I'm taking the time to write this review because credit must be given where due. Alan and Debs are super awesome hosts that really knows how to manage their  Airbnb units . From the time you walk into the apartment you get a fresh smell and  can clearly notice the cleanliness.  The apartment had everything (to many to mention) the view was stunning . It didn't feel like we were staying in an Airbnb apartment,  it felt more of an hotel stay . We had FREE cleaning service everyday , which is very rare on Airbnb. I was allowed a late check out because of my travels . Alan and Debs , you have my support for the future and I will recommend you'll to anybody that is looking for good , well managed accommodation. Must admitt that this is the best experience I have received through and Airbnb accommodation. Thank You

We had an amazing 14 nights stay at 203 Bermudas. Hosts and staff were amazing. We had the best view ever. Waking up to special sunrises, and sound of the waves. We had easy private access to the promenade. I would recommended 203 Bermudas to anyone looking for a home, away from home. We will definitely be going back. What a beautiful apartment! It looks even better in person. The walk to the beach is quick and scenic. The view from the bedroom and the balcony is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Durban. Debs and Alan are so warm and friendly. We will definitely be back soon.

Exceptional Stay at The Bermudas – Apartment 203 My recent stay at The Bermudas, Apartment 203, in Umhlanga was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the incredible hosts, Debs and Alan. Their hospitality truly set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect coastal getaway. Apartment 203 is beautifully appointed — spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean view right from the balcony. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was an experience I’ll never forget. The location is ideal — literally steps from the beach and within walking distance to the Umhlanga Village, where you can find fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops. The unit exceeded our expectations! Alan was great - he greeted us upon arrival, explained all the essentials and ensured that we had everything that we needed. The beach is a 2min walk from the building via an access controlled gate which is so convenient on a getaway with young kids. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed including tea, coffee, sugar and milk which lots of self catering units don’t offer. Nandi serviced the apartment everyday and did such a great job. Thank you Debs and Alan for an amazing stay - we will definitely be back again soon!!

The Bermudas apartment was exactly what we wanted for the Xmas period. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and the ease of getting to and from the apartment. The views over the ocean were spectacular and worth the rental cost alone. The apartment itself had everything that we required and a great maid service ensured clean towels every day. The dedicated covered parking space ensured that the car was sorted at what was a very busy time with a mostly full car park. In summary, the apartment rental was great value for money in a beautiful location and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Umhlanga.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. The location on Bronze Beach is unbeatable, offering breathtaking sea views that made every moment special. The apartment is spacious, exactly as shown in pictures with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 clean, modern bathrooms. We had a wonderful few days in this lovely and centrally located apartment. Our hosts were quick to respond and to sort things out. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Perfect location in walking distance of Bronze beach. You won't go wrong choosing this place for a vacation. The ocean view from the main bedroom is magnificent. Pity the other 2 rooms are quite small and cramped with no sea views. Would definitely consider this place again.

The unit is fantastic - spacious, loads of amenities and right on the beach. We have stayed at many other properties in Umhlanga and this unit is probably the best of the lot. The check-in process was smooth and Alan and Debs are superb hosts. If you consider visiting Umhlanga, look no further, this unit will exceed your expectations.

203 Bermudas was absolutely fantastic. Great hosts in Alan & Debs who took care of our every want and need. The view is breathtaking, we got to see the dolphins on 3 of the 4 days we stayed. What a view! Great accommodation for a family holiday. Alan was very hospitable and gave us some top recommendations for the area. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. It's a short stroll up the promenade to the main restaurant and bars and we felt safe at all times. I would highly recommend the property.

203 Bermuda’s could b compared to the Pearl except it has more personalization, it could be compared to the oysterbox except it has a better location, better views, and less hustle. It could be compared to Beverly Hills except you don’t share the spotless pool with 233 other rooms. It could be shared with Umhlanga Cabanas but u have more privacy and every facility u could wish for.... A NO brainer!!!!! Thanks Alan and Debs!!! Memories etched!!! Hard to beat⭐️🙏⭐️🙏

The Bermuda’s are a perfect location for a relaxing get away; coupled with fantastic hosts and a breathtaking view, it’s a recipe for perfection! Debs and Alan have a gift for hospitality and will make you feel like you are their only guest at their own home. They meet you and help you settle in and check on you daily. They provide high quality amenities each day. We had a hiccup with the WiFi and Alan was available within minutes to assist us. We loved our time at the Bermudas! Thanks guys!

