And it was hard to have much natural light come in due to how the big metal doors are over the windows. It was clean and had a comfortable bed.

The apartment is perfectly located, very comfortable, tidy and nice-looking. It is quite perfect for a visit to Liverpool. Two things remain a bit problematic: Instead of meeting you at the apartment, they make you go to some shop 10-min walk from there to pick up the keys, and you have to leave them there at the end of the stay as well. That seems to us far from ideal service: guests usually carry luggage and instead of making the effort for them, the hosts complicate unnecessarily the arrival and the departure. Also, the hot water situation is a bit problematic: the instructions claim it's always on but sometimes needs a booster. However, in fact, without the booster, that you have to turn on 30 min before you want to use the water, there's no hot water at all. And even with the booster, it lasts for only a short time. So every shower needs planning and waiting... We understand the need to not waste energy, but for short stays, it's far from ideal.

Only opted for this due to access to kitchen and two bedrooms as was travelling with baby, partner and my mother so needed the amenities so felt money justified. A great stay, the location is perfect, right in the middle of Ropewalks and close to everything you could want. We thought it could be a bit nosy but you couldn’t hear anything during the night. Comfortable and well stocked apartment. One good bedroom, the other is a box room (no window, take note claustrophobes). Heating is by electric heaters so it can get chilly, bring layers. Its off a side street very close to everything so location is great. Apartment buidling itself is a bit grubby (not their fault) and the lights in the hallways tend to cut out which is a bit scary. Good communication from the hosts. Key collection is really quite far away, so factor that in to your check out time. Im sure this would be less of an issue in good weather.

Our first Airbnb apartment serviced us nicely for 2 nights in Liverpool. Perfect location for all things central. Comfortable standards with areas to relax. The flat is in an old converted building so take some layers for chillier times even though there are electric storage heaters. Communication from host was excellent along with picking up the keys and the security of them. Pick up just slightly out of the way but not too far

A very nice 2 bed apartment right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The apartment was fairly spacious for our stay which was 4 adults though we didn’t spend too much time in as we were out having a great time in this wonderful city. The apartment was clean on arriving and communication with the hosts was first class so any problems would be soon sorted. The hosts send you a comprehensive guide to your stay in Liverpool including places to go and bars etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are thinking of visiting Liverpool.

Really great stay here in the apartment. Location is great for being in the town centre but wasn’t immediately central so there wasn’t much noise. Everything within walking distance! Main bedroom is great and spacious, second bedroom was a bit smaller than expected but still lovely nonetheless. The team were fantastic to communicate with, Charlie in particular. Great attention to detail even down to washing and dishwasher tablets. Thanks for such a great stay guys it really made the trip!

Didn't have the best stay here, but the location is really brilliant and the host's communication were helpful and quick. The flat felt a tad uncared for with quite a few things missing or broken. I also had to wait 40mins after my ETA of 5pm to check-in. The team were responsive to me pointing these things out and gave me a later check-out and free luggage storage on my last day which was sweet.

Recently had a 2 night stay here - perfect location - smack bang in the city centre - you do literally walk out of the door and Liverpool One is on the doorstep so great if you are looking for a place for a weekend getaway and want easy access to shops, clubs, restaurants etc. Apartment was really clean and well-equipped. Communication was excellent throughout. Residential building so nice and quiet and no outside noise disturbance. There is a large Tesco right next to the recommended car park so easy to pick up essentials and then it is just less than a 5 min walk to the apartment. Highly recommend.

Really perfect location for a city break - short walk from all the main tourist attractions and a lot of bars and restaurants. The place was nice, but worth pointing out that one bedroom has no window so feels a bit claustrophobic. Dropping the keys back at a shop 10 minutes away was also a bit of a faff, but overall a good stay!

This place was not worth the money not clean , fusty smell and bed linen could do with an upgrade . Immersion heater to heat water very old fashioned and it only heats enough for one shower , no bath mats and one set of towels for each person staying . Advertised as high end property it not !! The location was very good , bed and sofa comfortable, dining table very small . It not being clean put me off . Hope this helps . There was a cleaner sent in while we were there and it still wasn’t clean when we came home that day 🙈 Donna stayed July 2021

Good advice about places to visit and late check out offered which was great even though we didn't need it. a super flat that I would not hesitate to recommend.

I recently visited Liverpool with some friends and the flat was the perfect place to stay. The location is spot on, right on the doorstep of Liverpool city centre and the docks and everything was in walking distance. The flat itself is lovely and well decorated and the team have left lots of notes stuck up on the walls to help you and make things really easy. Communication with the team was also great and they came back really quickly on any questions that I had. The only one thing I would note is it does take the water in the shower quite some time to heat up so I would be mindful of that when flicking on the switch that is indicated for heating up the water.

