What a great experience we had, The place was super clean, convenient and just felt really nice & refreshing with a great view of the beach, jacuzzi and pool area. The hosts were very polite, friendly and welcoming with great communication. Exactly as described and as per the pictures. Would definitely recommend it.

Another amazing stay at The Bermudas with Debs N Alan. The apartment was exactly what we needed and the gorgeous ocean view, spacious deck and hot tub made our trip extra special. Alan was always responsive to any of our queries and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be returning the next time we're in Durban!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset, and just a walk to the beach. The apartment had great amenities, the jacuzzi was a highlight, and check-in was easy. Wonderful host Debs & Alan are were amazing hosts, highly recommend. Great experience overall.💛

This place was truly beautiful! The views were absolutely breathtaking—right in front of the beach with nothing but the sound of the waves to greet you. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful, memorable stay. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we booked. Our hosts, Debs, Alan and their assistant, were warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They were always quick to respond, attentive to every question, and consistently polite. I genuinely appreciated the care they put into customer service and the thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. Their dedication to creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience really stood out, and it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I was very happy with the accommodation! I loved that it was just a short walking distance to the beach. The place was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The cleaners came in on time, and even the checkout time was perfect. I had such a good stay. It’s truly a beautiful place and I would definitely recommend it!

Decent place, just a stone throw away from the beach, beautiful views and perfect for families especially toddlers, my kids loved the jacuzzi only issue is the flight of stairs to get to the apartment gets abit challenging if you have a lot of bags

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay. There was plenty of space to spread out and the large deck and living area was a bonus when we had family over to visit. The view from both decks was absolutely sensational and waking up to watch the sunrise was well worth the early start. The hot tub was spotlessly clean and a hit with our children who spent hours in it after the 2 min walk up from swimming in the sea. The whole area felt very safe and the promenade running below the house provided a lovely walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house was well equipped from every beach toy imaginable to kitchen supplies and the towels were changed frequently. The house could do with a bit of cosmetic maintenance but nothing major and nothing that is stopping us counting the days until we can visit again. Thank you for a super stay!

Paradise! I cannot say enough about this beach apartment. A truly a dream getaway spot! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the stylish, modern design of the space. The apartment has comfortable furnishings, and large doors that flood the place with natural light. Waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise felt like something out of a movie. The location is unbeatable just steps away from the beach, local restaurants and the famous Umhlanga promenade . It’s the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach gear. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Special thanks to the incredible Alan and Hlengiwe. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape by the sea, look no further. I’m already planning our next trip.

We loved Debbie’s place, was beautiful as seen in the pictures, walking distance to the beaches. It was nicely decorated with big open rooms and wardrobes spaces, massive balcony in the main bedroom and downstairs overlooking the beach. The location of the apartment is perfect next to restaurants, shopping malls, nature reserves with walking trails and beaches. It was easy to communicate with Debbie & Alan and they were very responsive. We loved it

Horrible experience. The jacuzzi does not work. The only reason I booked here was for the jacuzzi and I asked the host every single day to have it fixed but nothing was done. We were short on toilet paper every single day as well. They don’t replace towels. And on the day of checkout we were an hour delayed and the host Alan came into the apartment very aggressively. He started banging on the door and then opened it himself and started screaming at us. I understand that we were late so I apologized but he didn’t want to hear it and refused to come to a solution.

Beautiful and peaceful seaview location. I have stayed at 2 other apartments up the road from The Bermudas but none had the convenient access to the beach and proximity in general to the beach that this establishment has.

Deb and Allan were wonderful hosts. They accommodation was exquisite. Beautiful view and ample family spaces. We had issues with water flooding in from a vicious storm on one evening. The hosts were appreciative of my family’s efforts to “fight the flood” and keep the water from damaging the apartment. They arrived early the next morning to complete the clean up. The entire area was affected to varying degrees by the storm.
