With access to a Lake Huron, and a huge back yard with a firepit, your family will have lots of options for rest and relaxation.

The space

LIVING AREAS
Featuring a beautifully open clean kitchen with a large island to prepare your favorite meals or gather around as a family. Sit down for a meal under the partially sheltered porch which includes a grill and picnic table.

Relax in the charming great room and enjoy the gas fireplace – perfect spot to cozy up to watch a movie.

SLEEPING SPACES
With 3 bedrooms there’s ample room for families and friends. Your cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests. There’s also a bathtub for your soaking pleasure.

OUTSIDE
Explore the beauty of the outdoors - The back deck is a perfect spot to catch up, or relax and read a book. With a huge backyard, there is tons of room for lawn games and the kids to run around. The cottage is on a quiet street on the outskirts of Bayfield. There is a Lake access for residents in this area

After a beautiful day in cottage country, gather around the firepit for storytelling, marshmallow roasting, and stargazing.

Public Lake access is 5 min walk away in Paul Bunyan campground. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

NOTE: There is ongoing construction at the neighboring house. The work is primarily indoors, but the noise level can vary. There should be no construction taking place on weekends.

Other things to note

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 6 violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance)
Max 1 pet is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
