We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, neat and spacious apartment, which is located right on the umhlanga promenade. Theres direct access to the beach and the pool. Our hosts were very accommodating as we wanted an early check in and we changed our booking dates twice without any hassle. Thanks Debs and Alan. would highly recommend them👍👍

We enjoyed our stay. Alan and Debs responded very quickly and were so helpful. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. The location of the unit right by the pool is great for families. The beach and promenade are steps away. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views of the ocean. It’s also in a great location, close to great restaurants and shopping.

Maximum of 6 guests per Body Corporate rules. No Rage bookings. No parties of any kind. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with generous cupboard space. We expect our guests to treat our place with respect and we love our soft furnishings so please don't drop cushions and throws on the floor or take them outside. Should any towels, throws, cushions, decor or anything else be damaged or go missing this will be charged to you, the guest, for reimbursement. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
