Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourselves during your stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.Please note that there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the lovely neighbours.
Convenient parking is available just steps away at the King Alfred car park, with rates starting at £12.60 per day.

The location of this place is absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and the long-stay parking area (£13 per day, free overnight). The layout of the apartment is well thought out, with two spacious bedrooms and a very large lounge area. The massive couch is incredibly comfortable and could easily double as a bed, making it a great spot to relax together during downtime. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge and a dishwasher, which was a nice bonus. A couple of minor downsides: the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly, so we avoided using it, especially when all three of us were brushing our teeth. The iron also wasn’t working during our stay. A bit more attention to detailed cleaning—like dusting and a general polish—would really elevate the place. Overall, We’d happily stay here again!

A ncie cozy stay with lots of space! A bit on the older looking side but generally clean. Creaky floorboards can cause a lot of noise for downstairs even without shoes. Overall a really nice stay and a good distant to key attractions. Lots of parking close by and a convenient co-op across.

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate. As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Thank you for your consideration.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
