David and I had a lovely stay , the apartment was just right, overlooking the pool and with a Seaview. Plenty of room for us two and clean and tidy. Close to all the lovely bars and restaurants and 5 mins to the beach. The complex is well maintained and staff lovely. The little garden cafe is great. Definitely recommend and would go again. Thank you

Han cambiado la página web y no me gusta, no puedes ver el precio del apartamento que tu quieras en las fechas disponibles. Antes si se podía y tenía sentido buscar en la web. Ahora si no puedo ver precios, no me sirve de nada entrar a buscar.

As usual the apartment was immaculate. Many updates over the covid period which make it all the more amazing. My only criticism would be it needs more comfortable chairs and table on the balcony. Other than that we had a fabulous holiday as always and look forward to next year which we have already booked.

Tolle, gepflegte Apartmentanlage in unschlagbarer Lage direkt am Strand und Zentrum. Drei schöne Pools mit sehr günstigen Liegenservice (2€/Tag) im eigenen Garten. Zugang zur Strandpromenade und 24h-Rezeption.

The location of the apartment i great. It is a big supermarked right over the street and you can see the beach from the terasse, it is only 100 meter. Everything was clean and spacius place for hanging up cothes etc. We had a small problem with the water on the floor when taking a shower. One of us needed to work an the internett was not working and the TV was out of order. We could of cause called for help, but we were out all time so we did not mined. The park in front of the building is very beautiful and also it has to small pools, one of them for kids. The concerier was very very helpfull and serviceminded. In the evening the streets outside was very quit so no problem sleeping. All of us 4 people staying at the apartment can highly recomende it. And the price was also nice. Very eacy to be in contact with Daniella through booking.com and mail. Thank from 4 satisfied norwegians staying from 14 until 21. May 22.

Nous avons séjourné à Marbella dans cet appartement très propre et très agréable. Très bien situé avec un extérieur très agréable. Le propriétaires sont très réactifs et toujours présents pour donner les infos nécessaires. Je recommande sans problème

Great Apartment very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed Checkin was very straightforward Daniela was a great host as usual, this was our third visit to the Skol we love it ! so central and walking distance to so many great places added bonus Emma and Micke at the Garden bar in the grounds of the Skol great hosts great food x looking forward to booking again soon 😊

A couple of 30 year old women having a last minute break. Apartment was in a great location on the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It can Fully equipped and had everything we needed including all utensils, pots, pans, washing machine, microwave etc. everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very basic apartment but was clean and spacious. We were very impressed with this apartment and will definitely be returning again. Only downside is that the electricity tripped when you had too many electrical appliances on at once but we got used to it in the end. It is close to the boat stop on the beach where you can catch the catamaran over to puerto Banus and back for only €15. Bargain! The pool was currently out of use as the weather wasn’t great but Cannot wait to come back once it’s in use and the sun is out in summer. Thankyou for having us.

Please don’t go to 352!!!!! DIRTY and NOISY!! We have stayed in 352 to spend time with our aunt who owns a room in the same building. The staffs are nice but just don’t choose this room! We arrived at 7pm to put our baby straight to bed but there wasn’t a baby cot, a high chair nor a kingsize bed we had asked beforehand. Had to call and get them prepared while our baby was crying for sleep. The room is dirty and so much dust everywhere, seems somebody just mopped the floor quickly. Didn’t have washing up liquid nor any cleaning supplies apart from a mop. I know the building is old but this room is just not very well maintained. The beds squeak and the curtains have holes so light comes in. We were lucky we didn’t stay in summer. It’s very very noisy because the neighbor’s TV is just next to its bedroom and they have nocturnal life watching TV til 4am. One night one of them forgot his key and kept knocking his door and ringing door bell from 3am to 6am constantly. Sounds crazy but it happened to us. Another night a young boy who said he was a masseuse rang the doorbell of each room at 9:30pm so no security in this building. We were so glad to leave this room.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía!! Todo en Skol estuvo increíble, el apartamento, grande, limpio, con mucha luz y a solo 2 minutos de la playa!! El apartamento tenía absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. Daniela nos ayudo mucho con las solicitudes que hicimos y nos consiguió taxi a las 4am. 😅Mi lugar favorito para quedarme en Marbella siempre será Skol!

We have been staying in Skol apartments Marbella through Daniela and Vincenzo for several years. Daniela is so friendly and easy to deal with. Always responds promptly to any requests we have, both prior to travelling and while we are there. We are a family of 6, and she always provides us with the right accomodation at a reasonable price. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Skol! Many thanks to Daniela and Vincenzo.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE We stayed in these appartments in May we booked with booking.com the description given is not correct . It says that the appartment is in block 11( this is where our transport dropped and picked us up again booked through booking.com) floor 2 . It is in fact in block 7 floor 8 . The appartment is one of the most basic I've seen the smell of drains as you walk through the door is appalling. If you take a look at the pics again on the site they are the worst ones on there . It is NOT front line it is the 2nd row sea veiw between 2 other blocks of appartments. I phoned Daniella when we arrived in block 11 only to be told its not that one its block 7 . I phoned again to tell her it was not on the 2nd floor her abrupt answer was what do you have vertigo and there was nothing else . We had to stay as both parties were not interested I again contacted Daniella re an information pack which was meant to be in the place no reply also you cannot use the safe as they give you the safe code I asked again how to change it guess what no reply . Thank god the appartments have some lovely tenants in who were able to help with some of the issues as both parties were not at all interested . An absolute disgrace please do not book here .

Excellent stay. Very Clean. Highly recommended if staying in Marbella, lovely view. Clean Pool and outdoor area. Competitively priced.
