Excellent stay. We enjoyed our vacation. Great location: great view of the water, easy access to the beach, 10 minute walk to the mall, very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was very much appreciated. Well deserved 5 stars.

Our family had a great stay! We were welcomed by our host, and she was really kind and informative. They had daily housekeeping, which was such a relief, especially when travling with kids. The rooms all had airconditions, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. Uber & checkers60 delivered right to our door with no hassels. We enjoyed walks down the promenade, and many lunches and dinners at all the great restaurants. It was a lovely rest and recharge.

Debs N Alan have 44 listings that they manage. I have stayed in one of the places that they manage every time that I travel to South Africa. There is a trick on AirBnB that works well for me: open the Debs N Alan profile and search 'View all 44 listings'. The places that they manage will open and you can enter your date range and then just focus on them and bypass the many other listings. This way you know you get excellent choice and are guaranteed a host that has outstanding communication, caters to your needs on check in terms of locations and time for key collection plus provides a seamless and wonderful stay for all guests. Highly recommended.

Debs and Alan were so welcoming and made us feel so at home. If we needed anything, they were just a text message away. The apartment was clean and well kept. All we needed to do was relax and enjoy our holiday. The beach, coffee shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book with them in the future.

What a lovely place to stay. The view was fantastic and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning in every room really helped us cope with the hectic humidity Umhlanga has during December and the complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk that was replenished daily was an unexpected surprise. This is the first time I have stayed in a self catering unit where the price included a daily cleaning service and a supply of all cleaning products and toilet paper throughout the entire stay. Towels and bed linen were replaced regularly and beach towels were supplied too. Alan was a most gracious and friendly host and although there were a few maintenance issues, he dealt with them quickly. 303 Bermudas is definitely great value for money.

Debs and Allan were very warm and personally welcomed us. They were very accomodating and moved us to a different room due to personal preferences. They are great hosts and always ensured that everything was good. their units are very clean and modern, the units at the Bermudas have amazing views with the best sunrises, if you stay here,dont miss the sunrise.

We had a lovely stay. Everything you need is right there. Alan was super helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is pefect. Beach right there and a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Definately returning next winter to escape the Cape Town cold.

5 stars isn't enough for Alan! He was an absolute gem as an Airbnb host. From the moment we arrived for the bag drop-off, he welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. When our flight got in early, he went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in - huge thanks! The place itself is stunning, perfectly located just a stone's throw from the beach. We had a lovely stay at Debs place. Alan was exceptionally responsive and helpful and the 'personalised' service was superb. The flat was spacious and clean. As we cooked and ate in a few nights we would have appreciated a few more utensils in the kitchen to make this a little easier. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Lovely flat (in an apartment block) in the heart of Umhlanga. The lounge and main bedroom open up to a balcony with a beach view. There is secure parking, a guard at reception and the lifts are super fast!

The location is really everything 👌🏾, right by the beach and on the other side restaurants bars and malls, all within walking distance. Debs and Alan are attentive hosts. We had a lovely, informative check in experience. They were always available to answer any questions we had. The flat was lovely however we didn't complete our full stay there because of the scaffolding noise from the painters nearby. Deb was extremely supportive and helpful in moving us to another lovely unit in Umhlanga. The bermudas is a lovely location. I would definitely contact Deb again for a stay in umhlanga. The little touches went a long way as well- tea and coffee provided as well as body wash and lotion etc. This takes it to a whole new level. Even the towels with the little chocolate on it! absolutely lovely! thankyou Deb for putting in that extra care and those little personal touches go a long way.

Great place to stay for short or long stays, responsive and flexible hosts, and very hospitable. I recommend them as hosts and recommend their place as well. Right on the beach, within easy reach of shops, mall, and airport. Full dstv and smart tv which will work great if you have kids. Oh and well organized in case of load shedding.
