From the moment you arrive at 41 Licorna Beach in Umhlanga, the ocean breeze and birdsong announce a beach sanctuary. This elegant self‑catering apartment spans three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping six. Unwind in the spa bath, shower in a double shower, and open full‑height doors to your private patio with an eight‑seater table and sweeping Blue Flag beach views. Serviced daily (except Sundays & public holidays), it’s a secure, family-friendly paradise.
We’ve partnered with Just Be Lekker (JBL), a trusted travel reputation platform, to make your stay as smooth and worry-free as possible. As part of confirming your booking, JBL will ask you to choose either a non-refundable R 600 waiver (covering accidental damage up to R 7 500) or a refundable R 5 000 deposit. If you select the deposit, a small R 47 verification fee applies to cover JBL’s booking verification service. JBL will send you a secure link to complete this step and collect the amount one day before arrival.

Pros: Host (Euphoric) very responsive all the way through pre booking and post booking. The place was exactly as described and where there were a few issues ( ie: bathtub not in use due to leak, loose toilet seat) I made it known to the hosts. the location and views are amazing!! the place is super clean. We had lots of luggage as we arrived from UK there was a lift to the apartment which was very helpful for that and for my aged parents who could not use the steps. Staff on site were friendly and the apartment was cleaned daily for the 4 days we were there. close to the beach and amenities ( all within walking distance). Will definitely recommend the place. there was parking for 2 cars for number 41 apartment. Cons: bathtub could not be used due to a leak. the signage to the property is obscured by a plam tree leaf so we drove past it when we first arrived.

Guests must pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim a 15% service fee will be charged. While the security deposit will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. RULES - Strictly no parties allowed. - Music to be kept to a minimum and no music after 10pm. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. - No smoking inside. - In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10 pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. - We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