203 Bermudas is a ideally situated beautiful apartment right in front of the main swim beach along the promenade and close to restaurants . Debs and Alan were great host and were extremely helpful with an early check in and graciously allowed for a late check out in line with our flight times out of Durban. Debs and Alan were amazing from booking until departure! the location was stunning, as was the accommodation. It was the perfect space for our family of 5. Only 1 minute walk to the Indian Ocean. At check in They helped us with our bags, walked us through the whole condo explaining everything, including where to get the best local food in town. They were immediately available by phone for any question or need. I’ve never seen such hospitality through Airbnb before. Amazingly accommodating! We really enjoyed the in-room complimentary espresso machine. Such a great amenity for coffee addicts, like us. 😉 Also provided beach toys, bats and balls, boogie board and skim board for our children’s use as well. We were so pleased with our stay, we decided to extend for 2 additional nights. We will definitely return again next August and highly recommend Debs place.

The location of the flat is outstanding overlooking the beach which is a 1 min walk away. The braai area / balcony is perfect for sundowners and breakfast. The flat is nice and large and all the rooms are a good size. The living area / kitchen / balcony is open-plan and offers all the comforts you’d require. Debs and Alan were perfect hosts and elevated the stay from “great” to “perfect”. They were on hand as much as needed and oversaw the cleaning, etc.

We had an amazing time. Location is perfect. Easy access to beach (2 minutes walk). Relaxing on the balcony overlooking beach and sea was really special. Clean and comfortable. Alan and Debs were great hosts.

Everything about staying at Deb's place was fantastic. The accommodation, the view, location, hosts.. Everything was top notch! Alan and Debs are amazing hosts! They made sure we were catered to with every request. Always ensuring the apt was clean, spotless and well stocked! They were incredibly responsive with any questions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Umhlanga. You will not be disappointed.

Debs and Alan are fantastic hosts, very responsive and very detail oriented! We love the house so much that our kids kept asking why we can’t live here! The location can’t be better - the windows open right to the sea and waves pounding at your ear; 2 mins walking to the beach, a five min drive to all the favorite places in town. We love all the details of the house and it is clean and so comfortable for a real vocation. We will certainly come back!

Very cozy apartment with large living room. The kitchen is full of conveniences! Tea, coffee (Nespresso) sugar etc available, just a ls salt and pepper! Very nice if you stay somewhere for a few days. Spacious balcony with frontal sea views with a large gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a great view and private (narrow) balcony. Bathroom en suite with a bath and shower. Other 2 bedrooms are nicely decorated. Bathroom has spacious shower. Super nice apartment on the hiking promenade of Umhlanga and the beach guarded by sweet guards. Recommended!!

The location is simply amazing . The access to the long , glorious beach is seconds away . The range of shops, eating establishments is a short walk along the promenade or beach or road; there's plenty of choice and if you don't want to walk an Uber will beat you to the front gate before you get there . The apartment is extremely clean and modern with views to take your breath away , especially sunrise . The smiles, the kindness, from the security and cleaning staff is sincere and genuine. It is fantastic value for money , you will love it !

Thank you Debs and Alan for a great week. What a great apartment that was better than expected from what we could see in the photos The location is super, the beach is not even a minutes walk and the village/shops/restaurants were also within walking distance which we walked most of the time. The unit was clean and comfortable, we had Busi come in every morning to do the housekeeping chores which was wonderful and the host was extremely repsonsive and dedicated to ensuring our comfort - we even reported that the one bathroom shower head was unsatisfactory and a new one was installed within hours!! all in all, great place, super hosts and a wonderful holiday week!

Alan and Debs were great hosts. The house was beautiful and the view alone made the trip worthwhile. It was very comfortable and excellent, very clean, secure , spacious, fully channels on TV and wifi. The shopping centers are a walking distance from the place and the beach is just outside. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area around Durban.

A stunning 3 room apartment within a secure complex. It has all the amenities that one would need, DSTV, wi-fi, beach towels and a nespresso coffee machine to mention but a few. A stones throw from the beach and within walking distance to a host of restaurants, bars and shops. Debs and Alan were superb hosts and I can highly recommend their beach apartment. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at 203 Bermuda’s for 5 nights. The hosts were amazing and the flat was just the best, from the spacious interior to the location it was just superb. We will definitely return.