Fantastic location - felt we never more than a 15 minute walk away from where we wanted to go. Great value and had a great time in the city. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Liverpool 😀

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, warm upon arrival, great shower (contrary to some of the older reviews, if I remember rightly), super comfy bed, great location and a host that was very quick to respond and helpful. If I was staying alone I might have been a bit nervous about the street, which is very quiet and a bit off the beaten track. Regardless, would recommend!

The apartment was clean and fully stocked with pretty much anything you might need. Nice, modern design and decor, as pictured in the listing. I was a little nervous at first about the location and stop at the office for check-in and check-out, but the location is walkable to most central places and the office is close by the apartment (and on the way from Lime Street Station). Enjoyed staying and would gladly return!

Amazing perfect location. The team were great to work with, we have rented a different location from them before and had such great experiences. The only note (for non UK guests) is this is a clothes washer only not a combo washer/dryer. I misunderstood, not the hosts fault but it did make our clothes being dry for a function we were to attend a little challenging. Otherwise, very clean and awesome!

As beautiful as the photos show. Highlights: Comfy bed Great location, we walked everywhere city centre Helpful tourist guide shared pre trip Easy to get hold of someone if you have any issues Check in super easy and only a few minutes walk Downsides: We found it fairly cold, luckily there wad an extra electric heater provided which we used lots. Hot water immersion heater not fully explained so we had cold showers first day. You need to switch it on to heat up the water before you use it. No tea towels. We found this weird when bedding and towels are provided. Just take some.

We had a great stay! The apartment is centrally located, very comfortable, and I enjoyed the nice touches like the holiday decorations. We had one question about the hot water and it was answered within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The communication from this team is exceptional! The flat matches exactly how the photos shows. However ---- If you are a person who cares about the view you are paying for, please be aware that the view from the windows is a bordered up building. Location is a bit dingy back street. But if this doesn't bother you too much then this place will be perfect for you. Especially if you are looking for something different and quirky.

A good location to base your time in Liverpool to walk to the stations and mall. Disappointing checkin process to collect the keys from an offsite location and not the best service at the office, unfortunately.

Key collection from office is a bit far from the apartment which is inconvenient. No fan so a bit hot during summer, opened the window but lots of flies came in. Overall a nice stay but kinda off disappointed especially when our checkin got delayed and also had to wait for the keys

This apartment is very clean and cosy, comfy beds and great space if you want to do some of your own cooking to save money!! Walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see in the city. We absolutely loved Liverpool and the city itself, super friendly vibes everywhere. This place is right in the city so we did experience noise at night, so if you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

These are serviceable accommodations in central Liverpool. Looks like a corporate set-up, not a smallholder renting out an extra property, but a big operation. Check-out and in from a nearby office. Building common area is a bit grim, inside the apartment it's comfortable. No issues with noise or cleanliness. Refused to give out a second key, which is unprecedented in my Airbnb experience. We were two friends who sometimes wanted to do different things, so this caused inconvenience. Strict corporate cost-control, I guess.

Comfortable apartment with one double and one king size bed both very comfortable and clean, everything we needed was there except for a dish clothe and tea towel for washing up. Good situation being very central for visiting attractions and local amenities, plenty of options for restaurants and we managed to find a car park nearby which was very reasonably priced and walked everywhere. Being a converted warehouse apartment there was a continuous strange smell in the apartment but nothing too problematical, we suspect it was due to previous use of the building, could perhaps do with agent putting a diffuser in there on a regular and long term basis to counteract it On the whole very good value for money.

Communication through Airbnb was great! The location is central and decent. We weren’t happy with the cleanliness of the place - dust, hairs, dishes dirty, a little bit of mould around. Apartment building was not secure at the time of our stay - didn’t need to use the key tag to enter the building. The building smelt so damp, stale and stuffy, which the apartment also smelt of (not as bad as apartment building corridors) but enough to feel uncomfortable about it. We didn’t mind having to turn on the hot water system (but there should be some info about it about having to wait an hour or two before using). Didn’t overly enjoy the cold shower! The decor was nice, and it would have been a cosy and value for money apartment if it was cleaner and smelling fresher.

Good location, spotless modern flat. Comfortable beds, second bedroom adequate but no natural light. Keys have to be collected and returned offsite. Washing machine in kitchen, take your own powder/tablets. Plenty towels, teabags, toilet paper. Kitchen well equipped. Would be happy to stay here again.

Really nice apartment in an amazing location! Was right near everything we did which made it easy to get back to afterwards! Very clean with all the amenities we needed. A fabulous and stylish apartment in a brilliant location right in the centre of Liverpool one, The apartment is much more spacious than I would’ve thought from the photos and it is exceptionally clean with very good furniture and bedding , we would highly recommend for anybody wanting to go and see the sights of central Liverpool in and around Liverpool one and the Albert docks area .
