The space
There is no lock box or reception to leave keys so an in-person greeting will be arranged for your arrival. Kindly note the latest check in time is 7pm.

Other things to note
Towels are changed after 3 nights. Linen is changed after 7 days. Any additional change requests to this will be for your account.
Unfortunately, there is no backup generator for the lifts during loadshedding.
We have loadshedding lamps and where possible we energy storing lightbulbs.
There is a charge of R1 000-00 to replace a lost set of keys and tags which have to be specially coded.

My stay at Debs and Alan’s apartment was fantastic. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and is located in the heart of Umhlanga, so everything you could want is within walking distance. The check-in and check-out process went very smoothly. What I particularly liked about the place was how spotlessly clean it was, thanks to the daily efforts of the cleaner. I would definitely book it again.

    Towels are not changed daily. Towels are changed after 3 days during a stay. Bed linen is changed after 7 days during a stay. Maximum of 2 guests allowed. No extra overnight visitors. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the unit. Arrival after 7pm only by prior arrangement. Please bear in mind the proximity of neighbours and the noise levels, especially if on the balcony and if sliding doors are open. Keep sliding doors closed when the aircon is on. Keep sliding doors closed when you are out of the unit or the room during the day as monkeys do climb and are always opportunistically looking for food. Please don't park anywhere else in the basement parking other than the designated parking bay. Towels are not changed daily so please hang them up after use. Do not throw anything from the balconies, especially cigarette butts. Please don't hang anything over the balcony. We expect our guests to treat our place with respect.Maximum of 2 guests allowed.
