We needed a getaway where we could truly relax, unwind, and escape the pressures of everyday life, and Bermudas 501 exceeded all our expectations. It is definitely a place we will return to, as it met every one of our needs. The location, cleanliness, modern finishes, entertainment facilities, spacious balcony, lounge, and dining area were all exceptional. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, and the breathtaking ocean views made our stay even more special. One of the highlights was watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each morning from the apartment. We also loved spending our afternoons on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the relaxed coastal atmosphere. The apartment is conveniently located within a short walking distance of restaurants and Oceans Mall, making everything easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay - Beautiful sea view and easy access to the beach through a small gate (access control via secure key pad during the day). Alan welcomed us in person on arrival. They were very accommodating - provided an air fryer on request, as the unit does not have a gas braai on the patio and the only braai facilities are communal facilities. Supplies of coffee, tea, sugar and milk pods were topped up every day when the unit was serviced. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative point is that the unit does not have a working safe to lock away valuables.

This place is immaculate. Everything was pristine. Extremely friendly staff members and hosts. Got to meet Mr Alan and he is a very wonderful man. The check in was supposed to be at 2pm but we got a text to come at 11h49. We even got the grace to stay a bit longer after check out time since there were no guests at that moment. We are grateful for the service and wonderful hosts. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WE ARE DEFINITELY BOOKING WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE!

Quick check in and responses from our hosts on any queries made our stay memorable and a very short walk to the safe swimming beach was ideal for the kids. Debs n Alan epitomise great hosts and certainly set the example for others to follow. We really appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness. Using a social media group was a perfect way of keeping us connected. How to find the Bermudas was well communicated. The apartment was as described and spotless. We enjoyed both Dolphin and whale watching from the balcony which give ms a panoramic view across the water. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely apartment and great hosts! We really enjoyed our stay, and the weather played its part. We were expecting a bigger balcony though but that's personal preference. Also, braai facilities are only available on the ground floor.

this is a perfect family unit, or group traveling, fully equipped to cater for cooking and laundry and a dishwasher. staff is available should you need room to be serviced. beach access is less than a minute walk next to life guard station.location is a walking distance to mall. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Alan and Debs were easy to communicate with.definitely coming back.

One morning at sunrise we watched dozens of dolphins frolicking in the waves. Access to the beach is very convenient, as are nearby shops and restaurants. Good area for walking the beach and the nearby nature reserve. Washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient too. We extended our stay, and would return again. Great spot.

The apartment was as described. It has a wonderful sea view and an allocated covered car park. We walk along the promenade to reach restaurants and it was great to feel safe even after dark. The only aspect we didn't like was that both bathrooms have clear windows and they are visible to people in nearby buildings. It shouldn't be difficult to use a translucent window film to obscure the bathroom window.

The place is well equipped with everything that we needed - Felt like home away from home. The location is super convenient. It was really easy to get Halaal food as well as everything was so close by. The kids really enjoyed themselves as they could easily access the beach and the on-site pool was a win as well. The apartment is in an absolutely fabulous location, on the doorstep of bronze beach. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, the kitchen is fully fitted and the unit was very clean. It is serviced which leaves enough time to enjoy the great view!! The hosts were easy and a pleasure to deal with and very easy to reach All you need and an extra touch can be found in this quaint spacious apartment in viby umhlanga rocks. Worth the booking u wont regret it.

We went two days without water, the hosts didn't ask us if we needed anything. The place is quite beautiful and comfortable, but everything is bad without water. My father communicated to host Allan via app message the morning of what happened and only when we checked out and complained again that we were informed about a place that we could use that had water. Anyway. We went with another family who also didn't even get back from the hosts. Even though we didn't have water as hosts, the minimum expected is to provide a place with water. Even though it's not their fault. It was a tricky situation We were in 5 being an elderly person with skin problems.
