During the stay
Check-in time - is no earlier than 3pm. Check-out time - is no later than 10am. No visitors, only registered guests will be provided access (limited to maximum guests total: 6). Maximum cars: 2 No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. are allowed. Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm. No early check-ins if there is a back-to-back booking. No smoking inside. Guests are responsible for any damages occurring during their stay. In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. Failure to abide by these policies and/or the booking ts and cs may result in the charge/forfeiture of your entire damage deposit. -
Before checkout
Check-out is by 10am unless otherwise agreed in writing (late penalties will apply). Please close all windows and lock doors when you depart. Please return ALL KEYS to reception/security on departure. Guests are responsible for all breakages during their stay.
