We had a lovely stay at the place, the views didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for those morning and evening beach walks. The kitchen pots and pans could be better and usable condition none of them were usable, since we were travelling with the little ones, had issues cooking meals with them. But overall had a pleasant stay.

The Bermudas is a beautiful place to stay with the star of the show being Alan. what a great guy. Believe the hype,Alan is the best host in Durban. Very friendly,helpful and just a all round great guy. He made us feel at home. I will 1000% recommend this place to anyone who knows me to go stay at the Bermudas. My kids loved the pool,couldn't get them out of it. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Alan, you an absolute star. The cleaning staff as well.The Bermudas are the best in Umhlanga for sure.

The apartment is well kept and well maintained. Close to the shops, restaurants and promenade. Alan met us when checking in and gave us a tour of the place, showed us where to park and how to access the beach. Very friendly and hands on host.

Our stay at Debs N Alan’s Airbnb was exceptional. From the beginning, the hosts were warm, friendly, and highly accommodating—especially with our request for an early check-in due to our cruise arriving at 9:00. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing. The lady who welcomed us on arrival was just as wonderful and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. A wonderful experience as always. I have stayed at Deb's before, and the standard has remained very high. The unit was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and exactly as it appears on the photos. The place is situated a few minutes away from Oceans mall which made things easy for my family and I. Debs and Alan made sure that we were checked in on tine, even after getting lost, they were patient with us till we found the place. Definitely going to come back.

The stay was great, Debs and Alan were always very considerate. There was bedroom service and the place was always spotless! The view was also perfect and there are a lot of things to do nearby. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water in the entire city and we had a full day without water, but it didn't diminish the great experience we had.

Amazing Stay with breathtaking views. We even spotted whales :). The accomodation is as pictured and Debs (and her paetner) were amazing hosts. They even went as far as arranging crutches for an injured friend. The beach is short walk away, with the sound of crashing waves making it a claming and peaceful stay. We will definitley be returning!

You are not a super host by luck 🙌 You love hosting your guests🙏 I appreciate the fact that you started communicating with us a day before our checkin. We checked in very late but Debs was there to welcome us, she also took about 40 minutes of her time to induct us…. During the week, we had a slight issue with one of the doors and as Debs was on her to assist (at night imagine), we managed to get it right. This will always be our home when we are in Durban. The view is amazing. I will definitely recommend Debs and Alan to anyone who would like to explore Umhlanga 🙌

What a wonderful spot! Debs and Alan are truly such wonderful hosts. They initiated and maintained brilliant communication throughout the stay. Regarding the stay itself- it is exactly as it looks in the pics (perhaps even better?). Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was so lush. The location was incredibly convenient- lots of spots to check out just a short walk away. The daily cleaning service was such a treat as well, and really rounded off this wonderful holiday experience. Will surely be back! :)

We had a lovely stay at Debs and Alan’s place. It was just as described. Wonderful views from the apartment. Super easy to check in. They are super responsive. The place is very clean and it’s super central and quite close to the Umhlanga 14th avenue and also to the new Oceans mall. We were sad to leave early due to personal reasons but hope to stay again.

Deb & Alan were very engaging and responsive. There was a group of us staying and arriving at different times, Alam was there to help us settle in and hand the keys to the first arrived. The place had a nice view and was clean overall. The bedrooms were satisfactory. The main bedroom had a lovely view and is located off the living room with a sliding wall/door. The amenities covered the needs of the short time we spent there and the cleaners came daily. There was an issue with the guest bathroom shower and lock (shower door doesn't block water well so it needs to be particularly positioned & the handle locked everyone out when turned a certain way) but Alan was immediately able to help send a locksmith and explain the shower. The only thing I'd improve is having more towels available, especially for the shower situation. Otherwise, wonderful experience with lots to do nearby.

