Great Apartment very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed Checkin was very straightforward Daniela was a great host as usual, this was our third visit to the Skol we love it ! so central and walking distance to so many great places added bonus Emma and Micke at the Garden bar in the grounds of the Skol great hosts great food x looking forward to booking again soon 😊

A couple of 30 year old women having a last minute break. Apartment was in a great location on the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It can Fully equipped and had everything we needed including all utensils, pots, pans, washing machine, microwave etc. everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very basic apartment but was clean and spacious. We were very impressed with this apartment and will definitely be returning again. Only downside is that the electricity tripped when you had too many electrical appliances on at once but we got used to it in the end. It is close to the boat stop on the beach where you can catch the catamaran over to puerto Banus and back for only €15. Bargain! The pool was currently out of use as the weather wasn’t great but Cannot wait to come back once it’s in use and the sun is out in summer. Thankyou for having us.

Please don’t go to 352!!!!! DIRTY and NOISY!! We have stayed in 352 to spend time with our aunt who owns a room in the same building. The staffs are nice but just don’t choose this room! We arrived at 7pm to put our baby straight to bed but there wasn’t a baby cot, a high chair nor a kingsize bed we had asked beforehand. Had to call and get them prepared while our baby was crying for sleep. The room is dirty and so much dust everywhere, seems somebody just mopped the floor quickly. Didn’t have washing up liquid nor any cleaning supplies apart from a mop. I know the building is old but this room is just not very well maintained. The beds squeak and the curtains have holes so light comes in. We were lucky we didn’t stay in summer. It’s very very noisy because the neighbor’s TV is just next to its bedroom and they have nocturnal life watching TV til 4am. One night one of them forgot his key and kept knocking his door and ringing door bell from 3am to 6am constantly. Sounds crazy but it happened to us. Another night a young boy who said he was a masseuse rang the doorbell of each room at 9:30pm so no security in this building. We were so glad to leave this room.

This apartment was just excellent and absolutely perfect for my wife and myself but also would have been ideal for 4 people. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Very large and spacious lounge / dining area with extremely comfortable settee and large flat screen T.V. The Kitchen was excellent and very well equipped. The 2 bedrooms were light and airy with ample storage space and both had access to the very large garden and patio area. The patio/ garden furniture was superb and plentiful in both sunny and shaded areas. Both the main walk -in shower room and the ensuite bathroom were newly refurbished and beautifully done. The air conditioning was very efficient and was in each of the rooms. Everything necessary was available even beach towels! We had arranged with the brilliant letting agents to have a parking space in the underground property car park which was perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic property which benefits from the close proximity to a bakery, supermarket, bars & restaurants all within easy walking distance. We must praise the letting agents who had allowed us to use our deposit from before Covid lockdown. We had absolutely wonderful service from Daniela who replied to our emails and phone calls extremely quickly and who was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks to her and her company. We do hope to return in the near future.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful smell . Every aspect of this apartment was beautiful, the furniture and fittings , the amenities, the decor , the view. You could stay here and just watch the ocean. So comfortable and the bed is amazing. Everything about this booking was so smooth and Danielle was an amazing host with lots of communication so check in was a breeze. Excellent location for exploring Marbella by foot . People watching from the balcony whilst eating breakfast in the beautiful sunshine, what more could you want . Quiet in the evening . We have already booked our return for 2023 .

First time in Marbella and the Skol apartments did not disappoint! Perfect central location and right beside the beach! Apartment has all mod cons and very clean and spacious.

Como todos los años Daniela magnífica . El apartamento tenía la única pega de que la cocina no tenía casi menaje y el sofá cama realmente incómodo. Hemos notado un bajón en cuánto a las normas de las piscinas. La de adultos llena de niños jugando y molestando , gente ajena entrando, los socorristas no estaban en su puesto… pero a su favor el ascensor para gente discapacitada. Gracias Daniela y un beso enorme 😘

WE HAD A BRILLIANT TIME IN MARBELLA AS ALWAYS APARTMENT 841B WAS GREAT BUT WOULD PROBABLY NOT STAY IN BLOCK B AGAIN AS THE NOISE ON THE BACK STREET IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING 3.4.AND 5 O'CLOCK WAS NOT GOOD ,ESPECIALLY THE ROCK BAR ACROSS THE ROAD WHERE THE BEDROOMS ARE,THINK WE WILL STICK TO BLOCK A WEST FACING AS WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE IN THE PAST ,DANIELA WAS BRILLIANT AS EVER LOOKING AFTER ALL OUR NEEDS

One more amazing holiday spend in Marbella...We were guests in Skol Apartment for the second time,we liked there soo much and we recommend to everyone to go there with friends/family!!
