We had a brilliant time! The hosts are amazing, the place is very neat and had everything you need to make the stay comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Alan and Debs are responsive and very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Alan and Deb’s place. It was a great experience, especially with the kids, who absolutely loved it. They even chose to sleep on the sleeper couch in the lounge rather than the bedroom. The location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to the promenade and just a short walk to the beach. It made everything very easy and family friendly. Being in the heart of Umhlanga there were great spots nearby for breakfast, and the entertainment options up the road were perfect for the kids, all within a few minutes’ walk. The kitchen was well equipped and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was seamless, and Debs was very warm and welcoming, especially accommodating our later arrival after a long drive from Johannesburg. The check out process was just as easy and well organised. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

Excellent location right on the promenade and sea view. Great and accommodating hosts allowing early check in and late check out. The apartment needs a bit of an upgrade and more comfortable beds and couches, but everything needed was in the apartment.

Great welcome by Deb; communication of arrival was from day 0. We were treated to a bottle of mimosa. Place has the best location , complex could do with an update aesthetically and safety wise. Otherwise we had fun

The location was good, just by the ocean. The Complex needs an improvement in security and general cleanliness. Debs and Alan’s communication was good, and Gugu was a great help in helping us to check in, she gave us great information on the place and activities we can do. We loved that the place is in close proximity to restaurants, malls and the beach.

A pleasant, small, apartment, with garden, on the beach promenade. Very suitable for a small family, couple, or business trip. As always, Debs N Alan are great hosts, and I will continue choosing the apartments they host.

We had a great stay at Debs N Alan's place... exactly what we needed to relax for a few days at the beach after having traveled around South Africa for a month... The location, especially the proximity and view of the beach, and the surroundings were awesome... everything was in walking distance... We would gladly stay there again!

What a gem! It was beautiful to be able to open up the sliding doors unto the patio with views of the ocean and grass. Constant ocean views with easy access to the beach. Due to its location, it’s very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay here with my partner and her grandma and sister and will definitely be back. Debs and Alan were great and communication was effortless. Smooth check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that there are neighbours sharing the outdoor grass area so you might have people in front of your little patio. Just tell them to move kindly :)

A great place right by the beach front. You can sit and watch the sea or people walking down the promenade. Amazing place for a couple of a family as it's on the ground floor with promenade access.

We had a great time at Debs N Alan’s place with my family. My children enjoyed to be at the beach and the local restaurant are a convenient. I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful sleep and time to rejuvenate themselves.

Very wonderful stay✨✨… the place is right on the beach. Clean and tidy… exactly as shown in the pictures. The only issue I had was the parking… there was no allocated parking so we had to use Uber during our stay so we don’t lose our parking spot. But it wasn’t a big deal… we loved the place and had a wonderful stay😊😊 Great hosts… quick responses from them and easy check-in and check-out✨✨ Highly recommend

The location is great, you cannot get closer to the beach and nice restaurants etc close by. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the place itself. The place wasn’t as clean as you would expect it and it is in need of renovation. However our hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. They were very responsive to our questions and issues raised and Allen even insisted on cleaning some things we pointed out himself! In conclusion, good value for money yet some room for improvement

We had a great stay. Host had great communication with check in and out and flexible on check in. The flat was very comfortable, exactly as described. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location is fantastic, can walk straight out of the flat on the board walk / beach and close to all the restaurants / mall etc in the area . We were very happy with our stay there, and would certainly come back.