Debs place is a perfectly located across the beach. It’s in a safe neighborhood and close to all amenities that a family would need. Their apartment was impeccably clean and serviced daily — which made our stay even more enjoyable. Views from the apartment were spectacular — particularly at the time of sun rise and sunset. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to a great beach and promenade, which is excellent for a run or walk. Room had great views and was well equipped. Our hosts were great and promptly assisted us with a camper cot for our new grandson as well as sorting out some smaller issues. Security was excellent and we had our own access codes to the beach and parking.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Alan is the most helpful, thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment is just perfect! Ocean view is breathtaking! Words cannot fully describe the lovely welcoming from Debs and Alan. Really what you see on the pictures is what you get. The place was spectacular with great view to the beach and nice walk around the beach and its closer to most of the Umhlanga restaurants. The place was super clean, with an organized cleaning service everyday. The place is unique in the sense that it has a hotel vibe but more relaxed. The apartment and the service it’s really great value for money! The lovely communication and understanding of Debs and Alan were amazing, from departure to arrival. Debs and Allan's apartment is a home away from home. Allan went out of his way to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. He labored to recommend great handout places, restaurants, fun activities and another request we made he immediately offered assistance. The apartment faces the ocean, and i was able to enjoy the sunrise and take the best pictures to date. It take you literally 50 meters from the apartment to the beach. My family is grateful for the great hospitality we enjoyed at Debs and Alan. Highly recommended.

The host Alan is excellent organized punctual and available. The apartment location is across the promenade from a swimming beach and has excellent views and spaces to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend.

This apartment as the most AMAZING views and the location is absolutely perfect. You are literally on the beach. Debs and Alan are wonderful hosts and made check in easy. Debs, even assisted us with our bags. They gave us great advise on where to dine and the tours to go on. We watched dolphins and whales from the apartment, just as Debs said we would. It was such a wonderful trip, in fact, it was perfect after this long Covid lockdown.

I want to say a big thank you to Alan and his wife! Our stay was nothing short of amazing! He always made time to check up on us, organised a cleaning service while we were there, offered us a list full of amazing places to go whilst we were there. These places were exactly up our alley! Honestly the best service money can buy I am most definitely coming back and referring my friends. Thank you so much for the hospitality

A perfect place to stay when visiting the Durban area. Close to the airport ( a big plus if you are from overseas and hiring a car). The beach is just there with lifeguard protected beach and a safe walking path along the beach. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed, comfortable chairs good shower over the bath ,ceiling fans but no air con. Alan met us and showed us around and was there when we left and said to text if we needed anything. We will stay there again when next back in Natal.

Clean, spacious, great pool area, beach is 2mins walk away from the unit, walking distance from many restaurants and few mins drive to a huge mall. Highly recommended

The accommodation offers a perfect setting, a breathtaking view, and provides excellent access to amenities. The service staff were amazing - helpful and friendly! The hosts communicated with us from day 1 and were accessible and responsive. Alan, the co-host was outstanding! We will be back!! Thank you, you made our experience wonderful.

Everything you see in pic is what you get. Enjoyed our stay and was convenient for us. Wish I received the chocs' every morning :) Hosts are super awesome and friendly. Made us feel at home and the welcome was not what I expected. Well done

This 3 bedroom apartment is fully serviced, and is in the best location- overlooking the beach. Incredible views, and you will fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves on the shore. Debs and Alan are the best hosts you could ask for.

Working with Debs has been wonderful. From the first communication right up until our Departure. Fun, friendly, professional, you couldn't ask for more. The unit that we rented was super clean and tidy when we arrived. I asked Deb to help with a little surprise for my husband when we had our stay and only suggested it once, and when we got to our unit it was there waiting for us. I will definitely go through Deb again and you should as well.

I would definitely recommend this location to any holiday makers or for a business stay. Central location, well appointed apartment and the best possible views. It was a real treat. The hosts were also fabulous and we felt very well looked after. Thank you Debs for a fabulous weekend by the sea!

The hosts are very attentive and helpful to all of your needs and don't hesitate in giving any advice or irecommending any great restaurants in the area. They place itself is extremely neat and has an incredible view. Overall it was a lovely stay.
